Abstract

In organizational management, employee loyalty is one aspect that must be improved by the organization to ensure the existence and progress of the organization. Some of the factors that can affect loyalty include gratitude, personality and organizational culture. The study aims to describe and analyze gratitude, personality towards employee loyalty both directly and indirectly through organizational culture as a mediating variable. The research sample amounted to 73 employees. Research location at Al Hidayah Donowarih Islamic Education Park Foundation, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. Data analysis method with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the Gratitude, Personality and Organizational Culture variables influence Employee Loyalty. Organizational culture fully mediates personality towards employee loyalty. Advice given to organizations that gratitude is one part of organizational culture. Keywords: Gratitude, Personality, Organizational Culture, Employee Loyalty.

Abstract

The murder crime is a crime that is classified as a sadist, where the perpetrators of crime to kill or remove others' lives deliberately, becoming even more brutal if in fact the perpetrator of the murder was now not only kill or remove other people's lives but also cut up any part of the body of his victim. Usually these crimes depends on the psychic state of the offender, where the perpetrators are likely to suffer psychiatric disorders, but among other criminal crimes experts argue that this crime is crime following the murder of a crime with the intention to cover the crimes of murder, then then the actors perform actions following an organ mutilation (truncation) of the victim, so that the victim is known of its existence is difficult or if known, then it will mislead investigators in uncovering his identity. Abstract

Based on the observation of some teachers found the symptoms as follows: the lack of abilityof Indonesian teachers in designing learning program (RPP), the learning device is only usedas a supplement and not to the needs of teaching, most teachers again if asked the lessonanswered not have or has not been made. The purpose of this research is to improve theability of Indonesian teachers in designing learning program (RPP) at SDN 015 PagaranTapah Darussalam through the method of administration tasks. This type of research is actionresearch school. Subjects in this study were teachers Indonesian as many as 12 people. Basedon the analysis and discussion can be concluded that the method of administration tasks canimprove the ability of Indonesian teachers in making learning device in SDN 015 PagaranTapah Darussalam through the method of administration tasks. Under these conditions, thelevel of acceptance of teachers increased. The aspect ratio capability Indonesian teachers inpreparing lesson plans through the provision of duty cycle I and II of the increase from 56%and the second cycle to 79%.
