Abstract

Persepsi para pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Jombang yang tergabung dalam komunitas Pengusaha Makanan dan Minuman (PERMAMIN) sangat positive tercermin dari penerapan teknologi yang mereka gunakan yang ditunjukan dengan peralihan alat produksi yang menggunakan mesin dengan kapasitas besar dan canggih, serta penggunaan media social sebagai alat promosi yang digunakan oleh para pelaku usaha tersebut, namun di balik hal positive tersebut menyisakan beberapa kendala, dengan adanya teknologi maka dibutuhkan modal yang besar, gampangnya para pesaing untuk meniru produk serta Sumber daya Manusia yang cakap dan terampil dalam mengaplikasikan teknologi tersebut

Abstract

Kesulitan dalam proses penyusunan laporan yang dihadapi oleh peneliti kualitatif yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan sehingga cenderung hanya mendiskripsikan data yang diperoleh tanpa menganalisa secara mendalam, sehingga penelitian tidak berkembang dan hanya berputar-putar dikarenakan kebingungan peneliti, untuk alasan itulah artikel ini dibuat. Dengan menggunakan metode  Konseptual dengan hasil modifikasi model  dari desain sederhana (Burhan, 2018b;3-4) dengan model  desain sederhana menggunakan  triangulasi teori/ simple research design with triangulasi theory, dengan 7 langkah utama yaitu : (1) Sosial context and research question (2) Literature review (3) Research method and data collection (4) Data analysis (5) Draft Reporting (6) Triangulasi Theory (7) Reporting & Findings (Burhan, 2020, Rofiah, 2020). Dan disimpulkan bahwa, proses penyusunan laporan ini memang menghadirkan sejumlah tantangan untuk penelitian tetapi, seperti yang telah disoroti dalam artikel ini, bahwa dalam proses ini akan lebih mudah karena ada solusi yang dipakai oleh peneliti dalam melakukan penyusunan laporan dan mengidentifikasi temuan. Kunci sukses dalam penelitian tampaknya terletak pada kemauan dan kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan metode secara tepat dan untuk mengubah ekspektasi mendengar suara responden dengan bahasa ekspresif defisit. Ini dapat dicapai melalui penerapan sejumlah strategi yang dibahas dalam artikel ini.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of economic literacy and social media on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang students. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang class of 2016 while the sample of 82 respondents was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data in the form of documentation and photos. Furthermore, the data is processed using Multiple Linear Regression and T-test to test the hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between economic literacy and social media on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang students in 2016.

Abstract

Alat pemasaran adalah yang paling penting dalam kaitannya dengan kesuksesan bisnis (LabanauskaitÄ— et al., 2020) sedikit literatur yang membahas AR di bidang real estate aplikasi yang disebutkan adalah hasil penelitian internet dan literatur yang ekstensif Munawar et al., (2020). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui semakin relevannya pemasaran media sosial dan augmented reality di pasar real estat perumahan terkait teknologi pendukungnya alat seperti augmented reality. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to propose and discuss a Qualitative Data Analysis Guide: Manual Data Analysis Procedures that can be carried out independently by each researcher according to the character of the qualitative method used. Due to the realistic problems faced by qualitative researchers including: (1) Excessive reliance on qualitative software packages, (2) Excess words due to the line-by-line approach (3) Coding using a pre-formed framework, (4) Difficulty in maintaining the integrity of each respondent stories (5) The full potential of data is not exploited (6) Data analysis as an individual process. The author offers a guide to qualitative data analysis: Manual Data Analysis Procedures (MDAP) as a data analysis method that is comprehensive and systematic but not rigid; provide a space that stimulates intuition and creativity as optimally and as fully as possible. This method allows researchers to come out of their isolation and the analysis process is seen as a team activity rather than a purely individual process in order to facilitate the qualitative data analysis process, although it cannot guarantee the quality of the analysis. This method is proposed as a guiding tool rather than as a strict procedure or technique that step by step must be implemented correctly, the skills of the researcher and the general quality of the research team remain the most important components of a successful analysis process. It is very important to consider the data analysis process as a team activity, as long as the research process is not exaggerated, let alone based on conflicts of interest, funding, then whatever research results cannot be applied.

Abstract

The internal dynamics of business families show that family firms are unique in their learning opportunities and educational needs for various reasons: (1) the long time span of family involvement in the business (2) the participating parties have different interests and roles for each to play. in companies and families everything is important to the company's functioning of the business (3) members of the same family work together, they may experience strong emotions from filial love and parental altruism, to personal hostility stemming from early sibling rivalry. The focus of our research is on concentrating on matters of complexity and scale, where the family plays a major management and ownership role, and where there is an intention to do so maintain constancy within the family. With a phenomenological approach and the object of our research is a gold shop in Jombang which has reached 3 generations and was founded in 1948. Using manual data analysis procedures, this research found that in maintaining the life cycle of a family business there are two main points: (1) family business managed by family members and in important positions, familiar with the business environment so that generational transfer can be prepared gradually, without coercion and careers proceed according to indirect procedures at the top level. (2) a marketing strategy which requires flexibility in work patterns, time and network expansion. Apart from that, it must also keep up with the times by prioritizing customer satisfaction so that it will create positive communication and don't forget to innovate by not carrying out centralized control and must maintain a good name.

Abstract

This research explores users' subjective experiences in cyberspace through a cyberphenomenology approach, focusing on privacy, digital identity, and social interactions on social media. Using qualitative methods, data was collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation. Thematic analysis was applied to identify main themes related to freedom in building digital identities, concerns about the security of personal data, and the influence of social interactions on privacy behavior. This article also summarizes cyber phenomenology-based qualitative research procedures to serve as a guide for other researchers. The coding process was carried out using the color coding method, where each main theme is given a special color to facilitate grouping and manual analysis. The themes identified included flexibility in expressing digital identity, uncertainty regarding the use of personal data, and social pressure to share information. Findings show that many users feel freer in building their online identities, but face privacy risks due to a lack of digital literacy. Suggestions for digital platforms include providing more transparent privacy features and digital literacy education. Stricter privacy regulations are also needed to protect users in the digital era. This research provides important insights into the evolution of digital identity and the challenges faced in maintaining privacy on social media.

Abstract

The non-fungible token (NFT) issue motivates this research as it presents a great opportunity for talented creators to support creative businesses in Indonesia, increase art's exposure to local and international markets, and earn royalties for their works of art. This research focuses on how a non-fungible token (NFT) digital object can be sold out and what strategy is used to sell the NFT? using a cyberphenomenology approach. Informant criteria: The informant must have sold NFTs at least three times themselves. Have a minimum of 1000 followers on social media and one year of experience. The focus areas for online media research include Facebook, Instagram, and the Indonesian NFT community. We collected the data through in-depth media interviews, direct observation of social media, and manual data analysis procedures, which involved triangulating sources and theories. The findings indicate that the NFT marketing strategy involves SFS, consistent promotion, regular product posting, Twitter retweets, targeting a specific market, and celebrity endorsement. The price of a resale product is typically higher than its original price. NFT products are animations. GIFs are difficult to steal. Products are animated GIFs. Marketplace (Opensea): NFTs are a source of income. Direct transfers of NFTs are possible without the need for purchase transactions. Cryptocurrency: Smart Contract System: Low Crypto Prices NFTs will end.
