Abstract

Entreprenuerial learning in secondary vocational school aims to produce graduates to overcome the problem of unemployment. This study aimed to identify formation of attitudes and awareness of entrepreneurship towards vocational students after obtaining entrepreneurial training. The effect of entrepreneurial training is measured from the activities of teaching in class, mastery of entrepreneurship, atmosphere / climate of learning, the interest of students on entrepreneurship, and attitudes of students postining. Research with quantitative approach was carried out to 95 student of grade 3 SMK 1 Ternate with background in accounting, office administration marketing, tourism businesses and information technology. Data and information actual through questionnaire prepared in accordance with the variables to be measured. Results showed that a significant contribution of teaching entrepreneurship on the formation of entrepreneurial attitude. This means the higher the level of mastery learning and the better the quality of the learning entrepreneurship atmosphere the greather implications for the change of entrepreneurial attitude. It is recommended that managers SMK supports the effort to create entrepreneurial attitudes through increased teacher competence in the area of entrepreneurship, and empowerment of the role of principal as motivator entrepreneurial behavior in school.

Abstract

Abstract

The results of the study show that portfolio-based learning in social studies is learning developed from constructivist learning theory which emphasizes more on student activities during the learning process. this lesson too able to bring out students' ability to work together, the ability to solve problems in groups, raise students' courage in ask, answer questions, and do the questions in front of the class. Basically the portfolio as a learning model is an effort made by the teacher so that students have the ability to express and express themselves as individuals or groups. This ability is obtained by students through learning experiences so that they have the ability to organize the information they find, make reports and write down what is on their minds, and then put it in full in their work / assignments. The portfolio learning model is always followed by a portfolio assessment model (portfolio evaluation). In principle, portfolio assessment is carried out continuously with an emphasis on assessing the entire document of learning outcomes by taking into account the self-evaluation carried out by students. This assessment is intended to measure students' abilities in the learning process and evaluate teacher performance in relation to the success or failure of the implementation of the portfolio learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja dampak wabah Covid-19 terhadap UMKM pada usaha tahu Sinar Tani di Desa Trans Kecamatan Sahu Timur Kabupaten Halmahera Barat serta upaya meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM dimasa Pandemi. Sebagaimana tujuan diantaranya adalah berdampa kpada UMKM usaha tahu Sinar Tani yang berada di Desa Trans Kecamatan Sahu Timur Kabupaten Halmahera Barat.Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan melakukan Observasi, Wawancara, dokumentasi danpenarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adany apandem iCovid-19 sangatlah berdampak pada UMKM .dimana dampak yang dialaminya saat ini diantaranya : (1) Pelaku usaha mengalami penurunan pendapatan, (2) Menurunya tingkat daya beli masyarakat karena berkurangnya aktivitas masyarakat diluar rumah. Ada beberapa upaya pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan saat ini dengan cara mempromosikan usaha mereka kepada konsumen yang lain atau yang belum berlanganan dengan Usaha Sinar Tani, serta tetap menjaga kualitas produk dengan baik agar tetap di sukai oleh masyarakat sekitar atau konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of activity and student learning outcomes through the implementation of the PQ4R strategy (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite and Review) in the subject matter of financial services authority in class X IIS I SMA Negeri 7 Halmahera Selatan 2019 academic year. Type of research This is included in the classroom action research (CAR). The PQ4R strategy research procedure was carried out in 4 stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The types of research instruments used to collect data are observation sheets, questionnaires and learning achievement tests. The PQ4R strategy was assessed by 1 observer, the teacher as presenter and 35 students as subjects. The teachers and those involved in this study came from SMA Negeri 7 Halmahera Selatan. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative to determine individual completeness and classical mastery. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PQ4R learning method can increase the activity and learning outcomes, based on the results of the analysis in cycle I and cycle II it is known that student activity and learning outcomes during the learning process always increase. Student activity in the first cycle of the first meeting obtained 50% of the second meeting 60%, the average activity was 81% in the good category. While the activity in cycle II increased at the first meeting to get 80%, the second meeting was 90% and the average percentage was 80.50% in the good category. Learning outcomes in the first cycle with an average value of 80%, 87% classical completeness.

Abstract

Mangrove forests in Kipai Village provide significant benefits in terms of economy, ecology, and social aspects. However, the local community has limited awareness of these forests' direct and indirect benefits, particularly regarding the economic potential of mangrove-based commodities they have unknowingly utilized. This activity aims to provide training and assistance to the community, specifically to partners, on maximizing the potential of mangrove forest areas to improve the income of coastal communities in Kipai Village. Implementing this Community Service activity follows a structured approach to address partner challenges, including socialization, training, technology application, assistance, evaluation, and program sustainability. The evaluation involves interviewing several partner groups to gather feedback and impressions of the activities. The community members, particularly those who participated, have reported feeling the positive impact of the activity, as it has enhanced their knowledge and skills in utilizing the mangrove area's potential, thus enabling them to process it into products with higher economic value.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has transformed the global entrepreneurial paradigm through the integration of digital technology, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data. These changes require the younger generation to have critical, creative, and adaptive thinking skills in response to digital transformation. However, in Indonesia, the entrepreneurial spirit still faces challenges such as low digital literacy, limited access to innovative financing, and weak cross-sector collaboration. This study aims to analyze effective strategies for fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era through a literature review of theories, research results, and the latest national policies. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review technique of scientific publications from 2019–2025 from various academic sources and official reports. The results of the study indicate that digital entrepreneurship education, strengthening the ecosystem based on the Quadruple Helix model, and the integration of national strategies such as Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka and the National Movement of 1000 Digital Startups are key to building the entrepreneurial character of generation 4.0. In addition, experiential learning, collaborative innovation, and mastery of digital literacy have been shown to increase students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy and creativity. Thus, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the digital era not only impacts economic growth but also serves as a fundamental strategy for building the nation's economic independence and resilience towards Digital Indonesia 2045.
