Abstract

Musrenbangdes consist of formation activities, methods, programs and social movements with the aim of accommodating and identifying problems and needs that exist in each hamlet, Musrenbangdes conducted to filter aspirations and formulate policy directions. So there is a contribution to the role of village deliberation decision making that can increase community participation in rural infrastructure development. However, good planning is not optimal because it can be seen from the weakness of the ability of government officials, the community in implementing Musrenbangdes still has shortcomings, both seen technically and its performance is also not optimal, does not follow the procedures set by the Musrenbangdes stages so that the results obtained are not effective, efficient , not optimal and not in accordance with community needs. Factors hampering the Musrenbangdes, namely: weak capacity of village government in making development planning, cronyism of government and capacity building are weak and institutions that handle Musrenbangdes, weaknesses in identifying problems, and weak government data and information support. Influential actors in the process of preparing village development plans, among others, lack of planning workforce resources, limited time, development planning that is not integrated and the allocation of projects is ineffective and not based on priority scale.

Abstract

This research focuses on critical urgency considering the limited explanation in the literature regarding improving digital governance at the village level, especially in Penglumbaran Village, Bali, in the context of E-Government. This urgency arises primarily from the need to understand the practices implemented by village governments in realizing good governance that is responsive to the needs of all village residents. Meanwhile, the main objective of this research is to investigate and analyze improvements in digital governance in Penglumbaran Village, Bali, focusing on implementing E-Government and its impact on administrative efficiency, transparency, and community participation. Then, the descriptive analytical-qualitative method used in this research is supported by a desk study approach, where secondary data relevant to the research topic is used as the basis for analysis. In addition, through implementing the Online Digital Village Administration, Penglumbaran Bali Village has succeeded in increasing the accessibility of government services and strengthening village governance. It is illustrated in research findings, which positively impact efficiency, transparency, and community participation in government decision-making. Therefore, this research provides significance for understanding the effectiveness of digital governance in the context of E-Government at the village level. Thus, this research opens up the potential to support improvements in digital governance at the village level more broadly, aligning with modern government developments.

Abstract

This service focuses on Optimizing Public Services Through Effective Communication: Focus on Empowering Village Apparatus in Nanggerang Village, Sukabumi Regency. Meanwhile, the method adopted in this service is descriptive qualitative by providing understanding to explore information in the field with critical analysis according to the substance discussed. Two data collection methods were carried out to obtain the information needed for this service. First, primary data was obtained through observation activities, direct interviews with related parties, and the collection of related documents in the field. Second, secondary data was obtained through document analysis, especially reports produced by the Nanggerang Village Government. The results describe that the importance of communication in building public services can be a reference so that what is expressed to the public can be understood well and logically. Besides that, in the context of public communication theory, indicators such as knowledge, skills, and attitude are the basis for achieving public communication goals. Knowledge emphasizes the importance of paying attention to each individual's opinion, while skills are used to understand society's needs more deeply. Meanwhile, attitude ensures that the messages are addressed well to the public and conveyed clearly. With consistency in implementing these indicators, it is hoped that Nanggerang Village can achieve responsive, effective, and efficient public.

Abstract

The Depok government provides Employment application service standards, especially to overcome employment problems in its jurisdiction. However, in practice, there are still minimal critical issues, namely service standards that are not yet optimal. On this basis, this research aims to outline the problems of service standards that require appropriate correction in practice. Then, the method adopted is descriptive qualitative, which attempts to reveal the analysis results systemically and logically based on the content analyzed. The results found were that of the six dimensions analyzed, two of them still did not meet the expected standards, namely service procedures and competency of service providers. Meanwhile, obstacles such as server and network instability and some officers' lack of friendliness hinder the service process. However, four other dimensions are considered to meet the standards well, such as service completion times that meet expectations and no costs charged to the public during the service process.

Abstract

This research evaluated the Independence and Effectiveness of Fund Management in Prayungan Village, Bojonegoro Regency, in 2018-2022. Then, the research method adopted was quantitative descriptive. Then, the analysis of Village Financial Independence found that the average reached 96.6%, which can be categorized as high. Meanwhile, in the aspect of Village Financial Effectiveness, the figure obtained was 103.8%, indicating that managing village funds is very effective. In detail, Village Financial Independence indicates that Prayungan Village has a high level of independence regarding its financial resources and low dependence on external funds. Apart from that, Village Financial Effectiveness shows that the village can plan and realize the use of village funds very well. Overall research results show that the Prayungan Village Government (Pemdes) of Bojonegoro Regency is considered capable of managing village funds, which has high independence in internal financial resources along with aspects of the effectiveness of good management of village funds; this indicates the village's ability to manage and utilize funds. Village optimally during the research period. These findings have positive implications for development and community welfare in Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

The increasing significance of agrotourism in rural economic development has highlighted the critical role of promotional strategies, mainly through digital platforms. The focus on websites has revolutionized communication patterns and business operations in various sectors. However, there is still a significant gap in understanding the implementation of its strategies, particularly for agrotourism promotion. This study explores the strategic policies, utilization potentials, and operational capacities of website utilization in promoting agrotourism destinations. Then, using qualitative research methodology, this study examines how digital platforms can effectively serve as a tool for preparing, promoting, and disseminating information in the agrotourism sector. The study findings reveal that website management strategies by agrotourism operators significantly increase public awareness and enhance the visibility of tourist destinations. This study has important implications for agrotourism stakeholders, indicating that systematic website utilization can serve as a good marketing tool, facilitating improved communication between service providers and potential visitors while contributing to the overall development of rural tourism destinations. This study provides insights for policymakers and agrotourism managers in developing effective digital promotion strategies that align with modern tourist’s information-seeking behavior.
