Abstract

On Agricultural Road Mekar Sari Village, Benua Kayong District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan there are still roads that are separated by the flow of the river where the roads can be used by farmers in bringing their agricultural products to their destination, therefore the construction of bridges must be carried out at that location. At this time the planner used a type of concrete floor wooden bridge that was in accordance with the needs in the field. The objectives to be achieved are to make a plan drawing and calculate the budget required for the construction of a bridge on Road Agriculture. To obtain the data in this study, researchers used field observations and data collection for the 2021 Ketapang Regency material unit price list from PUPR to make the RAB. After making the plan drawings and analyzing the RAB calculation, the total cost needed for the construction of the bridge on Road Agriculture, Mekar Sari Village, is Rp. 31.357.000

Abstract

Salah satu sasaran strategis yang dirumuskan dalam ASEAN Framework Agreement on Intellectual Property Cooperation yaitu pengembangan kekayaan intelektual di kawasan, dengan inisiatif mengeksplorasi kemungkinan harmonisasi persyaratan formalitas untuk merek dagang. Tulisan ini mengidentifikasi pengaturan dan upaya optimalisasi pendayagunaan merek kolektif di Indonesia dan Malaysia sebagai kawasan negara serumpun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah normatif, melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan dan perbandingan hukum yang menganalisa data-data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengaturan merek kolektif di Indonesia mewajibkan syarat berupa dokumen salinan penggunaan merek kolektif yang memuat ketentuan mengenai sifat, ciri umum, mutu barang atau jasa, pengawasan dan sanksi bagi pengguna merek kolektif. Sedangkan pengaturan merek kolektif di Malaysia diatur dalam pasal 72 Undang-undang Merek Dagang 815 Tahun 2019 yang mengindikasikan sebagai tanda yang membedakan barang atau jasa asosiasi dengan perusahaan lain. Dalam upaya optimalisasi merek kolektif di kawasan negara serumpun dapat dilakukan melalui 2 (dua) pendekatan strategis. Pertama, diperlukan harmonisasi hukum merek kolektif mengenai syarat formalitas penggunaanya dalam hubungan transnasional; Kedua, melalui perjanjian perdagangan secara bilateral yang dapat berupa dokumen kontrak yang mengatur secara teknis mengenai penggunaan merek kolektif. Tulisan ini merekomendasikan kepada Pemerintah Indonesia dan Pemerintah Malaysia agar dapat mengembangkan merek kolektif secara bersama guna mewujudkan kawasan yang lebih inovatif.

Abstract

This study goal is efforts to improve passing learning outcomes in football games through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model for elementary school students. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in Grade VI. The study involved a student from Islamic Elementary School Minasa Upa, with a sample consisting of 24 individuals. The data collection technique used the basic locomotor movement test. The findings of the study indicate that in cycle I, the passing learning outcomes for grade VI were assessed. The students of Islamic Elementary School Minasa Upa Makassar were 13 students (46%) on a complete scale and 11 students (54%) on an incomplete scale. While there were 20, or 83%, of students in the minimum completion criteria (complete) category, those who did not complete were 4, or 17%, of students out of 24 students in total. At the second meeting of cycle II, it was found that 83% of the students, or 20 out of 24, achieved a score of ≥ 75. This indicates a significant increase in learning outcomes for passing the ball using the Teams Games Tournament model in the soccer game for class V. The study was conducted at an Islamic elementary school located in Minasa Upa.
