Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, dan Motivasi Kerja secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Aparat pada Kantor Desa Babang Buyangge. dan untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui apakah dari kedua variabel tersebut manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Aparat pada Kantor Desa Babang Buyangge. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang Aparat pada Kantor Desa Babang Buyangge. Metode penelitian kepustkaan (Library Research), yaitu metode atau teknik penelitian yang dimaksutkan untuk medapatakan teori dari buku- buku / literatur dan tulisan –tulisan ilmiah yang mempunyai hubungan dengan pembahasan tulisan ini. Untuk metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian lapangan (Field Research), yaitu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan jalan melakukan kunjungan langsung kelokasi penelitian yaitu Kantor Desa Babang Buyangge. Kabupaten Banggai. Untuk mendapatkan data dengan teknik (Accidental Sampling) adalah pengumpulan yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Dokumentasi, yaitu pengumpulan data berdasarkan dokumen – dokumen dan laporan tertulis lainya yang ada hubunganya dengan penelitian ini dan penyebaran kuesioner. Dan Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan mengunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1), memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y) pada Aparat Kantor Desa Babang Buyangge. Secara parsial variabel Motivasi Kerja (X2), memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y) Aparat pada Kantor Desa Babang Buyangge. Variabel Motivasi Kerja (X2), memberikan pengaruh dominan dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y) pada Kantor Desa Babang Buyangge. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the variables of the Physical Work Environment, and Work Motivation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of Officials at the Babang Buyangge Village Office. and to analyze and find out which of the two variables has the dominant influence on the Job Satisfaction of Apparatus at the Babang Buyangge Village Office. The sample in this study was 30 officers at the Babang Buyangge Village Office. Library research methods, namely research methods or techniques intended to obtain theories from books / literature and scientific writings that are related to the discussion of this paper. For the research method using a field research method approach (Field Research), the research method is carried out by making direct visits to the research location, namely the Babang Buyangge Village Office. Banggai Regency. To get the data with the technique (Accidental Sampling) is the collection is done through questionnaires and interviews. Documentation, namely data collection based on documents and other written reports that have to do with this research and distributing questionnaires. And the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS. Based on the results of the study, partially the Physical Work Environment variable (X1) gave a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction (Y) at the Babang Buyangge Village Office Apparatus. Partially, the work motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) for officials at the Babang Buyangge Village Office. Work Motivation Variable (X2), has a dominant and significant influence on Job Satisfaction (Y) at the Babang Buyangge Village Office. Abstract

Implementing artificial intelligence (AI)-based employee development strategies has great potential in improving individual and collaborative performance in the workplace. In the context of human resource management (HR), AI is used to optimize recruitment, training, performance evaluation and career development processes. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study identifies various AI methods used in employee development, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and cognitive computing. The results show that implementing AI strategies can improve efficiency, accuracy and objectivity in HR management, as well as facilitate better communication and teamwork. However, challenges related to bias, privacy, and ethics also need to be considered. The implication of this research is the importance of considering the social and ethical implications of using AI technology in employee development, while continuing to explore new potential for improving performance and collaboration in the workplace.
