Abstract

The research is motivated by the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic which raises various problems, especially for the application of distance learning program that requires students to carry out learning at home. The problem that discussed in this study is the level of learning motivation of 11th grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Gubug in distance learning program. The purpose of this research is to discover the factors that motivate students to participate in the learning program. This research used qualitative with a case study method. Respondents in this study were 3 students of 11th grade at SMA Negeri 1 Gubug, 3 parents of the respondents, 1 guidance and counselling teacher, and 3 homeroom teachers of the respondents. The data in this study were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the analysis results of the research shows that the learning motivation of each student is different from another. Overall, the highest learning motivation is having a strong will to study, then having clear goals to achieve and also the desire to succeed, having conducive environment and the last is having the ability to solve problems. Subjects who have high learning motivation will be more capable to follow the learning process well, while those who have low learning motivation will find it difficult to follow the distance learning process. Suggestions from the researcher are for the family and teachers to pay more attention to the children/students and maintain good communication so that they can stay motivated in learning process.

Abstract

In this increasingly complex and dynamic digital age, students are faced with increasingly complex learning methods. In Indonesia, the deep learning method is currently being implemented, emphasizing the ability to think critically, deeply, and prioritizing cognitive processes. By maximizing critical thinking skills, it demonstrates that students can apply self-management skills to cognitive aspects and actions they possess. Self-leadership skills are important to support the success of student learning. However, the implementation of deep learning in schools in Indonesia still faces various challenges, particularly for students and educators. One of the main challenges is the lack of understanding and skills among guidance counselors in the concept of deep learning approaches. In guidance and counseling services related to student characteristics, guidance counselors need to understand the changes in deep learning, recognize the potential and abilities of students, in order to support the development of self-leadership skills in students. The implementation of the community service program was carried out over three weeks, divided into three stages: (1) planning stage, (2) implementation stage, and (3) evaluation stage. The objectives of the community service activity were to enhance understanding of the role of guidance and counseling teachers, as well as to deepen understanding of the concepts of self-leadership and deep learning. The results of this community service activity showed a significant increase, with the post-test scores improving by 2.43 points compared to the pre-test scores. The conclusion drawn is that this community service activity demonstrated the success of the training in providing participants with an understanding of the role of guidance and counseling teachers in applying deep learning methods in guidance and counseling services. The post-test results showed an increase of 2.43 points, indicating that the training in this community service activity had a strong correlation with improving the understanding of the concepts of deep learning and self-leadership among guidance and counseling teachers in Brebes City. Meanwhile, the results of the turnitin test that has been conducted are at the 14% level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menetahui apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama efektif dalam mengembangkan perilaku asertif siswa kelas XI di SMA N 1 Tayu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimental design one-group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis yaitu berupa angket, wawancara dan observasi dengan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji Shapiro-Wilk. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 396 siswa dari kelas XI 1 - XI 11. Instrument yang digunakan berupa skala likert. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan skor pada saat sebelum diberi perlakuan (pretest) dan sesudah diberi perlakuan (posttest). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil presentase membandingkan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 70,5 dan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 97,2. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama efektif untuk mengembangkan perilaku asertif.

Abstract

Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya permasalahan pada siswa kelas XI MA NU Mranggen, di mana sebagian besar siswa mengaku sering mengalami kelelahan fisik akibat kurang tidur yang berdampak pada penurunan konsentrasi. Berdasarkan survei awal terhadap 155 siswa, ditemukan 109 siswa mengalami gangguan tidur dan 94 siswa menyatakan ketidakpuasan terhadap hasil belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas tidur terhadap prestasi akademik siswa kelas XI di MA NU Mranggen. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MA NU Mranggen yang berjumlah 155 siswa, dengan sampel 80 siswa diambil menggunakan Stratified Random Sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui angket (kuesioner) dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment serta regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki kualitas tidur kategori tinggi (61,3%) dan prestasi akademik kategori tinggi (57,5%). Hasil analisis korelasi memperoleh nilai r = 0,507 (p = 0,000 < 0,05), menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan. Uji regresi menghasilkan persamaan Y = 43.524 + 0.618X. Kesimpulannya, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan (p = 0,000). Kualitas tidur berkontribusi sebesar 25,7% terhadap prestasi akademik, dan sisanya 74,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain.
