Abstract

In the era of rapid globalization, businesses must continuously adapt their strategies to sustain economic prosperity, necessitating a deeper understanding of the interplay between evolving business strategies and global market dynamics. This study aims to analyze the impact of strategic adaptations in business on economic growth, emphasizing key determinants such as digital transformation, innovation management, and market diversification that drive competitiveness and financial sustainability. Employing a mixed methods approach, this research integrates quantitative econometric analysis with qualitative case studies from multinational corporations, offering an in depth examination of how firms navigate economic uncertainties, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and mitigate risks in an increasingly interconnected world. The findings reveal a strong correlation between strategic agility, technological integration, and longterm economic resilience, demonstrating that businesses adopting proactive, data driven, and customer centric strategies tend to outperform competitors in volatile market conditions. Moreover, companies leveraging artificial intelligence, blockchain, and predictive analytics enhance decision making efficiency and optimize operational effectiveness, further contributing to economic stability and expansion. Additionally, the study highlights the critical role of government policies, regulatory frameworks, and global trade agreements in shaping business landscapes and influencing macroeconomic trends. These insights underscore the necessity for firms to cultivate dynamic capabilities, embrace adaptive leadership, and align strategic decision making with geopolitical shifts and market transformations, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage amid evolving global challenges.

Abstract

In an increasingly complex and dynamic business environment, Corporate Governance and Strategic Leadership is the main factor in encouraging Economic Growth, Market Stability , and Organizational Performance. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between these variables and identify the role of strategic leadership and corporate governance in creating economic and market stability. This research uses the method Structural Equation Modeling based Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) by analyzing data from 100 participants ranging from middle level managers to senior executives. The research results show that Strategic Leadership has a significant positive influence on Economic Growth And Market Stability, whereas Corporate Governance actually shows a negative influence on these two variables. This could indicate underlying issues in the implementation of governance practices, such as lack of transparency, inefficiency in decision-making processes, or failure to address local market dynamics. Besides that, Market Stability has a greater impact on Organizational Performance compared with Economic Growth, which shows that market stability plays an important role in supporting organizational sustainability. Although this model provides strong empirical insight, value R-square A low level indicates that there are still other factors that need to be considered in improving organizational performance. As a future job (future work), this research recommends exploring additional variables such as technological innovation, government policy, as well as organizational culture factors to improve model predictions and expand understanding of the dynamics of economic growth and market stability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the variables digital marketing, financial technology and artificial intelligence on improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in Depok City. This study employs a quantitative approach. The object of analysis consists of 190 MSME actors in Depok City. Data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis method uses SEM, and the analytical tool is LISREL version 8.80. The results indicate that, partially, the digital marketing variable does not have a positive and significant effect on improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in Depok City, and the same applies to the financial technology variable. However, artificial intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the competitiveness of MSMEs in Depok City. Simultaneously, digital marketing, financial technology and artificial intelligence have a positive and significant influence on increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the city of Depok.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Andre Fried Chiken (AFC) Pamulang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Andre Fried Chiken selama tahun 2023 yaitu sebanyak 16.430 pengunjung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teori slovin dan sebanyak 99 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk (X1) dan Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen (Y) dengan persamaan regresi Y=4.460+0,232X1+0,558X2. Koefisien determinasi berpengaruh secara simultan sebesar 75%. Uji hipotesis secara parsial Kualitas Produk (X1) diperoleh nilai Thitung 15.840 > Ttabel 1,984 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka menolak H0 dan menerima H1. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Pada Andre Fried Chiken (AFC) Pamulang. Harga (X2) diperoleh bahwa nilai t hitung 16,340 > t tabel 1,984 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka menolak H0 dan menerima H2, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Andre Fried Chiken (AFC) Pamulang. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai nilai Fhitung 144.224 > Ftabel 3,09, Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Harga (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang sama terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan demikian, hipotesis ketiga diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi virtual classroom Evachlo Panglima Polim Jakarta Selatan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh virtual classroom terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Evachlo Panglima Polim Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam populasinya adalah pelanggan Bimbel Evachlo Panglima Polim Jakarta Selatan Sebanyak 120 orang Pelanggan. maka pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, Maka dibulatkan menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini 92 Orang. Dengan teknik tersebut, diambil sampel sebanyak 92 pelanggan Bimbel Evachlo Panglima Polim Jakarta Selatan. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi ganda, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis, berdasarkan tabel di atas, sehingga diperoleh persamaan regresinya adalah sebagai berikut: Y = 2,986 + 0,932 X. Koefisien Korelasi sebesar 0,914 memiliki hubungan yang sangatkuat, Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 0,836 atau 83,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,4%. Dari tabel di atas diperoleh hasil perhitungan nilai uji t variabel Penggunaan Teknologi Virtual (X) dengan thitung sebesar 21,402 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Karena thitung lebih besar ttabel (21,402 > 1.986) dan signifikansi lebih kecil dari 5% maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, dapat dinyatakan bahwa Penggunaan Teknologi Virtual (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y).

