Abstract

The purpose of community service is to find out how closely the management of the cage and feed does have implications for cattle fattening in the Sindanglaya Village, Subang Regency and the empowerment of the local community. The measurement method uses three approaches including (1) phenomenalogical research method in which the method is based on the philosophy of postpositivism used in object conditions, key instruments, data collection techniques carried out by triangulation (combined) the results of the analysis are inductive to suppress the meaning of Creswell 2009 generalization ( in his book Sugiyono 2017: 24), (2) The grounded theory method of this research is one type of qualitative methods, to attract generalizations that are observed inductively, (3) Ethnography method is qualitative strategy (Crewell 2009) states one type of qualitative research is conducting Study of group culture through interview observation. The results of observations and interviews on community service can be revealed that beef cattle are declared a potential livestock subsector commodity. from the high demand for beef requires effective breakthrough efforts and support from the government and the community. The existence of governance of cows and cattle feed has implications for sustainable cattle fattening programs. The quality of feed is very implicated in the acceleration of beef cattle fattening. The concept of cage management has an impact on cattle health, and traditional food which produces added value in empowering the workforce. for increasing people's welfare.

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical factor in achieving organizational goals, and it is influenced by various factors, including work motivation and job satisfaction. In modern organizational management, particularly in service-oriented sectors, understanding the drivers of employee performance is essential to maintain efficiency, productivity, and service quality. This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the BNI Plaza Building Management, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. The research was conducted at BNI Plaza, Tangerang Selatan, involving 95 employees as respondents using a census sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed via WhatsApp, using a closed-ended Likert scale. The collected data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 26 with multiple linear regression analysis. The study included descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that both work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. High levels of motivation and satisfaction contribute to improved productivity, work discipline, and overall quality of work. However, other factors, such as leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment, also play a role and warrant further investigation. These findings imply that management should not only enhance motivation and satisfaction but also consider other organizational factors to optimize employee performance sustainably.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Modernland Realty Tbk. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode assosiatif kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 130 orang karyawan. Metode analisis data dengan “Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, persamaan regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis.” Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi berganda sebesar r = 0, 679 yang berarti hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) tersebut diperoleh sebesar 46,2%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa besarnya kontribusi ketiga variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 46,2%, sedangkan selebihnya 53,8% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Adapun hasil uji F dapat diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel yaitu 36.018> 2,68 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,005.
