Abstract

Objective in this study is to found out about leadership style, organizational culture, and employees' development toward industrial performance of Bosowa Maros cement in South Sulawesi. Sample - collection in this study consists of 266 employee of cement industry of Bosowa Maros in South Sulawesi. Data collection technique is by using interview with questionnaire model and observation technique. Result of this study has proved that leadership style significant effect toward organizational culture with coefficient value of 0.908. Leadership style also significant influence toward employee development with coefficient value of 0.398. Organizational culture has significant effect on employee development with coefficient value of 0.952. Leadership style significant effect toward performance with and coefficient value of 0.250. Organizational culture has insignificant effect toward performance with and coefficient value of 0.174, it showed that organizational culture has indirect contribution toward performance. It is seen from analysis result showed that organizational culture has indirect effect toward performance through employee development with coefficient value of 0.774. Employee development has significant effect toward performance with coefficient value of 0.250.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang : (1) pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Motivasi (2) Beban Kerja terhadap Motivasi (3) Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (4) Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (5) Beban Kerja  terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis Path dengan program SPSS 25 dengan Uji Sobel. Objek penelitian ini adalah Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada 88 Pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Gorontalo. Jenis peneltiian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Unit analisis yang digunakan adalah individu. Pengumpulan data pokok yang digunakan dengan menggunakan survey, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 58 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM PLS. Hasil peneltiian menunjukkan bahwa (i). Pengembangan Karir (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja (Z) pada PT. PLN  (Persero) Up3 Gorontalo, (ii). Budya Organisasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja (Z) PT. PLN  (Persero) Up3 Gorontalo, (iii). Pengembangan Karir (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada  PT. PLN  (Persero) Up3 Gorontalo, (iv). Budya Organisasi (X2) berpengaruh  tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada  Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Gorontalo, (v). Kepuasaan Kerja (Z) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada  PT. PLN  (Persero) Up3 Gorontalo, (vi). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions with social media as a moderating variable on thrift shop consumers in Gorontalo City. The phenomenon of increasing consumer interest in used clothing products (thrift) encourages the need for a deeper understanding of the factors that influence purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The sample in this study were consumers from three thrift shops active on social media, namely Meltik Store, Mokoapa Store, and J&D Store. The results showed that price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality had a negative and insignificant effect. Social media was shown to significantly moderate the relationship between price and purchasing decisions, but did not strengthen the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that in the context of thrift shops, purchasing decisions are more influenced by price aspects and perceptions formed through social media than by the quality of the product itself. This emphasizes the importance of an effective digital marketing strategy in influencing consumer behavior, especially through interesting and relevant social media content.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of civil servant professionalism and social media innovation on the quality of public services at the Department of Communication and Informatics of Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. Bureaucratic reform in Indonesia demands improvements in public service quality that are responsive, efficient, and transparent. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 310 respondents who follow the Instagram account @diskominfobolsel. The independent variables examined are professionalism (consisting of equality, equity, loyalty, and accountability) and social media innovation (including accessibility, efficiency, responsiveness, and transparency), while the dependent variable is public service quality. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that professionalism and social media innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on public service quality. Partially, both professionalism and social media innovation have a positive and significant influence. This study highlights the importance of enhancing the capacity of human resources and optimizing the use of social media platforms such as Instagram to support e-government-based public services. These findings serve as an important reference for developing adaptive public service strategies in response to technological dynamics and public demands.

Abstract

Women's roles currently have moved from a traditional role to a dual role, in which they previously only played a part in the home, but now also play the role of students and working women. Employees are affected or influenced by role conflict, particularly in terms of job satisfaction. This study aims to determine how much influence work life balance (X1) and Conflict (X2) on job satisfaction of employees (Y) who are working. The sampling technique used in this study was a simple random sample, while the main data collection was through a list of statements that were tested through validity and reliability tests. While the analysis technique used is the path analysis technique (Path analysis). The results of hypothesis testing show that simultaneously work life balance (X1) and burnout (X2) affect employee job satisfaction that is equal to 0.635 or 63.5%. The results of partial hypothesis testing work life balance (X1) has an effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) of 0.310, while conflict (X2) has a partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) which is - 0.142. And there are other variables that are not included in this model, which is 36.5%.

Abstract

Human resource management is very important for government organizations in managing, regulating, and utilizing employees so that they can function productively, realizing an effective, quality and efficient work unit that is able to provide optimal services to the community requires the participation of all elements contained in the work unit. the. This study aims to determine the effect of work placement, work experience, and work environment on employee loyalty at the Gorontalo search and rescue office. The research method used is the Quantitative Research Method, according to Sugiyono (2010:65) Quantitative Research Methods can be interpreted as research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, research methods in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The results show that employee loyalty will increase if the Gorontalo Search and Rescue Office places employees according to their duties and functions. The results of this study indicate that employees in the Gorontalo Search and Rescue Office have been placed in appropriate positions. Although the initial findings of the researcher indicate that there are employees who are placed not according to the educational background completed, but from the results of this study it turns out that education is not the main benchmark for employees to be placed in a field, but employees are placed based on their knowledge, skills and abilities.
