Abstract

The ossa pedis is part of the lower extremity which consists of the femur, ossa pedis. The lower limbs are divided into several parts including the ossa pedis (leg bones), which consists of 26 bones and is divided into 3 parts. Dislocation is the movement of the touching surface of the bone which makes up the joint or what is usually called the joint head coming out of the cup, so that the bones that form the joint are no longer connected automatically. Radiography of the ossa pedis with suspected dislocation of the proximal digit II interphalangeal is a radiographic examination to show the anatomy and abnormalities of the ossa pedis by using x-rays. This study aims to obtain an image of the fracture of the ossa pedis from the Dorso-Plantar and Oblique projections, with optimal sharpness and detail so that it can show the bone structure and abnormalities that occur in the ossa pedis. This researcher used a qualitative type of method, using a General X-ray Unit x-ray aircraft with image processing using computed radiography (CR). Data was collected through literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The research results were obtained from a radiographic examination of the ossa pedis with the suspicion of proximal digit II interphalangeal dislocation with the doctor's interpretation: visible proximal digit II interphalangeal dislocation.

Abstract

BNO radiography with suspected cholelithiasis at Medan Adventist Hospital. Scientific writing for Diploma III Radiodiagnostic Engineering and Radiotherapy study program, Sinar Amal Bhakti Foundation, Medan 2021. BNO radiography using X-rays is the right method to display abnormalities in BNO, especially Plain Abdomen with suspected Cholelithiasis. This examination uses the Antero-Posterior Supine projection, and the Antero-Posterior Lateral position. Research carried out at Medan Adventist Hospital Radiology with the type of x-ray aircraft used was the General X-ray Unit with a relatively large capacity in April 2021. The type of research carried out was a qualitative research method, data collection techniques based on observation results. The results of the research obtained from a BNO radiographic examination with suspected cholelithiasis at the Medan Adventist Hospital, namely that an opaque image appeared in the right hypochondrium at the level of L.1. The film processing is carried out using Computer Radiography (CR).

Abstract

Abdominal plain radiology examination Anal atresia aims to obtain a radiographic picture of congenital abnormalities in the anus which cause the anus to form imperfectly. The projections carried out in this radiological examination are Antero-Posterior Supine (AP), and Lateral Knee Chest (L) projections. This research uses descriptive research. Atresia ani radiology examination research time This was carried out in May-J 2021 at Bhayangkara Hospital, Medan. The X-ray aircraft used in this examination is a conventional Toshiba-DK Medical System brand aircraft with a capacity of 20 0 Kv and a maximum mA of 300 mA. Radiographic image processing uses CR (Computed Radiography). The cassette used during this examination was a CR cassette measuring 35 cm x 35 cm. The results of the research obtained from an abdominal examination with the suspicion of Atresia ani with the results of the interpretation from the radiologist being correct Atresia ani with the distance of the most distal intestinal air to the anal dimple (marker) being ± 2.6 cm.

Abstract

Veterbra Cervicalis is a spine consisting of seven segments which have small segment bodies and large segment openings. The function of the Veterbra Cervicalis is to cover and protect the spinal nerves, which act as support for almost two-thirds of the body's weight. As for the purpose of the work write scientific This in arrange is for show fracture and abnormality on the organ being examined, to obtain image criteria that can be appropriate to the case, for know location fracture the, for straighten up diagnosis in accordance with the case. Aircraft X-ray is Wrong One equipment installation radiology which has an important role in producing X-rays and providing images of objects on X-ray film. Radiographic techniques to show the anatomy of the Cervical Vertebral Column and its abnormalities, including cervical fractures, can theoretically be done with several projections, namely AP (Antero - Posterior), Lateral, Hyperextension and Hyperflexion. After carrying out a radiographic examination of the Cervical Vertebra Column with a suspected fracture in the Anterior part of the Cervical Vertebrae Corpus -5 and Cervical Spinous Process -2 at Columbia Asia Hospital Medan, the author concluded that the projections used were Anterior Posterior (AP) and Lateral projections. In the AP projection carried out at Columbia Asia Hospital Medan, a fracture appeared in the anterior portion of the Cervical Corpus -5, and in the lateral projection, a fracture appeared in the spinous process. Cervical -2.
