Abstract

This article aims to design a model of empowering and training assistance for small business group of endek woven fabric craftsman in Sulang Village, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. This is done based on challenges in the development of handicraft industry in Bali, and in Indonesia in general is the problem of business management besides of course the problem of capital and marketing. The potential of endek woven handicraft industry in Klungkung Regency is very large because it is based on the household industry which is cultivated by the housewife who progressively growing into promising small and medium enterprises. Strengthening the capacity of the crafting group is essential with ongoing training and business management assistance. Thus the crafting group will have the capacity to manage its business. These new motives will be promotional media for designers to introduce endek into global cultural products.Keywords: training, mentoring, business management, group of artisans, small business

Abstract

As the developing of the research made by Anderson, et al. (1996); primary purpose of the research reported here is to observe empirically several specific hypothesis influence of customer expectation, perceived quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, customer complaint and customer loyalty in bank service. The result this study show that customer satisfaction directly affected by perceived quality and perceived value postpurchase. Perceived value itself is affected by perceived quality and customer expectation. Customer expectation not directly affected by customer satisfaction but customer expectation indirectly affected by perceived value.  Research also found that consistency of customer satisfaction  do not give any influence to customer complaint but customer satisfaction in banking service industry has a significant influence by customer loyalty. The results of the research is aimed to explain the existing of relationship between customer expectation, perceived quality, perceived value of customer satisfaction and  relationship between customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. The concept implied on this research will help much in resolving problem and decision making based on to service marketing development program, and implement the best quality strategy as the key to service provider effort the position themselves more effectively in the market place. Respondent is 200 customers of Mandiri in Denpasar. Two-Step Approach to Structural Equation Model (SEM).

Abstract

This empowerment program aims to improve the productivity of the products produced from the fruits of salak fruit, expand the reach of marketing and improve the understanding of partners about business planning and business management. These objectives are achieved through mentoring and training of business management of salak fruit processing industry, provision of adequate production equipment, marketing website creation and facilitating business group with capital institution. Besides famous as an agro-tourism area of Salak plantation, Sibetan Village has the potential of Small and Medium Enterprises in processing the salak fruit into dodol, pia, dates, crackers, syrup and wine. However, the management is still based on the household industry with limited capital and production, the production process is still simple, the packaging (packing) is sober, and marketing is still limited in District Bebandem and Kabupaten Karangasem. That's why this IbM program designed activities for two groups of salak processed household industries namely Salak Sradha Group in Telaga Village. Both groups are growing and need assistance in developing their business. The method of implementation to achieve this goal is to provide website creation assistance to facilitate the reach of marketing, supply of production equipment, facilitate business groups in gaining access to capital as well as assistance and training of business management planning and management. Keywords: fruit processing, production, marketing, packaging, business management

Abstract

This study aims to examine the simultaneous influence of motivation, compensation, and work environment on the performance of marketing employees at Bank BNI Singaraja Branch. Using a quantitative research design and a survey method, data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to all 35 marketing employees. The collected data were rigorously tested for validity and reliability before being analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 20. The results indicate that the independent variables—motivation, compensation, and work environment—collectively and significantly explain variations in employee performance. Specifically, the findings suggest that improvements in these three aspects are associated with increased productivity, efficiency, and overall performance in the marketing department. These results highlight the importance of an integrated human resource management strategy, emphasizing consistent motivation programs, fair and competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment. The strategic implications of this study suggest that optimizing these factors can enhance organizational goal achievement and provide a sustainable competitive advantage in the banking sector.
