Abstract

Word processing training is really needed by LKP Arvi Com students in understanding Microsoft Office. Students already have basic knowledge about word processing, but there are still many features in the software that they don't know and use in learning at LKP Arvi Com, especially at Mircosoft Office. . The main aim of this service is to improve students' computer skills and work abilities during their PKL period. This training focuses on mastering the basics of Microsoft Office (Word), which is one of the word processing applications commonly used in various work environments. In this service program, PKL students will be given intensive training on various aspects of using Microsoft Office, such as introducing the interface, arranging pages, creating tables, inserting images, using collaboration features, preparing official documents, using styles and templates. By participating in this training, PKL students at LKP Arvi Com will gain improved skills that can increase their added value in the world of work. Apart from that, this community service will also provide positive benefits for LKP Arvi Com by increasing its reputation and contribution to education and training in the local community.            Keywords: microsoft office; PKL; data processing.

Abstract

Clothing is a basic human need besides food and shelter. Human needs clothing to protect and cover them self. Toko 66 is a business that operates in the field of products and services. This business offers various types of products such as clothes, trousers and also shirts that are second hand, aka used. The absence of distribution transaction channels from upstream to downstream is one of the business problems at Toko 66. Therefore, a system such as Supply Chain Management is needed which can manage the flow of transactions from upstream to downstream and can also make it easier for owners to create sales reports. Based on the research results, it can be found that a system has been created that implements web-based Supply Chain Management to help owners, admins, suppliers and customers in carrying out transaction flows from upstream to downstream. The business process from upstream to downstream has also been running in accordance with the Supply Chain Management procedures that apply at the research object location so that it can provide information regarding the existence of sufficient product stock to ensure a good transaction flow from upstream to downstream.            Keywords: supply chain management; clothes; stock; transaction; distribution

Abstract

Abstract: This activity aims to enhance students’ competence in understanding the basic concepts of computer networks as well as mastering the skills of network installation and configuration. The main problems faced by the students include limited learning resources, lack of practice-based training, and minimal access to adequate networking equipment, resulting in low readiness to enter the industrial workforce. This program provides a solution through a learning approach that combines theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, and case studies aligned with industry demands. The activities include preparation of training materials, implementation of training across four main sessions, and a final evaluation through both theoretical and practical examinations. The expected outcomes of this program include improved student competencies, the development of training modules, certificates of participation, and comprehensive documentation for evaluation and publication purposes. Through this program, it is expected that TKJ vocational students will be better prepared to enter the workforce and possess skills that are relevant to current advancements in computer networking technology. Keywords: evaluation; industry; network; competence; training; Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam memahami konsep dasar jaringan komputer serta menguasai keterampilan instalasi dan konfigurasi jaringan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi siswa adalah keterbatasan sumber belajar, kurangnya pelatihan berbasis praktik, dan minimnya akses terhadap perangkat jaringan yang memadai, yang mengakibatkan rendahnya kesiapan mereka dalam memasuki dunia industri. Kegiatan ini menawarkan solusi melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis teori, praktik langsung, dan studi kasus yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Kegiatan ini mencakup persiapan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam empat sesi utama, serta evaluasi akhir melalui ujian teori dan praktik. Luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan kompetensi siswa, pembuatan modul pelatihan, sertifikat serta dokumentasi kegiatan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan publikasi. Dengan terlaksananya program ini, diharapkan siswa SMK TKJ lebih siap menghadapi dunia kerja serta memiliki keterampilan yang relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi jaringan komputer. Abstract

Microsoft Excel is an office application that is used to model calculations from both the ordinary to the complex ones. LKP Pelita Media provides web and network programming training. LKP Pelita Media provides basic design training for students who have interests and talents in developing information systems. As an option in process analysis which is an important part of requirements analysis, Microsoft Excel can help the system development team. In addition, the participants of LKP Pelita Media are in the upper middle age and early in college. By equipping them with Microsoft excel training, they will be better prepared to face the world of work or higher education. With this training, participants are expected to be able to provide an overview of the management and presentation of good information. The training method is by way of discussion and practice in conveying knowledge of computer introduction and exercises in using excel applications. The assessment of this activity uses a pretest and posttest where participants are able to do the final test well as a measurement of the success of mastering the training with 87% mastery.
