Abstract

Islamic boarding school is as a religious education institution. It is supported by a set ofcurriculum that acts as a motivator in teaching and learning. In general, the curriculum used on it isbeing the reference of certain learning, and manifested in the form of determining certain yellowbooks in accordance with the level of knowledge of students by usingmastery learning model. Thisstudy has three objectives: 1) learning management on aspects of planning, implementation andassessment; 2) obstacles in the implementation of learning; and 3) solutions undertaken toovercome obstacles in yellow book study at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda PembangunanMajenang Cilacap. The findings related to learning management at Pondok PesantrenPembangunan Miftahul Huda Majenang are: 1) every early year of caregiver lessons and ustadz(the term address for islam teachers)plan the learning activities by setting learning schedule;2)teaching schedule is made by the principle of deliberation,and involving all people of pesantren; 3)the implementation of learning is done on a predetermined schedule; 4) the assessment of learningas a benchmark of success has not been done comprehensively and routinely.The whole learningmanagement which is held at Pondok Pesantren Pembangunan Miftahul Huda Majenang runsoptimally.Key Words: management, learning, islamic boarding school

Abstract

Abstract: Introduction / Main Objective: This study aims to determine the potential of halal food to the economy of the community in Wangon sub-district, Banyumas district, Central Java province and Lakbok district, Ciamis district, West Java province, and Kedungreja district, Cilacap district, Central Java province. Background: In the halal food sector or halal food in Indonesia, especially in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 as it is now, it has become a demand. This is because Indonesia is one of the largest Muslim population in the world. No exception in these three districts (Banyumas and Ciamis and Cilacap). Research Methods: This study uses field methods and collects data obtained by means of observation and interviews and documentation. Novelty: related to the research on the potential of halal food on the economy of the people in Ciamis Regency, Central Java Province and Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province and Kedungreja District, Cilacap Regency, so far no one has researched it. Findings: Halal Food in three districts, namely Ciamis Regency and Banyumas Regency and Ciamis Regency is able to boost the economy in the region, as evidenced by the Welfare of the local community to fulfill their daily needs. Conclusion: Halal Food in three districts, namely Ciamis Regency and Banyumas Regency and Cilaca Regency is able to boost the economy in the region including a variety of foods that have been labeled halal or not labeled halal. Among them from cassava ingredients (Ciu, Tape, Kripik, Cimplung / Kulub), from soybean ingredients (Tempe Mendoan, and Sule), from coconut juice / (legen in Javanese) can be used (Brown Sugar / Javanese Sugar and Apem Mixes) . Keywords: Halal Food, Tourism, Economy Abstrak: Pendahuluan/Tujuan Utama : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi halal food terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di kecamatan Wangon, Kabupaten Banyumas, Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Kecamatan Lakbok Kabupaten Ciamis, Provinsi Jawa Barat, serta Kecamatan Kedungreja Kabupaten Cilacap Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Latar belakang : di Sektor pangan halal atau halal food di Indonesia khususnya di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 seperti sekarang ini telah menjadi tuntutan. Hal ini dikarenakan Indonesia masuk pada penduduk muslim terbesar di Dunia. Tidak terkecuali di tiga Kabupaten tersebut juga demikian (Banyumas dan Ciamis serta Cilacap). Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode lapangan dan mengumpulkan data yang diperoleh dengan cara observasi dan wawancara serta dokumentasi. Kebaruan Penelitian : terkait penelitian potensi halal food terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di Kabupaten Ciamis Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Kabupaten Banyumas, Provinsi Jawa Tengah serta Kecamatan Kedungreja Kabupaten Cilacap sejauh ini belum ada yang meneliti. Hasil Temuan : Halal Food di tiga Kabupaten yakni Kabupaten Ciamis dan Kabupaten Banyumas serta Kabupaten Ciamis mampu mendogkrak perekonomian di wilayah tersebut, dibuktikan dengan Kesejahteraan para Masyarakat setempat guna mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Kesimpulan : Halal Food di tiga Kabupaten yakni Kabupaten Ciamis dan Kabupaten Banyumas serta Kabupaten Cilacap mampu mendogkrak perekonomian di wilayah tersebut meliputi aneka makanan yang sudah berlabel halal maupun belum berlabel halal. Diantaranya dari bahan singkong (Ciu, Tape, Kripik, Cimplung/Kulub), dari bahan kedelai (Tempe Mendoan, dan Sule), dari bahan Nira Kelapa/ (legen dalam bahasa Jawa) dapat dijadikan (Gula Merah/Gula Jawa dan Campuran Apem). Kata Kunci: Halal Food, Pariwisata, Ekonomi

Abstract

This study aims to determine cash waqf in the view of sharia economic law in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The understanding of the Indonesian people regarding cash waqf is still minimal even though this waqf has excellent potential for the welfare of the Indonesian people. Regarding research from the perspective of Islamic economic law on cash waqf in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, no one has researched it. The method used is literature research, qualitative, with statutory, historical, comparative, and conceptual approaches, and this research is normative. The view of Shariah economics in Indonesia regarding cash waqf is carried out by Law No.41 / 2004 concerning waqf in which moving objects are in the form of “movable object waqf” which is manifested in the form of money. Waqf money in Indonesia in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 can prosper the economy of the people and the country. Waqf is positioned as social worship, wherewith waqf in Law no.41 / 2004 concerning waqf article 1 it is explained that waqf is the act of a wakif to separate or give up part of his property to be used forever for worship purposes and for welfare purposes according to Islamic sharia.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji pembentukan etika sosial di kalangan siswa melalui pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Al-Azhar di Kota Banjar. Etika sosial dianggap sebagai elemen penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa, khususnya mengenai interaksi sosial dan nilai-nilai moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai etika sosial yang diajarkan, metode pengajaran yang digunakan, dan dampaknya terhadap perilaku siswa. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pondok pesantren menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan toleransi melalui kegiatan akademik dan non-akademik. Siswa menunjukkan internalisasi nilai-nilai ini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka, meskipun tantangan tertentu tetap ada dalam proses membangun etika sosial. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi para pendidik dalam merancang strategi pendidikan yang lebih efektif untuk menumbuhkan etika sosial berkualitas tinggi di kalangan siswa.
