Abstract

Mastoid adalah rongga kecil di dalam subtansi tulang, berisi udara yang berhubungan melalui aditus ke dalam cavum timpani. Mastoid terletak ditelinga bagian tengah (auris media). Banyak kelainan terdapat pada telinga tengah (auris media) salah satunya adalah Mastoiditis. Mast oiditis adalah suatu peradangan atau infeksi yang terjadi pada pada sel-sel mastoid yang terletak pada tulang temporal yang biasanya berasal dari cavum timpani. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui teknik pemeriksaan dan memperlihatkan anatomi radiografi Mastoid Air Cell dengan diagnosa Mastoiditis dan alasan penggunaan proyeksi axiolateral pada sisi yang sakit saja dengan alasan menyesuaikan permintaan dokter pengirim, mengurangi biaya pemeriksaan bagi pasien serta mengurangi radiasi yang diterima pasien. Pemeriksaan ini menggunakan dua proyeksi, yaitu proyeksi AP Axial (Towne) dengan penyudutan sinar sebesar 30 derjat caudal dan proyeksi Axiolateral (Schuller). Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan deskriptif. Pelaksanaan radiografi mastoid menggunakan pencatatan gambar dengan sistem Computer Radiografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam ilmu yang telah di dapat sewaktu dalam perkuliahan dan untuk melihat kelainan pada Mastoid. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan pada tanggal 17 Ma.ret 2022, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Dengan hasil ekspertise dokter radiologi “Tampak perselubungan pada mastoid air cells kanan”. Kesimpulan Mastoiditis kanan.

Abstract

Hystero Salpingography (HSG) radiography with suspected non-patency of both fallopian tubes at the Radiology Installation of Columbia Asia Hospital, Medan. Scientific Writing for the Diploma III Radiodiagnostic Engineering and Radiotherapy Study Program Sinar Amal Bhakti Foundation Medan 2021. Hystero Salpingography (HSG) is an examination of the uterus and salpinx using radio opaque contrast media via a uterine canule carried out by a radiologist with the patient supine on the flouroscopy table, examination This can also be done with conventional radiography using a tube from above. Non-patent tubes are tubes that are occluded so that sperm cannot reach the ampulla to fertilize the ovum. The aim of the examination is to show the anatomy and abnormalities accurately by means of contrast injection using a catheter. This research was conducted at the Radiology Installation at Columbia Asia Hospital, Medan. The examination technique uses an antero-posterior projection which aims to optimally show the anatomical structure of the uterus and fallopian tubes. The aircraft used in this research is a Philips Pesawar General X-ray Unit with the Bucky Diagnost CS.Optimus 80 type and a capacity of 500 mA. The cassette used measures 18x24 cm. The film processing process used is Computed Radiography (CR).

Abstract

Radiographic examination of the calcaneus bone using X-rays can clearly determine the location of the spur formation. The aim of this study was to determine the procedure for carrying out Os Calcaneus radiography with suspected spur formation at Columbia Asia Hospital, Medan. The type of examination used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are based on the results of literature reviews, interviews, observations and documentation. This examination was carried out at Columbia Asia Hospital Medan, in January 2020, using a General X-ray unit x-ray, 18 cm x 24 cm cassette, with image processing using Computed Radiography. The results of the research obtained radiographic images of the calcaneus bone with greater detail and sharpness, so that it could show spur formation on the calcaneus bone. To show the anatomical picture and pathological abnormalities in the Os Calcaneus with suspected spur formation, it can be done using Axial and Lateral projections.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan Untuk Edukasi Masyarakat Tentang Dampak Radiasi Gelombang Elektromagnetik Terhadap Kesehatan Manusia Di Desa Sembahe Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Laporan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Akademi Teknik Radiodiagnostik dan Radioterapi Amal Bhakti Medan diharapkan dapat dijadikan referensi bagi seluruh civitas akademika ATRO AMAL BHAKTI MEDAN dalam merencanakan dan menjalankan penyelenggaraan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di setiap unit kerja yang ada di lingkungan ATRO AMAL BHAKTI MEDAN.
