Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss strategy guidance and counseling comprehensive based on spiritual intelligence for students in the digital age. Guidance and counseling comprehensive is part of education, which is also a model of guidance and counseling that adheres to the principle of developmental guidance and counseling. The basic assumption of the Guidance and development counseling approach is the idea that healthy individual development will occur in the healthy interactions of individuals with their environment. In other words, the environment for individuals becomes a learning environment, because there are various intelligences that need to be considered in the process of individual development and spiritual intelligence is one aspect of individual development that needs attention. Spiritual intelligence is the highest form of intelligence that combines the two previous forms of intelligence, namely intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. Spiritual intelligence is considered as the highest intelligence because it is closely related to people's awareness to be able to interpret everything and is a way to be able to feel happiness. Especially in the digital era, the era illustrates that the technological revolution phase has changed the way and human behavior in scale, scope, complexity, and transformation from previous life experiences, requires that every individual must have good spiritual intelligence, so that they can face the development of the digital era this dynamic well.

Abstract

Family is an important factor in the development of self-confidence, academic and student life success. Some literature has shown that family background, including socioeconomic status, parental involvement, and expectations of parents, influenced the development of students' learning and career development (Weiser and Riggio, 2010). Therefore, based on the above school counselors need to consider to improve interaction and collaboration with parents and trying to develop a positive perception of the students in terms of the students' success. Collaboration is an activity where there is cooperation between the various parties in realizing the goal of education, both parties from both inside and outside the institution. Collaboration in guidance and counseling is the cooperation activities between BK teacher / counselor with a number of parties in order to achieve the purpose of guidance and counseling programs, therefore, need their good collaboration strategy between counselor and parents, especially in terms of developing successful students study

Abstract

The burnout of study  during the Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on students at school. Therefore, the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak can affect various patterns of human life, especially in the world of education. Especially the behavior of students in schools after the Covid-19 pandemic. Bring up learning boredom or also called burmout study, which is a condition of boredom, fatigue and boredom in learning, causing a sense of reluctance, lethargy, extraordinary fatigue, and a lack of enthusiasm in the learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. In teaching and learning activities (KBM) during the pandemic, students carry out online learning activities (online). In response to this, an optimal implementation of a guidance and counseling (BK) teacher is needed to reduce this behavior, one of which is through E-Counseling or commonly called electronic (online) counseling services. Counseling services are not only carried out face-to-face in a closed room, but can be carried out through a remote format via a website in the form of an application, so that it can be interpreted as a counseling process that can be used as an alternative by guidance and counseling teachers in reducing burnout study during the pandemic. Based on the results of the implementation of e-counseling activities at SMAN 1 Cihara, it was found that e-counseling had a good impact in reducing burnout study behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic.
