Abstract

East Lombok Regency is one of eight regencies in West Nusa Tenggara Province that has many tourist attractions. However, tourist attractions in East Lombok Regency itself are currently still poorly informed by the outside community in particular due to the lack of information. Therefore, tourism in East Lombok Regency requires promotional facilities so that both local and outside communities can easily find out tourism information. The design of a tourism information system in East Lombok Regency by utilizing the internet will make it very easy to find information about tourism in East Lombok Regency and is expected to be very capable of being a means of tourism promotion. The design of this tourism information system uses a user centered design model.

Abstract

The Solutive company is currently facing several issues in its sales process, including time-consuming transactions that are still conducted directly at the office and manual record-keeping using Microsoft Excel, which complicates sales data coordination. The aim of this research is to use the waterfall method to develop a sales information system for social media services at Solutive, with the goal of facilitating customer transactions and providing a sales reporting system for Solutive's Social Media Management services. Based on the research conducted, a UAT application test was performed, divided into three assessment criteria, with the system aspect achieving a percentage of 89.75%, the user aspect obtaining a percentage of 91.33%, and the interaction aspect reaching a percentage of 92.91%. The average percentage of the UAT test reached 91.33%. From the results of the UAT test, it can be concluded that the performance of the Solutive company's Social Media Management Service Sales Information System is rated as very good.

Abstract

SMPN 1 Kejayan uses the Microsoft Excel Macro application to support the school order process. In this application, it was found that there is no database system that can store all data for each school year. The absence of a database system that is able to store all data for each school year, the lack of connection between one data and another automatically hampers the administrative process and monitoring of student discipline, prone to data input errors, and inaccurate report data. Another problem is experienced by parents who do not know the progress of their children's order at school and letters that are still in hardcopy are sometimes not submitted by students to their parents, causing misunderstandings between parents and counseling teachers. Based on these problems, a web-based application was developed. into a web-based application with Whatsapp API technology. This order application was built using the codeigniter framework and using the Waterfall development model. From the results of research and testing that has been carried out on applications using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results in an overall average of 86.84%, indicating that the order application that has been designed can help the administrative process and monitoring of the order at SMPN 1 Kejayan.

Abstract

Kelulusan adalah kegiatan rutin yang harus diikuti oleh peserta didik untuk menyelesaikan program pendidikan, ditandai dengan diberikan ijazah atau surat keterangan lulus kepada peserta didik. Penerbitan blangko ijazah dari dinas pendidikan harus menunggu waktu minimal 3 bulan pengerjaan, sehingga untuk keperluan mendaftar kuliah atau kerja untuk sementara bisa menggunakan surat keterangan lulus (SKL). Lamanya dalam perekapan hasil akhir nilai rapor serta hasil ujian satuan pendidikan di SMKS PGRI Pakisaji, membuat penerbitan dan pendistribusian SKL membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama agar sampai kepada peserta didik. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penggunaan media daring yang dapat diakses sewaktu-waktu untuk mempercepat penyampaian SKL. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi SKL dengan autintikasi QR Code di SMKS PGRI Pakisaji sehingga dapat membantu dalam proses administrasi dan monitoring penyampaian SKL. Sistem menghasilkan surat keterangan lulus (SKL) digital yang bisa diunduh oleh peserta didik masing-masing tanpa perlu datang ke SMKS PGRI Pakisaji. Berdasarkan pengujian user acceptance test (UAT) yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil 86% dan dapat dinyatakan bahwa sistem informasi SKL telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem.

Abstract

Catholic High School (SMAK) at Bhakti Luhur Malang, is one of the Catholic religious-based high schools, in accepting new students (PPDB) it still uses a conventional system by sending and returning forms using couriers, sometimes it still needs to be re-confirmed for availability. Lack of registration requirements and the process of resubmitting these requirements are carried out. As a solution to this problem, this research created a design for a WEB-based PPDB information system at SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang using a prototype model. The system was built by inputting the registration form and uploading student requirements documents. PPDB officers check the requirements, if there are any deficiencies they will be reconfirmed via e-mail and if they are complete then the registration will be accepted with notification via e-mail, students can check their registration status independently. The average UAT results from the research and development of this system reached 94%, indicating that the functions of the system were declared suitable for using as a PPDB information system at SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang.

