Abstract

Granting compensation against poor, high workload and work dissatisfaction is a failure of the Organization in managing human Resources. So it is very influential on performance of employees. Therefore, company should care on employee performance, with all effort and capital. This study aims to find out the influence of compensation, workload, and job satisfaction on employees performance of PT Bank Mandiri Cluster Cilegon I. Quantitative research methods, used as a research object are PT. Bank Mandiri Cluster Cilegon I, 150 employees that study sample, the sampling technique used is stratified random sampling techniques, research instrument is questionnaire, and a linear regression is used as a method of analysis. The results showed that partially and simultaneously compensation, workload and job satisfaction had significant effect on performance. This finding confirms that performance is achievement of employees in carrying out the duties, so that the reflection is a fair division of tasks and management compensation is good

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the level of work stress of employees at PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta, (2) To determine the level of employee performance at PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta, (3) To determine the relationship between work stress and employee performance at PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta. The research method used by the writer is descriptive method, while the data processing is quantitative using statistical analysis. The population and sample in this study are employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta Credit Control Division, with a total sample of 65 respondents. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation between variables (X) Job Stress and Variable (Y) Employee Work Achievement obtained rxy value of 0.60. Conclusion (1) Job stress level for employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta Credit Control Division is quite high (2) The level of work performance at employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta Credit Control Division is quite good (3) Relationship between work stress and work performance at employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Jakarta Pusat Credit Control Division is positively related, with a r value of 0.60 or located at 0.60 to 0.799 which shows the relationship between job stress variables and work performance is strong. Suggestion (1) In an effort to increase employee performance at PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta Credit Control Division, the company should fix the stresses that exist in the company environment by holding two-way communication, taking the time to be able to hear employee complaints through counseling, observing the ability of each individual employee specifically, not taking sides with certain employees fair and wise in solving problems. (2) Improving health services. (3) Establishment of harmonization of work stress relationships between employees as team work

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Duta Jaya Persada Mining.Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian asosiatif serta menggunakan instrument questioner yang masing-masing variable memiliki 8 pernyataan dengan jumlah populasi sekaligus dijadikan sampel sebanyak 50 responden atau menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan regresi linear dengan bantuan software SPSS 25.Hasilnya pengolahan data menunjukkan: 1) Kepemimpinan (X1), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) di PT. Duta Jaya Persada Mining yang dibuktikan dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 44,3% dengan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t table (6,180>2,011). Motivasi (X2), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) di PT. Duta Jaya Persada Mining yang dibuktikan dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 40,32% dengan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t table (5,685>2,011). Dari hasil olah data tersebut perusahaan sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan kepemimpinan dan integritas karyawannya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction at PT. Adonara Bakti Bangsa either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample of 115 respondents. Data analysis used validity test data, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 26,290 + 0,517X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0.499, meaning that both variables have a fairly strong relationship with the coefficient of determination of 24.9% and hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or ( 2,040 > 1,981). Motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 9.517 + 0.814X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.682 meaning that both variables have a strong relationship with the coefficient of determination of 46.1% and hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or ( 7.152 > 1.981 ). Compensation and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 6.401 + 0.173X1 + 0.701X2. The value of the correlation coefficient is 0.696, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a weak relationship with the coefficient of determination of 24.9% while the remaining 75.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test of calculated F value > F table or (52.668 > 2.69) thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between Compensation and Motivation on Job Satisfaction at PT. Adonara Bakti Bangsa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of bureau staff at the Raden Intan State Islamic University (UIN) Lampung. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach, the population in this study is the staff of the Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University (UIN) bureau with a total sample of 83 people, while data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 83 respondents and then analyzed using validity tests. , reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, coefficient, determination, correlation, and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results showed that job satisfaction (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Raden Intan's employees (UIN) during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bandar Lampung where the value of tcount > ttable was 18,587 > 1,990 with a significance value < 0.05, meaning that the variable satisfaction work has a partial effect on employee performance. Work motivation (X2) does not have a positive influence on employee performance (Y) Raden Intan State Islamic University (UIN) Lampung where the value of tcount < ttable is -0.856 <1.990 with a significance value of > 0.05, meaning that the work motivation variable partially affects employee performance. . Job satisfaction (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University (UIN) where the fcount > ftable is 170.623 > 3.11 with a significance value < 0, 05 means that the variables of job satisfaction and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk period 2011-2020. The method used in this research is descriptive associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study uses financial statements and for the sample reports in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk period 2011-2020. The results of this study indicate that partially the T test results show that the Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), and Total Asset Turnover. (TATO) partially significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). F Test Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk.

Abstract

Di era yang dinamis dan kompetitif saat ini, perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan yang ketat dengan memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pasar dan pelanggan yang terus meningkat. Untuk memastikan daya saing dan keberhasilan, manajer organisasi perlu menerima inovasi sebagai elemen kunci organisasi. Bagaimanapun, pendorong utama inovasi adalah SDM dan agar menjadi sukses perlu mendukung, merencanakan dan memelihara budaya inovasi. Berdasarkan aspek-aspek tersebut penulis mengajukan suatu kerangka kerja pengembangan SDM untuk inovasi, guna mencapai kinerja organisasi untuk menyongsong Revolusi Industri 4.0. Maksud kerangka kerja ini untuk menawarkan, kepada semua manajer, gambaran yang jelas tentang kapasitas SDM yang ada untuk berinovasi dan kemungkinan untuk mengembangkan kapasitas ini dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas organisasi untuk inovasi, sehingga meningkatkan peluang mereka berhasil di era sekarang ini.

Abstract

Maksud dan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Doulton Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah metode rasional sampling dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji hipotesis klasik, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji parsial, uji konsensus, dan lain-lain.waktu dan uji koefisien. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa 1) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas dengan persamaan regresi 0,292 (X1) bernilai positif, nilai thitung sebesar 3,914 > ttabel 1,984 Rsquare sebesar 0,1403 atau 14,03%. 2) Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas dengan persamaan regresi sebesar 0,317 (X2) dengan nilai positif, thitung sebesar 4,332 > ttabel sebesar 1,984 Rsquare sebesar 0,1661 atau 16,61%. Komunikasi dan kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas dengan nilai regresi linier berganda Y = 16,506 + 0,292X1 + 0,317X2 bertanda positif dan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,307 atau 30,7%, selebihnya 60,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain . Untuk nilai uji-F, Jumlahnya adalah 21.438 > 3,09 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 & lt; 0,05 yang berarti bahwa komunikasi dan kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai PT Doulton Indonesia.
