Abstract

Abstract Based on background as much as 6,7 per 1000 households have households members (ART) who suffer from mental disorders. This shows that the family’s ability to care for people with mental disorders is very important to prevent relapse in schizophrenia patients.The aim of this research is to determine the average family capacity before and after it was carried out family psychoeducation therapy and also to find out whether there is an influence of family psychoeudcation therapy on the ability of families to care for schizophrenic patients in the Kumun health center workingarea. Family Psychoeducation Therapy is an action or therapy given to families in the form of actions that combine education, coping methods andthe family’s ability to solve problems, stress and burdens that arise when caring for family members who suffer from schizophrenia.This type of research is a Quasy Ekperiment with a One Group Pretest and Posttest approach with a sample size of 16 respondents. Based on the research results obtained, research results wereobtained before family psychoeducation therapy was carried out with an average value of 6,31 and after family psychoeducation therapy was carried out with an average value of 8,88 with a p-value of <0,005 which shows that there is an influence offamily psychoeducation therapy on ability. Family in caring for schizophrenic patients. The implementation of family psychoeducation therapy apart from being able to improve the family’s abilities, this therapy can also help the healing process of schizophrenia patients. The conclusion is that there is a difference in the average ability of families to care for patients before therapy is given and after family psychoeducation therapy is given.It is hopedthat this research will prodive insight and understanding and can also become a source of reference for further research and this family psychoeducation therapy can be applied ti anticipa the problem of family stress, burdens that can arise when caring for schizophrenia patients.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Patient safety is the main reference and principle in the health servive process in a health provider institution. The world helath organization (WHO) in 2020 reported that in several countries there were cases of as many as 70% of medication erros that caused permanent disability in patients. Medication erros also often occur in the caused permanent disability in hospitals. Errors in drug administration in Indonesia were ranked first (24.9%) of the top 10 reported incident. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge about administering medication and the 6 principles of correct medication. The purpose of this study was to all nurses who worked at the Rumkitban Hospital amounting to 32 respondents. The samples taken were 32 respondents who were obtained using a total sampling technique with a cross sectional approach. The ingtrument used is a questionnaire. The data in this study were processed using the chi-square test with a signifixanxe level of P= 0,005. From the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between nurses knowledge about drug administration and application of the 6 correct principles of medicine (P=0,017). The recommended advice for nurses and hospitals is to seek as much information as possible about the application of the 6- drug principle so that patient safety is guaranted Keywords: Nurses, Knowledge and Application of the Six Right Medicine Principles  ABSTRAK Keselamatan pasien merupakan acuan dan prinsip utama dalam proses pelayanan kesehatan di sebuah lembaga penyedia kesehatan. World Health Organitation (WHO) pada tahun 2020 melaporkan bahwa beberapa negara  terjadi   kasus   sebanyak 70%  kesalahan pengobatan hingga menyebabkan kecacatan permanen pada pasien. Kesalahan pengobatan juga sering kali terjadi dalam proses pengobatan, khususnya di Rumah Sakit. Kesalahan dalam pemberian obat di Indonesia menduduki peringkat pertama (24,9 %) dari 10 besar insiden yang dilaporkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat tentang pemberian obat dengan prinsip 6 benar obat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit rumkitban yang berjumlah 32 responden. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 32 responden yang di peroleh menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kemaknaan P = 0,005. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan perawat tentang pemberian obat dengan penerapan prinsip 6 benar obat (P = 0,017). Saran yang dianjurkan yaitu bagi perawat dan rumah sakit adalah mencari infoemasi sebanyak-banyaknya tentang penerapan prinsip 6 obat agar keselamatan pasien terjamin. Kata Kunci: Perawat, Pengetahuan dan Penerapan Prinsip Enam Benar Obat

Abstract

ABSTRACT The level of satisfaction of BPJS participants is measured through participant and business entity satisfaction surveys conducted by SWA-Bussiness Digest. Based on the survey results, the 2020 participant satisfaction level index was 81.5%, an increase from 80.1% in 2019. This means that 8 out of 10 participants are satisfied with BPJS Health services. This research aims to determine the relationship between patient satisfaction with BPJS users and the quality of health services at the Tanah Kampung Health Center. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling. The population in this study was all patients using BPJS at the Tanah Kampung health center, the data obtained was 138 people with a sample size of 58 respondents. This research was carried out at the Tanah Kampung Community Health Center, Sungai Banyak City. This research was conducted on 21 August - 4 September 2023. The results showed that more than half of the 37 (63.8%) respondents with patient satisfaction with BPJS users were less satisfied, more than half of the 36 (62.1%) respondents with the quality of service poor quality health with statistical test results (Chi-Square) obtained a value of p=0.002 (p<0.05). The conclusion of the research shows that there is a relationship between patient satisfaction with BPJS users and the quality of health services at the Tanah Kampung Community Health Center in 2023. The researcher's suggestion from the results of research on nurses is that the impact on the quality of health services for BPJS users will be better so that patients will be satisfied with the services provided. Keywords: BPJS User Patient Satisfaction & Service Quality  ABSTRAK Tingkat kepuasan peserta BPJS yang diukur melalui survei kepuasan peserta dan badan usaha yang diselenggarakan oleh SWA-Bussiness Digest. Berdasarkan hasil survei diperoleh indeks tingkat kepuasan peserta tahun 2020 sebesar 81,5%, meningkat dari tahun 2019 sebesar 80,1%. Artinya 8 dari 10 peserta merasa puas terhadap layanan BPJS Kesehatan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas Tanah Kampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pasien pengguna BPJS di puskesmas Tanah Kampung, data yang didapat yaitu 138 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 responden. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Puskesmas Tanah Kampung Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada tanggal 21 Agustus - 04 September Tahun 2023. Didapatkan hasil bahwa lebih dari separuh 37 (63,8%) responden dengan kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS kurang puas, lebih dari separuh 36 (62,1%) responden dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan kurang berkualitas dengan hasil uji statistic (Chi Square) diperoleh nilai p=0.002 (p<0.05). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas Tanah Kampung Tahun 2023. Saran peneliti dari hasil penelitian terhadap perawat adalah agar berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pengguna BPJS semakin baik sehingga, pasien akan puas dalam pelayanan yang diberikan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien Pengguna BPJS & Kualitas Pelayanan