Abstract

Tidak seluruhnya pengarsipan dokumen prodi untuk 9 standar borang akreditasi dalam mendukung pelaksanaan Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) dan akreditasi tersimpan dalam bentuk file yang menimbulkan permasalahan: membutuhkan banyak tempat penyimpanan dokumen, dokumen tidak teratur, pencarian dokumen tidak efektif dan tingkat ketelitian tinggi, sering kehilangan dokumen, beberapa kondisi dokumen rusak, kesulitan memonitoring kelengkapan dokumen terlebih dokumen yang berhubungan dengan unit lain, data yang sama untuk standar borang yang berbeda disimpan beberapa kali. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk merancang SIEDAK PRODI berbasis web yang mengoptimalkan AMI dan akreditasi dalam 9 standar dengan menerapkan 2 metode yaitu pengambilan record melalui database sistem yang terintegrasi dengan unit lain, dan input upload dokumen prodi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu waterfall. Abstract

Internship programs are crucial in higher education, providing students with practical work experience and preparing them for professional careers. However, the internship monitoring process at LP3L Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang is still conducted manually, resulting in inefficiencies in student registration, progress tracking, and final report archiving. These manual processes often cause delays, miscommunication, and difficulties in effectively monitoring student progress. This research aims to design and develop a web-based internship monitoring system using the Prototype model and User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The system is intended to streamline the internship process by providing a structured and automated platform for students, lecturers, and administrators. Key features of the system include online student registration, automated progress tracking, and digital archiving of final internship reports. The system is developed using the CodeIgniter framework for the backend, MySQL for database management, and Bootstrap for the user interface, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient experience. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) results indicate an average satisfaction rate of 88.60%, proving the system's effectiveness in enhancing internship management. The implementation of this system significantly improves workflow efficiency, reduces administrative burdens, and facilitates better communication among stakeholders, ultimately leading to a more structured and transparent internship process.

Abstract

CV. OKTA is a printing company engaged in packaging production. The company faces several issues, including poor recording of customer orders, lack of proper tracking of raw materials used during the production process, and unrecorded production outputs. These problems can disrupt production activities and potentially lead to significant losses if not addressed. To overcome these challenges, an Information System was developed using the Prototype Method, which involves thorough analysis to gather requirements and generate system concepts. This method includes five main stages: Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. The resulting Production Process Information System can be accessed by Admin, PPIC, Operator, and Owner, with all stages from start to finish being recorded in the system. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and Laragon as the database environment. The results of the study show that the system functions effectively and supports the operations of CV. OKTA, achieving an average User Acceptance Test (UAT) score of 93.23%.

Abstract

The Youth Skill of Youth Lawang Village for Information Technology is still lacking, especially in the photoshop design side. There are no youth youths who have a background in multimedia school students, or who have worked on self-taught about photoshop design. Undoubtedly contrary to the current trend of community needs. There is a desire from some youth entrepreneurship developers in the multimedia field to take a short course on Photoshop design but have constrained by costs. The Head of Lawang Village hopes, the existing entrepreneurship has been increasing, to accommodate positive, creative activities contained in entrepreneurship, as well as training to work independently and improve the economy of the Lawang Village community. Based on the problems above, they are training to enhance Photoshop design skills for the youth of Lawang Village Youth Organization in supporting their entrepreneurship. The results of the training based on the percentage of pre-test and post-test photoshop design skills for youth Lawang Village increased by 98%. The proven that community service activities through this Photoshop design training activity were successful, and it was proven that after the training began ordering cartoon and wallpaper theme design stickers.
