Abstract

Knowledge Management is a systematic step in managing intellectual assets/knowledge and various information from individuals and organizations to be able to compete in order to add value and innovation. In the other hand, knowledge is one of the agency's assets and can be a separate competitive advantage if it can be managed properly. Current problems are technological developments and increased competition between educational institutions. If an educational institution does not have good knowledge management, of course, it will be left behind. Good management is needed and applied optimally. In Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Banguntapan, there are two management implementation aspects, namely identification of knowledge and identification of structures. Tacit and explicit factors as patterns of knowledge management development also require attention. If all of these factors are properly considered and applied, it will create a favorite school that has good knowledge management.

Abstract

The role of an educational institution has a big responsibility in shaping the ethics and personality of the participants. The rapid progress of the times and sophisticated technology makes the space indefinitely which eventually leads to a variety of positive and negative impacts, its positive impact is so easy to obtain information, while the downside is many information that is not able to be answered that resulted in the understanding and developing of the news lying (hoax), the Qur'an as a source of scientific excavation has offered a concept for humans, especially students education through Islamic religious educational learning materials. The conceptualization and theorization of the Qur'an in this paper uses analysis content with steps; Unitizing, Sampling, Recording, Reducing, Inferring, Analyzing and Narrating. These methodological measures will result in an anti-hoax education concept sourced from the Qur'an and combined with several theories in favor. The results build a formulation of how to build personality for honest learners and avoid the hoaxes of Islamic education institutions.

Abstract

Apart from that, knowledge is one of the agency's assets and can be a separate competitive advantage if it can be managed well. The current problem is the development of technology and the increasing competitiveness that occurs between educational institutions. If an educational institution does not have good knowledge management, of course, it will be left behind. Then good management is needed and is maximally applied in SD Muhammadiyah Trini Gamping Selman DIY. Implementation management takes into account two aspects, namely identification of knowledge and identification of structure and attention also found on the tacit and explicit factors as a pattern of developing knowledge management. If all of these factors are considered and applied correctly, superior schools that have good and superior management will emerge.
