Abstract

The community empowerment program based on Nile tilapia cultivation using the biostimulant RAS system was expected to enhance their economic independence. The main challenges included limited access to information, education, and technology, as well as a lack of support in business management. The program aimed to address these issues and provide a positive impact on the welfare of the disability community. The activity titled 'Productive Efforts for Sensory (Hearing Impairment/Deafness) and Physical Disabilities through Nile Tilapia Cultivation Using a Circular Biostimulant RAS System in the Teras Inklusi Community' was conducted using a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach. The installation of the circular RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) ponds in the field proceeded as planned, with all system components, such as the circular ponds, filtration system, and water distribution pipes, installed correctly and functioning properly. During the installation process, coordination between the PKM team and partners was effective, resulting in no significant obstacles. The training activity successfully enhanced the participants' understanding and competencies significantly. Evaluation results showed an increase in the number of participants categorized as Good from 25% in the pre-test to 85% in the post-test. Furthermore, no participants were in the Poor category after the training.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: In recent years, Indonesia has shown strengthening figures in world sharia economic and financial reports. This encourages studies on Muslim consumer behavior more to sustainable. This article provides an overview of research on the behavior of Muslim consumers who are committed to environmental issues and have awareness of religion. Previous research has focused primarily on green consumer behavior, and reported mixed findings, depending on the knowledge background. Purpose/Objective Study: As an extension of previous research, this study will reveal the role of religiosity to impact green commitment (GC) and their purchasing intention. Design/Methodology/Approach: A total of 296 respondents' data was collected based on purposive sampling and analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3. Findings: The results show that religiosity influences GC and green purchase intention (GPI) as well as the role of GC to mediates the relationship between religiosity and GPI. Future research requires deeper investigation regarding the number and distribution of samples so that it can help better generalize the findings. Abstract

Women's micro-enterprises, organized within the Sungai Ulin Joint Business Group, have fostered family economic activities through the production of rempeyek (a traditional Indonesian cracker). The challenges they face lie in the areas of production and management. Innovation in rempeyek production by creating new flavor variations is needed to expand consumer choice. The community service method employed was Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) through counseling and business mentoring. The results of the activities showed an increase in understanding (cognitive) from an average of 2.33 to 5.31.

Abstract

The Community Engagement Activity in Batakan Village is focused on the socialization of Sharia digital accounting within the Collective Business Group, attended by 49 participants. The Method of Discussion Approach with a participatory Focused Group Discussion is employed to facilitate the exchange of ideas and perspectives. Participants demonstrate high enthusiasm with a total attendance rate of 100% and active participation, including asking questions throughout the event. Socialization emphasizes using information technology and digitalizing financial accounting by introducing the Finansialku application (Finansialku.com). Evaluation indicates a significant improvement in participants' understanding after the socialization, with the category of 'good' reaching 51.02% and 'sufficient' at 36.73%. The Community Engagement Activity is highly regarded by participants in terms of speakers (87.76% good) and materials (81.63% good) based on the evaluation results. The importance of this activity is evidenced through statistical testing, with a significant value of 0.000 < p (0.05), indicating a significant difference in the participants' cognitive assessment after the socialization. Thus, the delivery of socialization material has proven effective in educating participants about Sharia digital accounting within the collective business group in Batakan Village.

Abstract

The development of sharia pawnshop institutions is like mushrooms in the rainy season, in tune with the development of conventional pawnshops even though the quantity of network offices, customers, turnover and profits is still not large. However, at least the development is worth considering, especially with the existence of management policies in several areas, all of the conventional pawnshop network offices have been converted into Sharia Pegadaian network offices. This research is a systematic literature review study which aims to find out the extent of a thorough study regarding the Problems and Strategies for Development of Islamic Pawnshops in Indonesia by focusing on the preparation of journals, final assignments such as theses, theses, and dissertations. The method used consists of three stages, namely collection, assessment, and presentation. The results of this study indicate that in the last 18 years 55 studies have been written related to sharia pawnshops but related to the study of Problems and Strategies for Development of Sharia Pawnshops in Indonesia after sorting according to the appropriate researcher only 15 studies, both journals and final assignments related to Problems and Strategies Development of Islamic Pawnshops in Indonesia. In terms of theme, the issue related to "Sharia Pawnshop Development Strategy" is the most popular with a total of 7 studies. Then followed by issues related to "Development of Islamic Pawnshops" of 4 related to "Development of Islamic Pawnshops in Indonesia" of 2 units. Then "Sharia Pawning Problems", there are also the remaining 2 related to "Sharia Pawning Obstacles.

Abstract

This research aimed to explore the potential and design development strategies for creative tourism in Kampung Jamu, Banjarbaru, focusing on Sharia-based branding. Using a qualitative case study method, the respondents consisted of 27 jamu entrepreneurs, 2 consumers, and the local RT head, selected through saturation and incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through interviews and FGDs, and analysed using SWOT. The findings revealed that Kampung Jamu Loktabat had great potential to develop due to its strong reputation, expertise in traditional jamu production, and community support. However, challenges such as regulatory changes, modern competition, and technological advancements needed to be addressed. Opportunities for collaboration, social media promotion, product diversification, and workforce training could help Kampung Jamu maintain its competitiveness and grow as a Sharia-based jamu tourism destination
