Type of data used in study This is the quantitative data obtained from distributed and related questionnaires​ with the problem under study . Data collection techniques were carried out with observation and sharing questionnaire . In research This data sources used in Data collection includes primary data and secondary data . Instrument research used​ in study This use method scale likert . Based on results data research with use calculation statistics through Statistics for the Social Science (SPSS) version 21 application regarding influence quality life work and burden Work to performance employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk . Barru Branch Office which has discussed in chapter before , then writer interesting A conclusion important that is quality life work and burden Work influential positive and significant to performance employee proven with efficient regression quality life work (X 1 ) of 0.300 and load work (X 2 ) of 0.510 and value t count (X 1 ) is 2.020 > t table 2.00 with mark significance 0.047 <0.05 whereas mark t count (X 2 ) is 3,862 > t table 2.00 with mark significance 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is a type of quantitative research with the aim of determining the influence of taste and product diversity on customer loyalty study on coffee Darikopi Makassar. Samples were taken from customers of Darikopi Makassar. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to regular customers of Darikopi Makassar. Data collection is carried out through literature review, questionnaire distribution and documentation. In this study, the data sources used include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study used the Likert scale method. Based on the results of research using SPSS on the influence of taste and product diversity on customer loyalty of Darikopi Makassar, it was concluded that taste had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty which was marked by 4,296 > 1.66 with a significance of 0.000. Product diversity has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty which is marked by 5,785 > 1.66 with a significance of 0.000. Taste and product diversity have an effect of 51.6% on customer loyalty, and simultaneously affect it which is characterized by a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, Product diversity from Makassar Coffee needs to be maintained and further improved because the results show that product diversity has a more influence than taste on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to classify product quality in the agricultural industry using the Random Forest algorithm. The data used includes various inspection result parameters, such as dimensions, weight, product color, quality status, defect image, inspection time, temperature, machine speed, and indicator lights. The model is developed to classify products into "good" and "defective" categories, and is evaluated based on accuracy metrics and confusion matrix analysis. The results show that the Random Forest model is able to achieve an accuracy of 85% in classifying product quality. Based on the confusion matrix, the model has a perfect prediction rate for good quality products (100% precision) and several misclassifications in the defect category. Feature importance analysis shows that the parameters of inspection time, machine temperature, and defect image are the most significant factors in determining product quality. This study proves that the Random Forest algorithm can be a reliable tool to support the product quality inspection process in the agricultural industry, with further integration into IoT-based systems, this approach can improve the efficiency of the inspection process, reduce manual errors, and ensure more consistent product quality standards.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and taste on customer satisfaction at Bolu Cukke Hikmah in Gattareng Village, Soppeng Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that both service quality and taste have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The regression test shows that the service quality variable contributes 70.6% to customer satisfaction, while taste contributes 73.2%. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which indicates that the combination of good service and distinctive taste plays an important role in increasing customer loyalty. Based on these findings, it is recommended that business owners continue to improve service quality and maintain product flavors to maintain customer satisfaction and expand the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Villa Kampoeng Anda di Tanjung Bira, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaharuan dalam konteks pariwisata lokal, khususnya pada sektor akomodasi di daerah pesisir Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 165 responden yang pernah menginap di villa tersebut. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengelola Villa Kampoeng Anda untuk terus meningkatkan pelayanan, penyesuaian harga yang kompetitif, serta mempertahankan lokasi strategis sebagai upaya meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction at Villa Kampoeng Anda in Tanjung Bira, Bulukumba Regency. The novelty of this research lies in the local tourism context, particularly in the coastal accommodation sector of South Sulawesi. A quantitative approach was applied with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 165 respondents who had stayed at the villa. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests with the aid of SPSS software. The findings reveal that service quality, price, and location have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. These results suggest that the villa management should enhance service quality, implement competitive pricing strategies, and maintain its strategic location to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Makassar Indah Motor Di Kota Makassar, populasi penelitian adalah seluruh konsumen PT. Makassar Indah Motor Di Kota Makassar selama tahun 2015 sebanyak 2.329 konsumen sedangkan besarnya sampel ditetapkan dengan menggunakan metode slovin yaitu sebanyak 100 konsumen sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji signifikan r korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel saluran distribusi dengan keputusan pembelian mobil Honda pada PT. Makassar Indah Motor Di Kota Makassar, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai korelasi product moment 0,878 (korelasi sangat kuat), koefisien determinasi 0,770, sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis diperoleh rhitung adalah  lebih besar dari rtabel  (rhitung0,878 > rtabel 0,205) pada taraf signifikan 5 %. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,770 artinya bahwa variabel saluran distribusi (X) memberi pengaruh sebesar 77,00 % dengan variabel keputusan pembelian (Y), sedangkan selebihnya yaitu sebesar 23,00 % adalah di pengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel  lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian.
