Abstract

Objective: This case study was conducted to describe deep breathing relaxation. intervention in reducing the pain scale in postoperative clients of brachial tumors. Method: This exploration uses an expressive contextual investigation plan with a nursing care approach. with participants based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Gather information through interviews, perceptions, actual assessments, and documentation evidence-based practice focused on nursing interventions. The research was conducted at the BLUD RSU Banjar City on 27-31 May 2022. The participants in this study were Mr. W's client, 61 years old, male, complaining of postoperative pain. The process of assessment and diagnosis is focused on the main problem. Objective and subjective data become a reference for periodic evaluations of nursing implementation. Results: The results obtained from the nursing process which consisted of assessment, nursing diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation for 4 days starting May 27-31 2022 the authors took one of the nursing diagnoses, namely pain, therefore the intervention carried out was deep breathing. Relaxation techniques to reduce pain, pain scale in postoperative brachial tumor patients with the result of reducing the pain scale from a pain scale of 5 to 2 pain scale. Conclusion: Deep breathing relaxation intervention after the researcher carried out nursing care for Mr. W Pain Diagnosis there is a significant decrease in pain scale. To maintain the conditions that have been achieved, it is hoped that the role of Mr. W's family is to be able to follow the treatment thoroughly for the client's recovery and as an effort to prevent complications of diseases associated with brachial tumors.

Abstract

The Sports Building (GOR) is a place made to carry out sports activities, but most of these rental places do not have a website to make it easier to rent. In addition, by utilizing existing technology to make it more utilized, it is hoped that it can fully reach people who use manual methods when renting sports halls. The program that has been made will be researched and tested to identify its strengths and weaknesses, in this case an assessment is needed to perfect and perfect the program and system, then introduce and test the new system. This stage is carried out after the project is completed. Making this website system using MySQL as information storage and the language used in programming is PHP, HTML CSS. in making this application using the watterfall methodology. The waterfall methdology is a project management approach that emphasizes a linear progression from start to finish of a project. This methodology, often used by engineers, is preloaded to rely on careful planning, detailed documentation and sequential execution. This software was created to be able to overcome the problems that exist in the rental of sports buildings manually.

Abstract

Indonesia has the potential for waqf to be able to grow and develop better. However, this potential is not accompanied by good management. This study aims to increase public trust in nazhir by optimizing waqf management. The method used is a literature study method. In identifying research problems using SWOT analysis. This analysis will show the related strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in waqf management in Indonesia. In terms of strength, the majority of the Indonesian population is Muslim, there are laws and WCP, as well as various waqf instruments. While the aspects of weakness include the lack of transparency of nazhir, the management of waqf is not yet professional, and the promotion and development of waqf is not optimal. There are also opportunities in waqf management which includes a large potential for cash waqf. In terms of threats, it consists of a lack of public understanding, the emergence of moral hazard nazhir waqf, and the presence of other social investments. So the results of this study will provide several strategies in overcoming the problems of waqf management. Such as by improving the management of waqf management, increasing nazhir certification, and increasing the promotion and marketing of waqf.
