Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan bahan ajar mata kuliah bahasa Inggris dasar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning Prodi PGSD FKIP UMSU tahun pembelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dasar, yang berfokus pada pengembangan bahan ajar mata kuliah bahasa Inggris dasar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning Prodi PGSD FKIP UMSU. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan kooperatif learning. Dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat respon mahasiswa berada pada kategori positif. Maka berdasarkan hasil angket respon mahasiswa terhadap komponen bahan ajar bahasa Inggris dasar yang dikembangkan berdasarkan model Kooperatif Learning dapat dikatakan telah efektif untuk digunakan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Business Model Canvas of Hendys Bakery, which comprises nine elements: customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive research method, employing semi-structured interviews for data collection. The analysis reveals that Hendys Bakery's customer segments encompass individuals of all ages, including tourists visiting attractions in Deli Serdang Regency and Medan City. Value propositions consist of quality products with delicious and fresh taste (bread and cakes), attractive packaging, affordable prices, and a variety of more than eight product types. Customer relationships are fostered through effective communication, easy ordering processes, bulk purchase discounts, and secure packaging for online transactions. Channels for distribution include online promotions and sales via social media, direct sales, collaborations with large supermarkets, and participation in events or bazaars. The primary revenue streams for Hendys Bakery originate from direct sales and sales through gift shops, minimarkets, or supermarkets in Tembung. Key resources comprise production facilities, equipment, high-quality cake ingredients, and appealing packaging. Key activities involve diverse product manufacturing processes and direct sales. Key partnerships for Hendys Bakery include raw material suppliers (flour, butter, sugar producers), local government, financial institutions, supermarkets/minimarkets, and gift shops. To enhance its business model, Hendys Bakery needs to focus on improving customer relationships, channels, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure. However, customer segment and value proposition elements require maintenance rather than improvement.

Abstract

Purpose — The aim of this study is to examine the effect of e-commerce, e-wallet, and store location on consumer purchasing intention.Method — This research employed a quantitative research method, focusing on customers who had dined at Seblak Jeletet Medan. To gather data from a sample of 100 participants, a random sampling approach was used. The data collection process involved the distribution of questionnaires to all Seblak Jeletet Medan customers. Subsequently, the collected information underwent analysis through multiple linear regression.Result — The findings indicated that the utilization of e-commerce had a notable impact on consumer purchasing intention, e-wallet usage was also influential on consumer purchasing intention, and the geographical location of the store significantly affected consumer purchasing intention.Contribution — This research contributes to academia by precisely elucidating the impact of e-commerce utilization, e-wallet adoption, and store locations as pivotal factors affecting consumer purchasing intention

Abstract

Tujuan, mengetahui kemampuan e-modul dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa DIII kebidanan dengan menggunakan metode belajar mandiri dalam lingkup laboratorium. Metode, Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan pre-test post-test non-equivalent control group. Populasi seluruh mahasiswa DIII kebidanan tingkat III. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sampel 102 mahasiswa DIII kebidanan tingkat III, kelompok intervensi yang diberikan modul elektronik sebanyak 51 orang, kelompok kontrol yang diberikan modul cetak sebanyak 51 orang, pre-test dan post-test menggunakan daftar tilik. Post-test dilakukan sehari setelah pre-test. Analisis data menggunakan uji McNemar dan Chi-Square. Hasil, dengan menggunakan uji McNemar didapatkan, nilai p=0.000 pada pre-test dan post-test pada kelompok kontrol dan nilai p=0.000 pada pre-test dan post-test kelompok intervensi, yang artinya secara statistik pada kedua kelompok terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan yang bermakna setelah diberikan perlakuan. Kemudian dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square pada post-test antar dua kelompok, didapatkan nilai p=0.014 < ?=0.05, yang artinya secara statistik ada perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan yang bermakna antara modul elektronik dan modul cetak dimana modul elektronik lebih mampu dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa, sedangkan berdasarkan persentase peningkatan keterampilan, kelompok modul elektronik 37,3% lebih tinggi dari pada kelompok modul cetak. Kesimpulan, terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada keterampilan mahasiswa DIII kebidanan yang di berikan modul elektronik sehingga disimpulkan bahwa e-modul alat kontrasepsi bawah kulit yang diberikan mampu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa DIII kebidanan.

