Abstract

The development of information technology and computers is currently very rapid, especially in the field of communication technology, namely smartphones. While the operating system is currently very well known by the public, namely the Android operating system. The city of Palangka Raya is one of the places of education that is the destination of prospective students from various regions. Then they have to find a place to stay while the study is finished and this process will waste a lot of time. So from that we need a facility or media to facilitate the search process of kos by utilizing smartphone technology and the Android operating system. The method used to design and build this application is the waterfall method. The design process is using flowcharts, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, database design and user interface design. Supporting applications are Sublime Text, Android Studio, XAMPP, MySQLyog and blackbox testing

Abstract

Staffing information system (Simpeg) as an information provider of election Officers Work Medal Awardees Satya Lencana In RRI Palangkaraya aims to be a place of useful information provider for submission of award Satya lencana karya satya so that it could be effective, efficient, and accurate by simplifying the existing system. By having this website is expected to handle the process of logging employees so that it can help in the process of registration of a Nobel Prize Medal work of satya. Methodology in the making of this website using the method waterfall, waterfall method which consists of several parts or stages ? stages, namely analysis, design, coding and testing. This methodology was chosen because every step of the development of this website is structured, and clearly documented. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL as a database. At this stage of testing this website using black box testing. Black-Box Testing to focus on the functional specifications of the program. After doing the testing, can be seen the result of this site that this website can perform its function, namely to manage data, time data family history, history of education, employment, lencan setya, data filing SKP, and PKP

Abstract

Kesehatan sapi merupakan hal yang penting terhadap nilai jual sapi di pasaran. Persoalan yang dihadapi oleh Kelompok Tani Ternak Karya Bersama adalah kurang mendapatkan informasi dan wawasan mengenai kesehatan sapi. Kelompok Tani Ternak Karya Bersama membutuhkan suatu aplikasi sistem pakar yang dapat memberikan informasi layaknya dokter hewan mengenai penyakit sapi, berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dialami sapi dimana data dan informasi merupakan hasil pemikiran dokter hewan yang ahli menangani penyakit sapi. Pembuatan Sistem Pakar yang berkaitan dengan diagnosis penyakit pada hewan ternak sapi kedalam sebuah website dapat dimanfaatkan oleh peternak sapi dalam memelihara maupun mendeteksi penyakit pada ternak sapi berdasarkan gejala-gejalanya. Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan Waterfall , analisis sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Bahasa pemrograman yang dipakai adalah PHP dan MySQL sebagai database, sistem pengujian menggunakan Black Box. Pada penelitian ini, forward chaining dimulai dengan mengubah gejala-gejala menjadi sebuah penalaran dan aturan (rule) kemudian menghasilkan sebuah kesimpulan yaitu Penyakit yang diderita oleh hewan ternak sapi. Dempster-Shafer berguna untuk menghitung kemungkinan dari suatu peristiwa, dari gejala-gejala yang sudah dipilih berdasarkan penalaran. Masing-masing gejala tersebut memiliki nilai probabilitas, yang selanjutnya dihitung untuk memperoleh nilai kepercayaan berdasarkan kesimpulan yang diperoleh. Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan sistem pakar ini dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit hewan ternak sapi.
