Abstract

This is an examination of abnormal holes (fistels) using X-rays, which can clearly determine the fistula. Fistelography examination with suspected Vesico perianal fistula aims to get a picture of the relationship of the abnormal hole (fistel) with other organs, from postero-anterior and lateral projections, contrast media is needed so that it can show the relationship of the abnormal hole (fistel) with other organs. This research uses descriptive and qualitative types. The research was carried out in July 2020 at the Dr. Pirngadi Medan Regional General Hospital using a General X-ray unit. Data collection techniques using 1. Interview with a radiographer, 2. Observation, namely carrying out examinations on patients undergoing fistelography examinations with suspected vesico perianal fistula, by recording and documenting the results of the examination. 3. Documentation of the results of the processed data and the results are transcribed and copied in typed form. From the research results, contrast is obtained, sharpness of detail of the criteria covering the object. The film recording used is Computer Radiography (CR).

Abstract

Antegrade Pyelography is a technique or procedure for X-ray examination of the upper urinary system by inserting a contrast medium which is inserted through the renal system (calyces). Contrast media is inserted through a nephrostomy catheter which has previously been installed by a urologist surgically. Hydronephrosis is distention of the renal pelvis and calyces of the kidney resulting from some obstruction of the ureter or renal pelvis. This study aims at a non-functional examination of the urinary system in which contrast medium is inserted directly antegrade into the pelvicalyceal system via catheterization by a urologist during a minor surgical procedure. This procedure is often performed to determine the location of urinary tract stones or other types of obstruction. The examination is antero-posterior and oblique. Research on Antegrade Pyelography radiography with suspected Hydronephrosis, this type of research uses qualitative research. Antegrade Pyelography examination with suspected Hydronephrosis at the H. Adam Malik Central General Hospital in Medan using a General Purpose to study in more depth the knowledge that has been obtained during lectures and to see abnormalities in Antegrade Pyelography. This research was carried out at the H. Adam Malik Central RSU Medan on June 14 2021, using qualitative methods, Observation, Interview, Consultation and Documentation.

Abstract

Hystero Salpingography (HSG) radiography with suspected non-patency of both fallopian tubes at the Radiology Installation of Columbia Asia Hospital, Medan. Scientific Writing for the Diploma III Radiodiagnostic Engineering and Radiotherapy Study Program Sinar Amal Bhakti Foundation Medan 2021. Hystero Salpingography (HSG) is an examination of the uterus and salpinx using radio opaque contrast media via a uterine canule carried out by a radiologist with the patient supine on the flouroscopy table, examination This can also be done with conventional radiography using a tube from above. Non-patent tubes are tubes that are occluded so that sperm cannot reach the ampulla to fertilize the ovum. The aim of the examination is to show the anatomy and abnormalities accurately by means of contrast injection using a catheter. This research was conducted at the Radiology Installation at Columbia Asia Hospital, Medan. The examination technique uses an antero-posterior projection which aims to optimally show the anatomical structure of the uterus and fallopian tubes. The aircraft used in this research is a Philips Pesawar General X-ray Unit with the Bucky Diagnost CS.Optimus 80 type and a capacity of 500 mA. The cassette used measures 18x24 cm. The film processing process used is Computed Radiography (CR).

Abstract

Abdominal plain radiology examination Anal atresia aims to obtain a radiographic picture of congenital abnormalities in the anus which cause the anus to form imperfectly. The projections carried out in this radiological examination are Antero-Posterior Supine (AP), and Lateral Knee Chest (L) projections. This research uses descriptive research. Atresia ani radiology examination research time This was carried out in May-J 2021 at Bhayangkara Hospital, Medan. The X-ray aircraft used in this examination is a conventional Toshiba-DK Medical System brand aircraft with a capacity of 20 0 Kv and a maximum mA of 300 mA. Radiographic image processing uses CR (Computed Radiography). The cassette used during this examination was a CR cassette measuring 35 cm x 35 cm. The results of the research obtained from an abdominal examination with the suspicion of Atresia ani with the results of the interpretation from the radiologist being correct Atresia ani with the distance of the most distal intestinal air to the anal dimple (marker) being ± 2.6 cm.
