Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether Work Facilities, Supervision and Compensation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Banggai Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The research sample is all ASN employees at the Banggai Regency Ministry of Religion Office using purpose sampling techniques with total of 30 people. Data collection methods use interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using frequency tables and multiple linear regression with 3 predictors. Results of data processing carried out using the SPSS version 25.0 program. From the results of the t test, it was found that all independent variables, namely Work Facilities (X1), Supervision (X2) and Compensation, had a partial influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the Banggai Regency Ministry of Religion Office. From the results of the ANOVA (analysis of variance) test or F test, it was found that the F-count was 1568,386 and the F-table was 3.39. With this comparison, it means that it can be seen that the F-count = 1568,386 > F-table = 3.39, which means simultaneously positive and significant effect. The partial research results show that Supervision is the variable that has the most dominant and significant influence with a coefficient value of 3.257, which means that supervision has a dominant influence on Employee Performance (Y)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel motivasi kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen organisasi secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk. Kabupaten Banggai dan untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui apakah dari ketiga variabel tersebut manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk. Kabupaten Banggai. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang karyawan CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk. Metode penelitian kepustkaan (Library Research), yaitu metode atau teknik penelitian yang dimaksutkan untuk medapatakan teori dari buku- buku / literatur dan tulisan –tulisan ilmiah yang mempunyai hubungan dengan pembahasan tulisan ini. Untuk metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian lapangan (Field Research), yaitu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan jalan melakukan kunjungan langsung kelokasi penelitian yaitu kantor CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk. Kabupaten Banggai. Untuk mendapatkan data dengan teknik (Accidental Sampling) adalah pengumpulan yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Dokumentasi, yaitu pengumpulan data  berdasarkan dokumen –dokumen dan laporan tertulis lainya yang ada hubunganya dengan penelitian ini dan penyebaran kuesioner. Dan Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda  dengan mengunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Motivasi kerja (X1), memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk, secara parsial variabel Gaya kepemimpinan (X2), memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk, secara parsial variabel Komitmen Organisasi (X3), memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk. variabel Komitmen organisasi (X3), memberikan pengaruh dominan dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk. Kabupaten Banggai. Dari hasil uji ANOVA (Analysis of variant) atau uji F di dapatkan F- hitung sebesar 28.638, dengan nilai F-tabel 52.756 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Motivasi kerja (X1), Gaya kepemimpinan (X2) dan Komitmen  Organisasi (X3), terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk. Kabupaten Banggai. Berdasarkan hasil analsis korelasi, diperoleh koefisien korelasi berganda (R) adalah sebesar 0.801 atau 80,1 %, ini berarti bahwa korelasi atau hubungan ketiga variabel yaitu Motivasi kerja (X1), Gaya kepemimpinan (X2) dan Komitmen  Organisasi (X3), terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) adalah kuat. Besarnya koefisien determinasi atau adjust R square sebesar 0.619, sehingga koefisien determinasi  adalah sebesar 64,2 %, ini berarti bahwa sebesar 64,2 %, dari ketiga variabel bebas yaitu Motivasi kerja (X1), Gaya kepemimpinan (X2) dan Komitmen  Organisasi (X3) memberikan kontribusi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk. The samples in this study were 52 employees of CV. Mighty Eternal Luwuk. Library research method, which is a research method or technique that is intended to obtain theories from books / literature and scientific writings that have a relationship with the discussion of this paper. For research methods using the approach of field research (Field Research), the research method is carried out by direct visits to the research location namely the office of CV. Mighty Eternal Luwuk. Banggai Regency. To get data with technique (Accidental Sampling) is a collection conducted through questionnaires and interviews. Documentation, which is data collection based on documents and other written reports that are related to this research and the distribution of questionnaires. And the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS. Based on the results of the study showed that partially work motivation variable (X1), had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) on the CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk, partially the leadership style variable (X2), has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) on the CV. Perkasa Abadi Luwuk, partially the Organizational Commitment variable (X3), has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) on the CV. Mighty Eternal Luwuk. Organizational commitment variable (X3), provides a dominant and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) on the CV. Mighty Eternal Luwuk. Banggai Regency. From the ANOVA (Analysis of variant) test or the F test, the F-count was 28,638, with an F-table value of 52,756, which means there was a simultaneous influence between the variables of work motivation (X1), leadership style (X2) and organizational commitment (X3) ), on Employee Performance (Y) on the CV. Mighty Eternal Luwuk. Banggai Regency. Based on the results of correlation analysis, the multiple correlation coefficient (R) obtained is 0.801 or 80.1%, this means that the correlation or the relationship of the three variables namely work motivation (X1), leadership style (X2) and organizational commitment (X3), on performance The employee (Y) is strong. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination or adjust R square of 0.619, so the coefficient of determination of R ^ 2 is 64.2%, this means that at 64.2%, of the three independent variables namely work motivation (X1), leadership style (X2) and commitment Organization (X3) contributes to Employee Performance on the CV. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Camat Bobong Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu dan untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui apakah variabel tersebut berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Camat Bobong Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 21 orang Pegawai Di Kantor Camat Bobong Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu. Metode penelitian kepustkaan (Library Research), yaitu metode atau teknik penelitian yang dimaksutkan untuk medapatakan teori dari buku- buku / literatur dan tulisan –tulisan ilmiah yang mempunyai hubungan dengan pembahasan tulisan ini. Untuk metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian lapangan (Field Research), yaitu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan jalan melakukan kunjungan langsung kelokasi penelitian yaitu Pada Pegawai Di Kantor Camat Bobong Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai pengaruh Desain Produk dan Harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Pada Kedai Coffee Terserah Kota Luwuk, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu Metode Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji Validitas dan Realibilitas secara keseluruhan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa instrumen pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah valid dan reliabel. Hasil Koefisien Linear Berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 0,096 + 0,766 X1 + 0,202 X2 pengujian Uji F atau Uji Simultan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel X dan variabel Y secara keseluruhan. Dari perhitungan SPSS versi 25.00 maka dihasilkan nilai f hitung 254,732 dan nilai f tabel adalah 3,15 maka f hitung 245,732 > f tabel 3,15 berarti ada pengaruh secara simultan, dan dengan membandingkan level of significant (α) 5% diperoleh hasil probabiliti 0,00 karena 0,00 < 0,05 maka ada pengaruh secara simultan selebriti endorser (X1) dan desain produk (X2), terhadap keputusan pembalian (Y). Pengaruh secara parsial semua berpengaruh ini dibuktikan nilai signifikansi > 0,05. Hasil dari regresi diperoleh R2 (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,830 atau 83 % artinya variabel dependen (Y) dalam model (Y) dijelaskan oleh variabel independen (X) Desain Produk (X1) dan Harga (X2), sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17 % dijelaskan oleh faktor lain tidak dihipotesiskan atau variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan didalam model dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,60, hal ini berati korelasinya kuat. Kata Kunci : Desain Produk, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorsers on Vivo Smartphone purchase decisions, this study uses a quantitative method, namely the Multiple Linear Regression Method. Based on the results of the Validity and Reliability test overall the results indicate that the measurement instrument used in this study is valid and reliable. The results of the Multiple Linear Coefficient obtained by the equation Y = 0.096 + 0.766 X1 + 0.202 X2 Testing the F Test or Simultaneous Test which is used to determine the effect of the X variable and Y variable as a whole. From the calculation of SPSS version 25.00, the f arithmetic value is 254.732 and the f table value is 3.15, then f count 245.732 > f table 3.15 means that there is a simultaneous effect, and by comparing the level of significant (α) 5%, the probability 0 results are obtained. ,00 because 0,00 < 0,05 then there is a simultaneous influence of celebrity endorser (X1) and product design (X2), on the decision to repurchase (Y). The partial effect of all these effects is evidenced by the significance value > 0.05. The results of the regression obtained R2 (coefficient of determination) of 0.830 or 83%, meaning that the dependent variable (Y) in the model (Y) is explained by the independent variable (X) Product Design (X1) and Price (X2), while the remaining 17% is explained by other factors are not hypothesized or other variables are not included in the model and the correlation coefficient is 0.60, this means the correlation is strong. Abstract

Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah Etos Kerja dan Fasilitas Kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja pada Kantor Camat Moilong Kabupaten Banggai Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Moilong Kabupaten Banggai dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling dengan jumlah 22 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tabel frekuensi dan regresi linier berganda 2 prediktor. Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan melalui program SPSS versi 25.0. Dari hasil uji t didapatkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas yaitu Etos Kerja (X1), dan Fasilitas Kerja (X2),mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Efektivitas Kerja (Y) pada Kantor Camat Moilong Kabupaten Banggai. Dari hasil uji ANOVA (analysis of variant) atau uji F didapatkan F-hitung sebesar 113,945 dan F-tabel sebesar 3,44 dengan perbandingan tersebut berarti dapat diketahui bahwa F-hitung = 113,945 > F-tabel = 3,44 yang berarti secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.Kata Kunci: Etos Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja, Efektivitas Kerja

