Abstract

Along with the development of the times, nurses are required to contribute fully in providing their services as much as possible, to produce satisfactory nursing performance for clients. Performance is a world issue today. This occurs as a consequence of public demands for excellent service or high-quality service that is inseparable from standards because performance is measured based on standards. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward nurse performance in documenting nursing care. This type of research is quantitative and analytical with a cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study were all nurses in the Pulmonary and Neurology Room of Mayjen H.A Thalib Hospital, Sungai Penuh City in 2025, totaling 34 people. The sampling technique used was the Total Sampling technique with a sample of 34 people. The place of this research was conducted in the Lung Room and Neurology Room of Mayjen H. A Thalib Hospital, Sungai Penuh City, implemented in December 2024-Agust 2025. The results showed that more than half of 21 (61.8%) respondents with good nursing performance, and more than half of 19 (55.9%) respondents with high knowledge with statistical test results (Chi-Square) obtained a p-value of 0.007. More than half of 22 (64.7%) respondents with a positive attitude with statistical test results (Chi-Square) obtained a p-value of 0.032. The researcher's suggestion from the results of the study so that it can be applied in daily nursing practice such as providing good nursing performance in documenting care, so that patients will be satisfied with the services provided by nurses.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The level of satisfaction of BPJS participants is measured through participant and business entity satisfaction surveys conducted by SWA-Bussiness Digest. Based on the survey results, the 2020 participant satisfaction level index was 81.5%, an increase from 80.1% in 2019. This means that 8 out of 10 participants are satisfied with BPJS Health services. This research aims to determine the relationship between patient satisfaction with BPJS users and the quality of health services at the Tanah Kampung Health Center. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling. The population in this study was all patients using BPJS at the Tanah Kampung health center, the data obtained was 138 people with a sample size of 58 respondents. This research was carried out at the Tanah Kampung Community Health Center, Sungai Banyak City. This research was conducted on 21 August - 4 September 2023. The results showed that more than half of the 37 (63.8%) respondents with patient satisfaction with BPJS users were less satisfied, more than half of the 36 (62.1%) respondents with the quality of service poor quality health with statistical test results (Chi-Square) obtained a value of p=0.002 (p<0.05). The conclusion of the research shows that there is a relationship between patient satisfaction with BPJS users and the quality of health services at the Tanah Kampung Community Health Center in 2023. The researcher's suggestion from the results of research on nurses is that the impact on the quality of health services for BPJS users will be better so that patients will be satisfied with the services provided. Keywords: BPJS User Patient Satisfaction & Service Quality  ABSTRAK Tingkat kepuasan peserta BPJS yang diukur melalui survei kepuasan peserta dan badan usaha yang diselenggarakan oleh SWA-Bussiness Digest. Berdasarkan hasil survei diperoleh indeks tingkat kepuasan peserta tahun 2020 sebesar 81,5%, meningkat dari tahun 2019 sebesar 80,1%. Artinya 8 dari 10 peserta merasa puas terhadap layanan BPJS Kesehatan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas Tanah Kampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pasien pengguna BPJS di puskesmas Tanah Kampung, data yang didapat yaitu 138 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 responden. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Puskesmas Tanah Kampung Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada tanggal 21 Agustus - 04 September Tahun 2023. Didapatkan hasil bahwa lebih dari separuh 37 (63,8%) responden dengan kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS kurang puas, lebih dari separuh 36 (62,1%) responden dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan kurang berkualitas dengan hasil uji statistic (Chi Square) diperoleh nilai p=0.002 (p<0.05). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas Tanah Kampung Tahun 2023. Saran peneliti dari hasil penelitian terhadap perawat adalah agar berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pengguna BPJS semakin baik sehingga, pasien akan puas dalam pelayanan yang diberikan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien Pengguna BPJS & Kualitas Pelayanan
