Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutasi kerja, beban kerja dan konfik interpesonal terhadap stres kerja karyawan PT. Citra Sawit Mandiri Pasar Tiga Panai Tengah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Data yang digunakan didapat dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 68 orang responden, karena populasi berjumlah besar, yaitu 209 orang maka pengambilan sambel adalah menggunakan rumus Slovin. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai penunjang. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution).Tehnik analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mutasi kerja, beban kerja dan konfik interpesonal terhadap stres kerja karyawan PT. Citra Sawit Mandiri Pasar Tiga Panai Tegah berkorelasi erat. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan angka koefisien determinan (R2) sebesar 0,565 (56,5%). Sementara hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Kata Kunci : Mutasi Kerja, Beban Kerja, Konflik Interpesonal, Stres Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study aims to determine how the influence of wages and incentives on performance at PT Perkebunan Milano. This study uses data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample used in this study were 57 employees of PT Perkebunan Milano. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a validity test analysis tool, reliability test, the classic assumption test of multiple linear regression, (t test), (F test), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) wages and a positive and significant effect on employee performance. with a t count of 2,422. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on performance with t count of 6.114. Simultaneously wages and incentives together have a positive and significant effect on performance, with an F count of 22,458. Through testing the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.454 or 45.4% which shows that the performance is explained by wages and the remaining incentives of 54.6% are explained by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Wages, Incentives, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to eximine and analyze the effect of promotion, price, and brand image on students decisions to choose a computer course in LKP Fiara Computer. Therefore, Selat Besar Village, Bilah Hilir district, Labuhanbatu Regency. Data Collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. This study took a sample of 60 respondents from students in 2020 at LKP FIARA Selat Besar, Labuhanbatu. The hypothesis was tested using path analysis using SPSS Version 24 and Amos Version 23. The result of this study indicate that promotion and price have a significant effect on brand image. In this study indicate that promotion and price have a significant effect on brand image. In adition in this study, promotion, price and brand image have a significant influence on the decision to choose a computer course institution at LKP FIARA computer in Selat Besar village, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhanbatu Regency. From the data studied, the promotion, price and brand image can increase promotion in marketing and set prices according ti the image given.