Abstract

Ketimpangan pendidikan masih ada di pelosok Indonesia yang anak-anak Indonesia harus mendapatkannya. Ada berbagai factor yang menyebabkan hal tersebut. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara kritis dan menyeluruh slatar belakang social ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi literatureyang terkait menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersumbet dari jurnal atau sumber lainnya yang berkesinambungan dengan judul yang terkait. Kondisi social ekonomi orang tua yang baik bias meningkatkan prestasi siswa sehingga hasil belajar yang dicapai siswa sama baiiknya. Itu karena sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dalam keluarga untuk memungkikannya mendukung keterampilan dan minat siswa. Namun, penelitian ini tidak menutup kemungkinan kemampuan seorang siswa untuk tidak berusaha keras untuk mencapai kesuksesan dan hasil belajar yang baik dari keluarga latar belakang social ekonomi yang memadai. Banyak anak datang dari tempat yang jauh untuk mengikuti pengajaran dan pembelajaran dengan sungguh-sungguh. Ini karena mereka menyadari pentingnya pendidikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the quality of human resources on service improvement. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely a research method that uses qualitative data and described descriptively. The results of the study show that (1) at Cafe Aceh Meutuah Khupie there is no shortage of human resource management to improve service, but the deficiencies are caused by the owner's decision to follow the goal of opening a new cafe branch. (2) The sales promotion carried out by Cafe Aceh Meutuah Khupie is only based on word of mouth from customers and does not carry out other sales promotions. (3) Service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. (4) Consumer satisfaction moderates (weakens) the influence of consumer quality. (5) Cafe atmosphere has a big effect on customer loyalty.Researchers can give to UMKM are to provide SOP (standard operating procedures) to employees so that employees and production trips can produce maximum products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy undertaken by the State Museum of North Sumatra province as one of the historical tourism in order to increase the value of PAD (local revenue) by increasing the number of visitors. This study uses qualitative methods with data analysis techniques using the SOAR method (strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results).Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study are: (1) the application of SOAR analysis at the State Museum of North Sumatra using internal and external factors analysis strategy. (2) calculation results on the comparison between strengths and weaknesses in the table IFAs and EFAS, IFAS calculation shows that Strenght (S) is greater than Opportunity (O). While EFAS calculation shows Results (R) is greater than Aspirations (a). (3) the results of the IE (Internal - external) matrix of the State Museum of North Sumatra province are located in Cell Number 1, namely concentration through vertical integration which indicates that the museum is in a strong state. And the results of SOAR obtained are in Quadrant II, a position that indicates a strong organization, but faces great challenges. (4) from the analysis that has been done, the State Museum of North Sumatra province is recommended to implement a diversification strategy by optimizing strengths to achieve measurable results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics and its impact on customer loyalty in the foundation Aqiqah Nurul Hayat Medan. This study uses qualitative methods. The purpose of the use of qualitative methods is to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the subject of research, in the subject under study there are several types of data, namely internal and external, in the internal subject, namely employees who are in the division of the business Unit in charge of carrying out Marketing Operations at the foundation Aqiqah Nurul Hayat Medan, while the external data subject is the customer of the foundation Aqiqah Nurul Hayat Medan. Another external research subject is a customer who has subscribed or purchased Aqiqah services at the Nurul Hayat Medan Aqiqah Foundation to provide information about how the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics at the Nurul Hayat Medan Aqiqah Foundation. Data collection in this study using interview techniques to find out and get the desired data continued with documentation techniques and direct observation. The results of this study show that the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics has a significant impact on increasing customer loyalty in the Aqiqah Nurul Hayat Medan Foundation, such as customer satisfaction through honest employee performance and attention to the halality of the products sold.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the cultural phenomenon coffee as a lifestyle for the millennial generation and how things form millennial generation lifestyle at Coffee Shop Pasco Bagan Batu Riau. Study This method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection technique through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study is Mr. Uqi Simasu as the owner of Coffee Shop Pasco. And visitors Coffee Shop Pasco. The data analysis technique in this study is data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show the phenomenon of coffee culture as a lifestyle created through the Coffee Shop. Pasco is like hanging out with friends, chatting, discussing regarding work, doing college assignments and office assignments. As well as results research shows that there is an interest in the millennial generation for cafes. Pasco, so that the millennial generation really likes to visit the Coffee Shop Pasco. The phenomenon that occurs shows that the existence of Coffee Shop Pasco is one of the cultures as a lifestyle for the millennial generation at this time.Where Coffee Shop Pasco has become a place to facilitate generations millennials in carrying out one's activities, interests and opinions so that creating a coffee culture as a lifestyle for the millennial generation at this time.