Abstract

The digital era, marked by disruption and globalization, poses challenges to strengthening civic character, particularly in preserving values of mutual cooperation, social responsibility, and environmental awareness, with universities playing a strategic role through community service programs rooted in local wisdom and digital adaptation. This community service aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Digital-Based Environmentally Concerned Village program in strengthening civic character among the people of Sumberjaya Village, Sukabumi. The program was implemented in a rural agrarian village community, where most residents work as farmers and small traders. The community strongly upholds traditions of collective work and environmental care, such as joint land cleaning and deliberation meetings. These practices were contextualized into digital initiatives to encourage broader participation. A qualitative case study approach was employed through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with students, residents, and local leaders, and analysis of documents and digital artifacts produced during program implementation. The findings indicate increased nationalism and patriotism through the internalization of local values, the development of digital ethics and social responsibility in media use, enhanced collaboration and mutual cooperation, and greater environmental concern, with the integration of local wisdom and digital technology serving as a key catalyst that expanded program reach and participation. The synergy between tradition and digital innovation is an effective strategy to foster adaptive, caring, and empowered citizens, and it can be replicated in other communities with adjustments to their respective local wisdom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan mendukung pengembangan bisnis produk Cukakamu Kurma pada PT Digi Herba Nusantara melalui platform Facebook Ads. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai praktik pemasaran digital yang berlangsung dalam konteks alamiah perusahaan, dengan fokus pada penerapan bauran pemasaran yang meliputi produk, harga, promosi, dan distribusi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD), wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi, dengan informan yang dipilih secara purposive terdiri atas personel internal perusahaan yang terlibat langsung dalam aktivitas pemasaran serta konsumen aktif yang melakukan pembelian melalui Facebook Ads pada tahun 2025. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman serta diperkuat dengan analisis SWOT yang dioperasionalkan melalui matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Facebook Ads mampu meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan melalui diferensiasi kualitas produk, strategi harga yang kompetitif, promosi digital yang intensif, serta sistem distribusi yang fleksibel, meskipun masih terdapat kelemahan internal dan tantangan eksternal yang memerlukan strategi pemasaran yang lebih terintegrasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan alternatif strategi SO, WO, ST, dan  WT sebagai Upaya praktis untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis dan berkelanjutan daya saing Perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Hedonic Shopping Values (HSV) dalam memediasi Live Shopping TikTok dan Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) terhadap Impulse Buying produk fashion pada Generasi Z di Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 200 responden Generasi Z yang berdomisili di Tangerang Selatan dan pernah melakukan pembelian produk fashion melalui live shopping TikTok. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Live Shopping TikTok dan FOMO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Hedonic Shopping Values dan Hedonic Shopping Values berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Hedonic Shopping Values memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Live Shopping TikTok dan FOMO terhadap Impulse Buying. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa aspek emosional dan kesenangan berbelanja merupakan faktor dominan utama yang mendorong perilaku pembelian impulsif Generasi Z dalam konteks live shopping.
