Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manajemen risiko dan strategi investasi terhadap profitabilitas dalam perdagangna forex. Penelitian ini bersifat prediktif dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural EEquation Modeling (SEM) dan optimasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan Smart PLS 4. Penelitian ini menggunakan manajemen risiko dan strategi investasi sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan profitabilitas perdagangan forex sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko dan strategi investasi keduanya memengaruhi profitabilitas perdagangan foex, meskipun manajemen risiko memengaruhi profitabilitas perdagangan forex, namun tidak signifikan. Namun, strategi investasi, di sisi lain, memengaruhi profitabilitas perdagangan forex secara signifikan. This study aims to examine the influence of risk management and investment strategy toward profitability of forex trading. This study is a predictive study which uses quantitative method. Data was analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and optimization of Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS 4. This study examines risk management and investment strategy as independent variables, and profitability of forex trading as dependent variable. This study suggests that risk management and investment strategy influence profitability of forex trading, although risk management doesn’t influence profitability of forex trading significantly. However, investment strategy, on the other side, influences profitability of forex trading significantly.

Abstract

Venture capital is a financing business in the form of capital participation in a company that receives financing assistance for a certain period of time. Venture capital, which is a form of financing institution, can be an alternative and active investment for MSMEs in Indonesia by participating in providing business capital and followed by the involvement of venture capital companies in the management of MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to provide Venture capital counseling as an alternative capital for MSMEs.  The weaknesses faced by MSME entrepreneurs in improving business capabilities are very complex and include various indicators, one of which is the problem of capital. Therefore, the PKM Untar team tried to provide counselling on venture capital as an alternative capital for MSMEs. Venture capital counselling is conducted online using zoommetting.  The result of this PKM activity is that partners understand venture capital as an alternative to financing MSME businesses.

Abstract

Effective and efficient working capital management is necessary for every MSME so that the company's operational activities can increase profitability and competitiveness. Good working management can enable MSMEs to manage inventory, improve product marketing, and respond quickly to market changes, thereby increasing the competitiveness and profitability of MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to provide counselling on working capital management to Vezara MSMEs in PGC Cililtan East Jakarata. This training aims to make Vezara MSMEs understand working capital management so that cash can be used as efficiently as possible, selling goods as quickly as possible, avoiding liquidity problems and increasing production capacity. MSME owners must really know effective and efficient working capital management because this is the key to successful MSME operational activities in producing profitability and competitiveness. Therefore, the PKM Team needs to provide this training to help Vezara MSMEs make a profit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, dan teknologi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini melibatkan 250 responden pelaku UMKM yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta dan menggunakan layanan teknologi keuangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan Google Form, dengan metode non-probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan teknologi keuangan memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. This research investigates the impact of financial literacy, and financial technology on MSME performance. A total of 250 MSME respondents residing in DKI Jakarta and utilizing financial technology services participated in the study. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, with respondents selected through non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results reveal that financial literacy significantly and positively influences MSME performance and financial technology contributes significantly and positively as well.

Abstract

This community service project is titled "Financial Management Training as an Effort to Improve the Financial Performance of MSMEs Post-COVID-19 Pandemic." The general aim of this community service activity is to provide practical training and knowledge in financial management to enhance the financial performance of MSMEs in the future. The methods used include surveys and indirect (online) delivery of material, as well as discussions on financial management, techniques or strategies for improving financial performance, and the application of sound financial management practices. The conclusion of this community service project is that financial performance can be improved by maximizing the implementation of good financial management in daily activities, especially for MSMEs.

Abstract

Digital marketing is promotional activities and market search through online digital media by utilizing various means such as social networks. Cyberspace is now no longer only able to connect people with devices, but also people with other people throughout the world. It is hoped that the existence of MSMEs will be able to stimulate the economy amidst the current economic slowdown. The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts (digital marketing) gives hope for MSMEs to develop into economic powerhouses. MSME players collaborate on promotional media and digital-based distribution media to gain maximum profits. Abstract

Feasibility analysis is essential for every MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) as a consideration for whether a business is feasible to continue. The result of financial feasibility analysis is expected to determine whether the business plan is economically profitable or not. The purpose of this service is to provide training on measuring business feasibility at MSME Rajut Denzaa in Jambi. This training aims to help MSME Rajut Denzaa understand whether the business they are running is financially viable. Viable means that the income received from the business exceeds all the costs incurred during its operation. The owner of the MSME must truly understand whether their business is indeed feasible to continue. Lack of knowledge on financial feasibility measurement is the core problem of MSME Rajut Denzaa. Therefore, the PKM Team needs to provide this training to help MSME Rajut Denzaa understand whether their business is feasible to continue or not.
