Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan badan pemerintah yang melakukan manajemen sumber daya manusia di lingkungan pemerintah provinsi Jawa Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa apakah iklim psikologis dapat mempengaruhi moril kerja para pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Selain itu juga untuk mendapatkan gambaran profil iklim psikologis dan moril kerjanya. Penelitian ini juga untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh yang diberikan iklim psikologis terhadap moril kerja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah hypothetico deductive dan juga menggunakan analisis regresi.Pengumpulan dalam data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner iklim psikologis dengan 53 item dan kuesioner moril kerja yang diadaptasi dari Benge  dengan 20 item pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada 75 orang pegawai pelaksana di BKD Provinsi Jawa Barat.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim psikologis memiliki pengaruh terhadap moril kerja di BKD Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 24,1% sedangkan 75,9% lainnya disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Iklim psikologis mayoritas dipersepsi Favorable, yang mana sebelas subfaset dipersepsi favorable. Hanya satu subfaset yang dipersepsikan unfavorable yakni subfaset Inovasi. Moril kerja para pegawai BKD Provinsi Jawa Barat berada di taraf yang sedang (61,97) dengan indeks sikap pada pekerjaan paling tinggi dibandingkan kedua sikap lainnya, diikuti oleh sikap pada organisasi dan sikap pada atasan.  Kata Kunci: Iklim Psikologis, Moril Kerja, PNS

Abstract

Cases of HIV / AIDS have increased and so far no cure has been found and is a deadly disease. The cause is due to factors of unhealthy sexual behavior, transmission of syringes, and blood transfusions done in the wrong way. Stigma is one of the psychosocial problems in people with HIV / AIDS which causes a negative impact because it can affect the interaction process in the community. This research was conducted with the title of the relationship between stigma and social interaction of people with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA) in a social support group. This research was conducted in Deli Serdang Regency in a social support group with a total sample of 36 people with a population of no more than 50 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The results showed that there was a relationship between stigma and social interaction among PLWHA with high correlation categorization

Abstract

Nowadays employee work motivation is one topic that is always interesting and considered important, both by scientists and practitioners, precisely because work motivation is seen as influencing the running of the organization as a whole. Leaders have a role in advancing the company or organization. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of superior leadership style and work motivation, where the subjects in this study are employees of the Housing and Settlement Service of Binjai City, with a total of 40 employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique (census). The data collection method in this study uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is Product Moment Correlation. The results of this study indicate that the perception of a superior leadership style has a delegating style of leadership. Work motivation of 32.5% employees who have high, and 12.5% low and 55% medium. The results of the correlation test are significant values 0.620> 0.05, which means that there is a relationship between perceptual variables on superior leadership style and work motivation variables. This result answers the research hypothesis that there is a relationship between perceptions of superior leadership style and work motivation of the employees of the Housing and Settlement Service of Binjai City, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