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance the capacity of school staff in managing academic and financial data through the use of a School Management Information System (SIMS). The training included pre-test and post-test assessments to evaluate participants' understanding, participant satisfaction surveys, and practical exercises to apply the system. Results indicated a 35% improvement in participants’ knowledge, as reflected in the post-test scores. The satisfaction survey showed that 85% of participants were satisfied with the training material and delivery, though some participants still required additional support in using more advanced features of the system. The training also helped improve the efficiency and transparency of school data management, particularly in academic and financial reporting. By incorporating digital solutions into school management, the training contributed to the overall improvement of educational services. This initiative serves as an example for other schools to implement technology-driven solutions to improve administrative processes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of human resource capacity to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Biak Village, through improving the quality of human resources. The role of BUMDes is very significant in improving community welfare. BUMDes acts as the main driver in developing local economic potential at the village level. This research method is carried out with a qualitative analysis approach and adding simple quantitative analysis, the data used in this study is primary data taken directly from the key person who has been determined in this study so that it can provide representative decision results. The results of this study can be explained that improving the quality of human resources is the main component in the development of BUMDes in Biak Village, Banggai Regency. While improving human resources in the development of BUMDes in Banggai Regency can be done through increasing capacity and innovation through education and training followed by education, knowledge and experience. Thus, improving the quality of human resources in the development of BUMDes in Banggai Regency can prioritize increasing capacity and innovation. The results of this study can provide empirical benefits as a basis for policies carried out for the development of BUMDes which can be carried out by prioritizing the improvement of human capital as one of the most important aspects in efforts to develop BUMDes by increasing the capacity and innovation of BUMDes management, education, knowledge and experience possessed by BUMDes actors, this study has limitations that the analysis used can only focus on the development of BUMDes Biak Village in Banggai Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether office facilities and competencies partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness at the Banggai Regency Environmental Service Office. The research sample is all employees at the Banggai Regency Environmental Service Office using a purpose sampling technique with a total of 48 people. Data collection methods use interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed quantitatively descriptively using frequency tables and multiple linear regression with 2 predictors. Results of data processing carried out using the SPSS version 25.0 program. From the results of the t test, it was found that all independent variables, namely Office Facilities (X1) and Competence (X2), had a partial influence on Work Effectiveness (Y) at the Banggai Regency Environmental Service Office. From the results of the ANOVA (analysis of variance) test or F test, it was found that F-count was 299.526 and F-table was 3.23. With this comparison, it means that it can be seen that F-count = 299.526 > F-table = 3.23, which means simultaneously positive and significant effect. The partial research results show that Competence is the variable that has the most dominant and significant influence with a coefficient value of 1.085, which means that Competency has an influence on Work Effectiveness (Y)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Influence of Raw Material Inventory Control has a positive and significant effect on the Production Process of Wahyu Chips Business Products in Luwuk City. The research sample was employees at Wahyu Chips Business in Luwuk City. using purpose sampling technique with a total of 30 people. Data collection methods used interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using frequency tables and simple linear regression. The results of data processing were carried out through the SPSS version 25.0 program. From the results of the t-test, it was found that the independent variable, namely Raw Material Inventory Control (X), had an influence on the Production Process of Wahyu Chips Business Products (Y) in Luwuk City. The results of the study showed that Raw Material Inventory Control (X) had a dominant and significant influence with a coefficient value of 1.080, which means that Raw Material Inventory Control has an influence on the Production Process of Wahyu Chips Business Products in Luwuk City

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of Work Motivation and Work Communication on Employee Performance at the Taliabu Barat Laut District Office, Pulau Taliabu Regency. A sample of 25 employees from the office was selected using purposive sampling. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods, including frequency tables and multiple linear regression. The data was processed using SPSS version 25.0. The results of the t-test indicated that both Work Motivation (X1) and Work Communication (X2) had a partial positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) test yielded an F-count of 156.760, which was significantly greater than the F-table value of 3.44 (F-count > F-table). This indicates that both Work Motivation and Work Communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, Work Communication emerged as the most dominant variable with a coefficient value of 0.976, suggesting that it has the greatest influence on Employee Performance (Y).
