Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence work motivation towards increasing employee work productivity at PT. Dwitunggal Abadi Permai North Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence work motivation towards increasing employee work productivity at PT. Dwitunggal Abadi Permai North Jakarta. In increasing employee work productivity, a company needs to plan a strategy and create good and professional management. For that production is the center of the implementation of concrete activities for the procurement of goods and services in a business entity and company. The production process is the most important part of the company, because if it stops, the company will suffer losses. In production activities the labor factor (employee) has a large influence, because the workforce is the one who carries out the production process. For this purpose, all of the resources in the agency must be utilized as well as possible, including human resources as the main factor. Human resources needed today are those who have a leadership style that is good for performance, potential and good loyalty to the agency. So that the employees are able to describe the vision and mission that have been agreed upon together in order to achieve agency goals. This research was conducted at the Basarnas office in South Sumatra. In the results of R square (R2) Obtained a value of 0.013 means the percentage of the contribution of leadership style to employee performance 1.3% while the remaining 98.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this model. on the leadership style variable (X) the value of t is equal to 1-195 while the value of t table is 1.645 because t count (-1.945 because t count (-1.945)> t table (1,645), based on hypothesis testing that leadership style is very influential on performance employee.

Abstract

Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Protokol dan Humas Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja Pegawai. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut bagaimana Pegawai dapat bekerja dengan sebaik mungkin dan pegawai mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan disiplin. Maka terhadap hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan signifikansi pengaruh disiplin dan Tingkat Pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dalam menganalisa data digunakan analisis deskriptif yang berisi distribusi item dari masing-masing variabel, kemudian analisis regresi linier sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Disiplin berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja Protokol dan Humas Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Telkom Indonesia cabang Palembang, Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan atau tidak. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, melalui uji t dengan maksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel indenpenden terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kedisiplinan 95% ( a = 0,05 ). Hasil pengujian uji t pada variabel Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai t hitung ( 3,440 ) > t tabel ( 2,021 ), Signifikasi ( 0,001 ) dibawah atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 , sedangkan pada variabel berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, Hal ini terlihat dari nilai t hitung 3,3440 tabel 2,021 dan Signifikasi 0,001 dibawah atau lebih kecil dari 0,005.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of employees in the Ministry of Transportation of the Directorate General of Marine Transportation Office of the II Sungai Lumpur Port I organization Unit. The problem in this study is, “Are the competence and discipline of work partially and simultaneously to performance?” Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, through the T-test and the F-test, with the intention to determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables at a 95% confidence level (a = 0.05). The results of the test on the T-test on the competency variable have a positive effect on performance, the visible value of t count (5.287) > t table (2,032) and significance (0.00) below or smaller than 0, 05, while in the disciplinary variable the work has a positive effect on performance, the visible value of t count (3,062) > t table (2,032) and significance (0.00) below or smaller than 0, 05. In testing on the F test on the competence of the variables of the work discipline and has a positive effect on performance, the visible value of Fhitung (6,616) > F table (3,252), and significance (0.01) below or smaller than 0, 05
