Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the process of implementing Islamic moral and faith (aqidah akhlak) learning and how the method of habituation and da'wah in character building along with supporting and inhibiting factors in the learning process. This research used qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique was data processing and data analysis which was field data analysis. The results of this study included (1) The implementation of Islamic moral and faith (aqidah akhlak) learning at Madrasah Aliyah Aisyiyah Binjai was carried out properly by the applicable curriculum by referring to the lesson plans used consisting of opening, core, and closing activities. (2) The method of habituation and da'wah had been going well by applying the method of habituation by getting used to good qualities so that students were accustomed to good morals and character. While the da'wah method could also make students better at learning. (3) Supporting factors in the implementation of Islamic moral and faith (aqidah akhlak) learning were parents. While the inhibiting factor was the lack of support from parents for the education of students and the family economy. (4) The effect of implementing the habituation and da'wah method in learning Islamic moral and faith was to bring a good influence such as students were more disciplined and active in learning, respectful and polite to teachers and parents, and getting used to obeying the rules that exist in school and no more students engaging in conflict.

Abstract

This paper examines the relationship between woman in board and company performance.  Measurements of dependent and independent variables in this study, for company performance used ROA and ROE and for firm value by TobinsQ. Measurement of Women on Board (WOB) is measured based on the sum of the number of woman on the board of commissioners and board of directors divideb by the total number of boards. Measurement of WOB considered that Indonesia adheres to a Double tier system. In this study, differences in the composition of the number of women in the structure of the board of commissioners and the board of directors were carried out. This research is an association study that is tested by OLS regression by STATA Software. Using 3 listed company sectors on the IDX based on the Report In 2018, this study found that there was a significant negative effect on the relationship between the number of women in the board of commissioners and board of director’s structure on company performance.

Abstract

Membaca merupakan proses yang sangat kompleks. Dalam proses membaca, siswa berupaya memahami makna teks atau bacaan. Dalam kegiatan membaca siswa akan memperoleh informasi penting, yakni informasi visual yang berupa semua unsur tulisan yang ada dalam teks bacaan. Di samping itu, membaca merupakan suatu keterampilan yang memerlukan suatu latihan yang intensif, dan berkesinambungan. Siswa yang tidak mampu membaca dengan baik akan mengalami kesulitan dalam  mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran untuk semua mata pelajaran. Siswa akan mengalami kesulitan dalam menangkap dan memahami informasi yang disajikan dalam berbagai buku pelajaran, buku-buku bacaan penunjang dan sumber-sumber belajar tertulis yang lain. Siswa tersebut akan lamban sekali dalam menyerap pelajaran. Akibatnya, kemajuan belajarnya juga lamban jika dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca. Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas rendah, Guru dapat menggunakan media Big Book. Manfaat dari media buku cerita bergambar (Big Book) adalah dapat membantu anak  dalam mengembangkan kemampuan bahasanya, dengan memiliki teks dan gambar yang berukuran besar dan penuh warna-warni yang sesuai dengan pemikiran secara simbolis, dapat membuat anak semakin tertarik untuk membaca dan mendengarkan cerita dari seorang guru Kata Kunci: Membaca di Kelas Rendah  dan Media Buku Cerita Bergambar

Abstract

 The purpose of this development research is to produce Malay Arabic written teaching materials for students majoring in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education with appropriate and effective content, presentation, language and graphics for learning. This study uses an ethography research model where ethnography research is a study of group culture through interviews and observations. Until now, Arabic teaching materials that have developed and are widely used in Indonesia in general are teaching materials used in madrasas and MIN/SD. If the teaching materials are the result of development, the amount is not so much. As long as the demands for innovation and development of Arabic teaching materials continue to roll, nowadays, in line with the dynamics of the development of science and technology. In addition, the demand for Arabic teaching materials that use Indonesian as the language is growing among the majority of introductory students, especially those with a general education background. Thus, one of the needs that teachers must have in carrying out their duties is to develop teaching materials. The development of a teacher's teaching materials is important so that learning is more effective, efficient and does not deviate from the competencies achieved. Keywords: Teaching Materials, Writing Arabic MalayAbstrakTujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar tulis Arab Melayu bagi siswa jurusan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan isi, penyajian, bahasa dan grafik yang sesuai dan efektif untuk pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian etografi dimana penelitian etnografi merupakan studi tentang budaya kelompok melalui wawancara dan observasi. Sampai saat ini bahan ajar bahasa Arab yang berkembang dan banyak digunakan di Indonesia pada umumnya adalah bahan ajar yang digunakan di madrasah dan MIN/SD. Jika bahan ajar merupakan hasil pengembangan, jumlahnya tidak begitu banyak. Selama tuntutan inovasi dan pengembangan bahan ajar bahasa Arab terus bergulir, dewasa ini sejalan dengan dinamika perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Selain itu, Kebutuhan akan bahan ajar bahasa Arab yang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa pengantar semakin meningkat di kalangan sebagian besar siswa pengantar, terutama mereka yang berlatar belakang pendidikan umum. Dengan demikian, salah satu kebutuhan yang harus dimiliki guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar. Pengembangan bahan ajar seorang guru penting dilakukan agar pembelajaran lebih efektif, efisien dan tidak menyimpang dari kompetensi yang dicapai.
