Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that influence consumer decisions in purchasing products in Alfamart minimarket in Pinang, a subdistrict of Tangerang. The population in this study is the consumers of householdproducts that is retailed in minimarket Alfamart. The sampling technique used is purposive random sampling and samples are taken from 200 consumers. The purpose of the study is to examine and analyze the factors that may affect consumers decisions in purchasing products on Alfamart mini market. The method of analysis is multiple regression analysis and assumptions test. The validity and reliability test is done by using the help ofSPSS (Statistical Program for Society Science) versus16:00. The analysis shows that all positive significant factors affect consumers decisions in purchasing products and it is evidenced by the significance 0.000<0.05,and the factor of location has no significance as evidenced by the significance value 0.478>0.05 and the value of R Square value 0.369, it means that it is only 36.9% of consumer decisions are influenced by factors of locations.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine factors of consumer behavior that affect to purchasing decision on BlackBerry Smartphone with the case study in Faculty of Economics, Tarumanagara University, Jakarta. The population was all students of faculty of economics who used or were familiar with the BlackBerry brand mobile phone, with a sampling technique used was purposive random sampling and samples were taken by 200 students. The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze some factors that affect students in the decision to buy BlackBerry mobile phone brands and know the dominant factors that influence the purchase decision. Theanalysis used the method of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing and also testing conducted validity and reliability by using the help of SPSS (Statistical Program for the Science Society). The analysis shows that there is significant positive effect between the factors of cultural, social, personal, and psychological effect on purchasing decisions, with significance 0,000 < 0,05, and Adjusted R Square is worth 0,216, it means that 21,6% of purchase decisions are influenced by these factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variables attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and intentions of the decision to buy cosmetic products are safe and lawful to the Moslem in University Tarumanagara.  The analysis used the two-track analysis using SPSS program. The analysis is divided into two: first the decision to buy cosmetic products are safe and the decision to buy a halal cosmetics.  The results of this study is expected to be beneficial for consumers to pay more attention to safety and halal cosmetic products to be purchased. The government is expected to explicitly require the employer to provide information security and halal cosmetic products, due to the legality and certification of halal products will provide protection and ease of purchasing products cosmetic. For Moslem businessman in the presence of security guarantees and halal products, it is hoped will be improve competitiveness and sales.

Abstract

In the implementation of the college must be equipped with facilities to support the success of the goal of a college program. One of the facilities to support the success of a university is the provision of a library. The aim of the study was to determine the effectof the services, facilities and library facilities to the satisfaction of visitors to the library. The research method used is non-probability sampling is judgmental sampling is a form of convenience sampling where the population elements are selected based on investigator assessment. The population in this study is the entire academic community untar, while the sample is the economics faculty of the academic community who've been / borrow at the library. While the analysis that will be used multiple regression method . In accordance with the high college library functions required to provide quality services and facilities to meet the needs and expectations of library users. The library as an institution service providers are expected to meet users' satisfaction with the provision of various information resources and providing quality service and complete facilities.

Abstract

The growth of the batik business in the Trusmi village, Cirebon district has begun to improve. Various types of batik produced ranging from stamped batik, written batik with a variety of patterns and colors have invigorated batik business in Indonesia. The number of new batik business increasingly adds to the existing competition in the Trusmi Village, Cirebon and even in Indonesia in general. Batik craftsmen also must be able to maintain the characteristics, quality of batik, and production technology so that they can produce high quality and attractive batik. However, in the midst of batik development, there are various obstacles that are often faced by batik craftsmen, namely capital and financial management problems, making it difficult for business people to obtain credit / capital from banks. Realizing this, our PKM team conducted activities aimed at providing an understanding of the importance of financial management for MSMEs in order to improve business financial management skills for micro, small, and medium batik business entrepreneurs, namely Trusmi batik in Trusmi village, Preren sub-district, Cirebon regency in order to improve work performance. This activity was carried out using training method. This training method includes interviews, lectures, outreach and documentation. The subjects in the PKM activities are the MSMEs of Trusmi Batik, located in Cirebon, precisely in the village of Trusmi, the center of Trusmi batik craft. At this stage, the intervention results in an increase in financial management skills which include capital planning, management of the money flow, and distribution of profits in addition to the preparation of MSME financial reportsABSTRAK: Pertumbuhan bisnis batik di desa Trusmi kabupaten Cirebon mulai menggeliat.Berbagai macam jenis batik yang dihasilkan dari batik cap, batik tulis dengan beragam corak dan warna telah meramaikan bisnis batik di Indonesia. Banyaknya bermunculan bisnis bisnis batik semakin menambah persaingan yang ada di Desa Trusmi Cirebon maunpun di Indonesia pada umumnya. Para pengrajin batik pun harus bisa mempertahankan ciri , kualitas batik ,dan teknologi berproduksi sehingga bisa menghasilkan batik yang berkualitas dan menarik. Namun di tengah perkembangan batik muncul berbagai kendala yang seringkali dihadapi pengrajin batik yaitu masalah permodalan dan pengelolaan keuangan yang belum baik sehingga menyulitkan para pelaku bisnis dalam perolehan kredit/permodalan dari perbankan.Menyadari hal tersebut,kami tim pkm melakukan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya manajemen keuangan bagi UMKM agar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen keuangan usaha bagi para pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah batik yaitu batik trusmi di desa Trusmi kecamatan Preren kabupaten Cirebon dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja usaha.Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan. Metode pelatihan ini meliputi, wawancara, ceramah, sosialisasi dan dokumentasi, Subyek dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah para pelaku UMKM Batik Trusmi yang berlokasi di Cirebon tepatnya di desa trusmi pusat kerajinan batik trusmi. Pada tahap ini penyuluhan yang dilakukan adalah peningkatan keterampilan manajemen keuangan yang meliputi perencanaan permodalan,pengelolaan keluar masuknya uang dan pendistribusian laba selain itu dibuatnya laporan keuangan UMKM.

Abstract

Merek merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam strategi pemasaran. Artinya merek tidak berdiri sendiri, ia harus sejalan dengan komponen- komponen strategi pemasaran yang lain. Semua perusahaan sudah tentu menginginkan mereknya dikenal dan menduduki posisi yang tinggi dan kuat di pasar. Merek yang kuat dan terkenal dan memiliki peluang yang besar dalam mendominasi pasar. Tujuan kegiatan ini membantu UKM agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang merek yang meliputi kesadaran merek serta hirarki dalam kesadaran merek. Mitra yang menjadi tempat kegiatan PKM bergerak pada usaha kuliner yang berdomisili di Jambi. Metode yang ditawarkan ke mitra adalah pelatihan/sosialisasi. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan untuk memberikan pembekalan terhadap pemahaman tentang ekuitas merek meliputi arti dari merek, pengertian kesadaran merek dan piramida kesadaran merek.. Hasil kegiatan telah berjalan lancar, mitra dapat memiliki pengetahuan, dalam membentuk kesadaran merek pada pelanggannya untuk tetap menkonsumsi produk mitra. Melalui adanya kesadaran merek dapat meningkatkan hubungan jangka panjang konsumen mitra yang pada akhirnya dapat menjadi pelanggan yang setia

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT “MM” di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 karyawan dan menggunakan bantuan Smart Pls untuk analisisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT “MM” Di Jakarta. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT “MM” di Jakarta, serta Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT “MM” di Jakarta.
