Abstract

Masih sering ditemui keterlambatan dalam pencucian film, dikarenakan petugas kamr gelap tidak selalu berada di dalam kamar gelap dan tidak adanya komunikasi antara radiografer dengan petugas kamar gelap. Hal ini menyebabkan menumpuknya film yang telah di ekspose. Masalah tersebut berimbas kepada pasien yang lama menunggu dan menambah antrian di ruang tunggu pasien. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dilakukan rancang bangun indikator kaset pada transfer box dengan menggunakan detector cahaya, berupa lampu atau alarm yang akan aktif apabila detektor mendapat reaksi berupa pancaran gelombang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana cara membuat dan cara kerja indikator kaset pada transfer box. Indikator kaset dibuat mulai dari mendesain alat, pemilihan bahan, pembuatan transfer box, pemasangan rangkaian LED, LDR, rangkaian indikator, lampu indikator pada transfer box. Pengujian dilakukan pada keadaan pintu tertutup dan terbuka guna mengetahui bahwa cahaya dari luar tidak mengganggu kerja rangkaian detektor kaset pada transfer box. Dari perancangan indikator kaset dan uji fungsi alat didapatkan hasil bahwa alat tersebut berfungsi dengan baik. Lampu indikator kaset akan menyala ketika transfer box eksposur diisi kaset. Pada pangujian ini juga dibuktikan bahwa alat tersebut dapat berfungsi walaupun resistensi dari LDR berubah-ubah. Kata Kunci : Indikator kaset, Transfer box, detektor cahaya?MANUFACTURE OF INDICATOR CASSETTE IN THE TRANSFER BOX BASED ON THE LIGHT OF DETECTORThere have been lateness of cleansing of the film because the dark room officer is not always in that place, and there is no any good communication between the radiographer and the dark room officer. It is caused by the plenty of exposed film. As a result, it affects to the patient who are waiting and length the queuing in the waiting room. To deal with this problem, it needs to make an indicator cassette in the box transfer by using the light detector such as the lamp or alarm that will be active when the detector gets? a reaction like the surge transmission. The research objective is to know how to make and the work of indicator cassette in the transfer box. Indicator cassette is made in some steps, start from designing the tools, choosing the components, making of transfer box, setting up the LED range, LDR, ranges of indicators in the transfer box. It will be tested when the door is closed and opened in order to know that the light outside doesn?t distract the work of the detector cassette ranges in the transfer box.? Based on the test of indicator test, it can be concluded that the tool is running well. The indicator cassette?s light will be on when the transfer box is filled by cassette. This test shows that this tool will be running well although the resistance of LDR is unstable.Key Words : Indicator Cassette, Transfer box, Light detector

Abstract

Computed radiogradphy digunakan sebagai modalitas baru dalam pembuatan diagnosa dengan banyak memberikan keunggulan dibandingkan radiografi konvensional. Computed radiogradphy menghasilkan artefak yang berbeda dari radiografi konvensional. Artefak dihasilkan dari berbagai model perangkat computed radiogradphy seperti imaging plate, kaset, elektro optik sebuah sistem untuk mengembangkan citra, sedangkan komputer algoritma digunakan untuk memproses gambar laten dan perangkat output hard copy. Semua komponen ini dapat menjadi sumber artefak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab artefak dan faktor penyebab artefak terbesar pada hasil radiograf (soft copy) computed radiogradphy di instalasi Radiologi RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi mengenai faktor penyebab artefak pada hasil radiograf softcopy computed radiogradphy di Instalasi Radiologi RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa faktor penyebab artefak pada hasil radiograf softcopy computed radiogradphy disebabkan oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor imaging plate dan kesalahan penggunaan grid. Sedangkan artefak terbesar dikarenakan faktor kesalahan penggunaan grid yaitu sebesar 82%.Kata Kunci : artefak, radiograf softcopy, computed radiogradphy THE CAUSE OF ARTIFACTS IN THE COMPUTED RADIOGRAPHY (SOFTCOPY) RESULT IN RSUP DR. SOERADJI TIRTONEGORO KLATENComputed radiology is used as a new technology in diagnosing by giving some advantages than conventional radiography. Computed radiology produces the different artifacts than the conventional one. The artifacts are produced by some models of computed radiography such as imaging plate, cassette,electrical optic, is a system to improve the images, however computer algorithm is used in processing laten images, and hard copy. All of components are the source of artifact. The purpose of this research is to know the cause of artifacts and the biggest factor of artifact in the soft copy of computed radiology result in Radiology Instalation RSUP Dr. SoeradjiTirtonegoroKlaten. The methodology of the research is case study in qualitative approach.  The data is produced by observation, interview, and documentation about the cause of artifacts in computed radiology soft copy result in Radiology Instalation of RSUP Dr. SoeradjiTirtonegoroKlaten. The result of the research is explaining that the cause of the artifacts in the computed radiology softcopy result is caused by two factors, they are imaging plate and the faults of the grid using. However the biggest artifact is caused by the fault of the grid using, it is 82 %.Key words: artifact, radiology softcopy, computed radiology

Abstract

The consumption of foods that contain balanced nutrition is one way to increase immunity, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this reason, it is necessary to raise awareness of the consumption of food with balanced nutrition for health workers, especially radiographers. One of the efforts that can be done is by providing education to increase radiographer knowledge and interest in consuming foods with balanced nutrition. This community service is in collaboration with IKMARA GUBAYO in the form of online counseling activities. Program evaluation is carried out quantitatively by calculating the frequency distribution of the knowledge level and interest before and after the activity. The results showed an increase in the level of participant’s knowledge about balanced nutrition by 25.45% and an interest in implementing balanced nutrition consumption by 89%. Participant’s knowledge of balanced nutrition increased by 27.4%, knowledge of fixed macronutrient sources, knowledge of vitamin sources increased by 27.4%, knowledge of the benefits of mineral substances increased by 27.2%, and knowledge of how to increase immunity increased by 18.7%. Providing education to radiographers online counseling can increase radiographer’s knowledge and interest in consuming balanced nutrition as an effort to increase immunity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The problem with partners is that there has never been an inspection or special inspection on the lead apron. This mentoring activity consists of the PKM Team and several students who have been equipped with skills. The PKM team was divided into several working groups including, working group I prepared tools and materials, Working Group II prepared documentation and working group III conducted a lead apron leak test. Working Group IV conducts evaluation and outreach to be conveyed to all radiographers in each hospital regarding the proper and correct conditions and procedures for apron care. Assistance activities and during monitoring and evaluation the lead apron is in good condition for maintenance. Only 18.75% are still hanging because the storage area is not possible and the lead apron is not suitable for use. Likewise, there is a pressure above the lead apron of around 6% and this is a condition that is no longer suitable for use so it is not a problem. This activity concluded that: increased knowledge of radiographers about proper and correct lead apron care; increased radiograph skills after training and mentoring; improved quality of personal protective equipment from radiation after treatment.
