Os Femur radiography with suspected distal 1/3 fracture to show the fracture and abnormalities found in the Os Femur. The femur has the function of supporting and supporting the body, as a place of attachment for large muscles, and as a place for the production of red blood cells in the bone marrow. Fractures of the Os Femur are more often caused by forced injuries which often occur in traffic accidents where the patient experiences decreased consciousness and active bleeding occurs. At this writing, the examination projections used are Antero-Posterior and Lateral projections. The aircraft used by General X-Ray uses 200 mA. Image recording using Computed Radiography (CR). This research was conducted at the Haji Medan General Hospital with qualitative and descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by interviews, documentation and direct photography in the field. The conclusion from the results of the X-ray examination of the femur is a diaphyseal fracture of the distal 1/3 of the femur in the contrast position, the alignment is not good, which is shown using Antero-Posterior and Lateral projections and using Computed Radiography (CR) film processing so as to provide clear image results. optimal for diagnosing diseases and disorders.

Elbow Joint Radiography with a suspected Olecranon Process Fracture , in order to get an optimal image requires the right equipment to support the smooth running of health services such as using a General X-ray Unit X-ray. The aim of elbow joint radiography research is to show the anatomy and obtain a radiographic picture of the elbow joint with abnormalities that occur in the elbow joint. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative research techniques are research that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis and the subject's perspective is emphasized more. The results obtained from a radiographic examination of the elbow joint with suspected olecranon process fracture using a machine with a capacity of 500mA. In radiographs of elbow joints with suspected olecranon process fractures, it is necessary to adjust the size of the radiation field as needed so that the radiation dose received by the patient is smaller.

Thoracic vertebrae are bones that form part of the backbone or spine consisting of 12 segments starting from Thoracal 1 to Thoracal 12. Osteoporosis is porous bone that has the characteristic of low or reduced bone mass and decreased bone tissue quality, which can cause bone fragility. This examination uses Antero-Posterior and Lateral projections and shadow recording using Digital Radiography (DR). Using a General X-Ray Unit with a maximum capacity of 500 mA. The type of research used is qualitative and descriptive research. The data collection technique is in the form of observation and interviews. With the results of the study obtained from the Royal Prima Medan Hospital.

The clavicle is an S-shaped bone that articulates laterally with the acromioma process of the scapula, medially with the manubrium of the clavicular notch to form the clavicular joint. An avulsion fracture is a disconnection of the clavicle bone caused by direct and indirect trauma in the position of the arm being cut off or pulled out (outstretched hand) because the trauma continues from the wrist to the clavicle. Radiography is an appropriate method to show abnormalities in the os calvicula. The aim is to show the anatomy of the clavicle bone and its abnormalities. This examination uses the Antero-Posterior projection. The X-ray aircraft used is GE with a capacity of 500 mA. The tape used is 30 cm x 40 cm. Processing film used is Computed Radiography.

Paranasal sinus radiography is an appropriate method for showing abnormalities in the paranasal sinuses and showing abnormalities in suspected Maxillary Sinusitis. The purpose of this examination is to determine the location and location of sinusitis by obtaining an optimal picture with radiographic examination of the paranasal sinuses. This research was conducted at the Radiology Installation of the University of North Sumatra-Medan Hospital. Using a general X-ray unit with an aircraft capacity of 1100 mA in February 2022 - May 2022, with a qualitative descriptive research type. To show the anatomical description and pathological abnormalities in the paranasal sinuses, especially maxillary sinuses, parietoacanthia (water's method) and lateral projections are used. The results of the examination showed that there was Sinusitis Maxillaris Sinistra and a suspected Sinusitis Ethmoidalis Sinistra.

The vertebral column is the main pillar of the body's bones that supports the head, upper extremities, and chest cavity. One of the abnormalities in the thoracolumbar vertebrae is Scoliosis. Scoliosis is a deformity of the spine to the lateral side that is excessive in the vertebrae. The effects of Scoliosis will be clearly visible if this disease attacks the lumbar region and causes the pelvis to tilt which impacts the lower extremities so that the patient limps or cannot balance when walking. Scoliosis examination is carried out using several projections, namely Anteroposterior (AP) for supine patients or Posteroanterior (PA) for erect patients is more recommended, Lateral with an erect position, and (AP) bending right and left. This examination was carried out at Bhayangkara TK II Medan in May 2025 with observation and interviews, through image processing using Computer Radiography (CR). The X-ray machine used in the implementation of Lumbar Vertebrae column radiography with suspected Scoliosis is a type of machine with a capacity of 500 mA, but researchers chose a large focus of 200 mA to obtain optimal image sharpness. Because the object being examined is relatively large, it is best to use a grid for image contrast (200 mA).

The humerus is the longest and largest bone in the upper extremity. It articulates proximally with the scapula and distally with the elbow or antebrachium. The proximal end of the humerus has a rounded head (caput humeri) that articulates with the glenoid cavity of the scapula to form the glenohumeral joint. Distal to the humeral head is the anatomical neck, which appears as an oblique groove. Distal to the anatomical neck is the greater tubercle. The greater tubercle is the most palpable lateral landmark of the humerus in the shoulder region. Between the greater tubercle and the lesser tubercle is a groove called the intertubercular sulcus. The primary function of the humerus is to provide attachment for arm muscles and support various physical functions of the arm. A fracture is a condition in which the continuity of bone and cartilage is disrupted due to impact or osteoporosis. Multiple fractures are a condition in which the continuity of bone tissue is lost in more than one line. This study aims to produce an optimal radiographic image of the left humerus with suspected Multiple Fractures of the Middle 1/3 of the Humerus, so that the photo results can be used as accurate results for further treatment. This study was conducted at the Radiology Installation of Drs. H. Amri Tambunan Regional General Hospital, the research time was in April 2025, the research method used was the interview method, and direct observation. Examination of the left humerus with suspected Multiple Fractures of the Middle 1/3 of the Humerus was carried out using Antero-Posterior and Lateral projections. In this examination the author used a general X-ray unit, with the image recording process using digital radiography (DR).
