Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness on the Sales of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products in Sumbawa Regency. Facing challenges of intense market competition and limited access, MSMEs require effective strategies to improve sales performance. This research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 MSME owners selected using the Slovin formula sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The analysis results indicate that the Digital Marketing (X1) and Brand Awareness (X2) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the Sales (Y) variable, with an R-Square value of 0.718. Hypothesis testing proved that Digital Marketing (T-statistic 4.982) and Brand Awareness (T-statistic 5.733) each have a positive and significant influence on Sales. These findings confirm that implementing effective digital marketing strategies and building strong brand awareness are crucial factors for driving the sales growth of MSMEs in the local market.

Abstract

The Holt-Winters Double Exponential Smoothing  method is a forecasting method that has two parameters, namely α and β. This method is used when the data shows a trend and seasonal pattern. This study applies this method to forecast BBRI's share price as part of a time series analysis. The dataset used is the adjusted close price  of BBRI shares. The results showed that the optimal forecasting model used α (alpha) of 0.4 and β (beta) of 0.1 with an estimated α smoothing parameter of 89.3348466 and β of -0.3743472. The model evaluation was assessed based on the measures of forecasting errors in the form of SMAPE and MAPE as the main error evaluation measurements and SSE, MSE, and RMSE as supporting error evaluation measurements.

Abstract

In Sumbawa Regency, the creative industry is minimal (0.8% of MSMEs) amid abundant iron waste following the 2022 MXGP boosting tourism, prompting Samalewa Recycled Iron Craft—initiated by Sumbawa University of Technology students—to transform iron waste into unique crafts (wall hangings, miniatures) for a circular economy. This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe the business model, analyze digital marketing strategies, and formulate e-commerce-based development strategies; population comprises student teams and campus stakeholders with purposive sampling; instruments include internal-secondary document analysis, techniques employ Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT. Results reveal an innovative BMC (affordable recycled materials, custom designs), marketing via social media-marketplaces-content; SWOT identifies low-cost strengths, limited capacity weaknesses, eco-trend opportunities, import threats. The study concludes with recommendations for e-commerce optimization, digital branding, and payment integration to enable national expansion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh peran badan permusyawaratan desa dan kualitas perangkat desa terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan desa. Jenis penelitian ini yakni deskriptif kuantitaf dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni ketua badan permusyawaratan desa, kepala desa, sekretaris desa, dan bendahara desa di wilayah Kecamatan Utan Kabupaten Sumbawa, sehingga total responden yakni 36 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran badan permusyawaratan desa berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan desa. kemudian kualitas perangkat desa berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan desa.

Abstract

Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) merupakan salah satu sumber pembiayaan pembangunan daerah dalam masa otonomi daerah. Sumber PAD adalah pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pegelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan, dan lain-lain PAD yang sah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi untuk pemerintah dalam merencanakan target penerimaan PAD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan system dinamik dan analisis time series seperti model linear, quadratic, exponential-growth dan s-curve dalam membuat model proyeksi penerimaan PAD di Provinsi NTB. Pada pemodelan system dinamik, penentuan faktor yang mempengaruhi berasal dari variabel tax base seperti jumlah kendaraan, mutasi, tarif dan tingkat pembayaran PKB. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan pendekatan system dinamik diperoleh bahwa kenaikan 1% tingkat pembayayaran wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor roda dua, dapat meningkatkan 1% PAD, sedangkan untuk kendaraan lainnya meningkatkan 2% PAD. Pendekatan time series menghasilkan bahwa model terbaik dalam memproyeksi PAD adalah dengan menggunakan model linear, sedangkan komponen PAD lain menggunakan model S-Curve untuk pajak daerah, retribusi daerah menggunakan exponential-growth dan HPKDY serta lain-lain PAD yang sah menggunakan model quadratic. Penggunaan system dinamik dan time series menghasilkan dinamika proyeksi PAD memiliki tren yang menaik.

Abstract

The capital market plays a crucial role in economic growth by serving as a platform for long-term financial instruments, including stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. Stock price movements are influenced by various factors, both internal and external, making accurate forecasting essential for investors to minimize risks and optimize returns. This study aims to forecast the stock prices of state-owned banks (BUMN) in Indonesia using the Trend Analysis method, specifically employing linear, quadratic, exponential growth, and S-curve models. The research utilizes historical closing price data from September 2024 to January 2025, covering four major state-owned banks: Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI), Bank Mandiri (BMRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI), and Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN). The analysis is conducted using Minitab software, and the best forecasting model is determined based on the lowest values of Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), and Mean Squared Deviation (MSD). The results indicate that the quadratic model provides the most accurate forecasts for all four banks, capturing non-linear trends in stock price movements. The findings reveal a consistent downward trend in stock prices across all BUMN banks, highlighting potential market pressures and economic conditions that may affect future performance. This suggests that investors should approach short- to medium-term investments with caution. Additionally, while trend analysis offers valuable insights into historical patterns, integrating fundamental and technical analysis is recommended to enhance investment decision-making.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Lape, Kabupaten Sumbawa melalui pelatihan digital marketing berbasis media sosial. Program ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya literasi digital pelaku UMKM lokal di tengah pesatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi digital nasional. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan (survei kebutuhan dan analisis potensi UMKM), pelaksanaan (workshop dan pelatihan praktik langsung), serta evaluasi (pre-test, post-test, dan umpan balik peserta). Pelatihan diikuti oleh 45 peserta UMKM dari berbagai sektor, meliputi kuliner, kerajinan, dan perdagangan umum. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan peserta dengan rata-rata kenaikan 38,7 poin antara pre-test dan post-test. Sebanyak 82,2% peserta menyatakan sangat puas terhadap relevansi materi, dan 75,6% sangat setuju bahwa pelatihan meningkatkan kompetensi pemasaran digital mereka. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM dalam memanfaatkan platform Instagram, WhatsApp Business, dan TikTok sebagai sarana pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien, serta membuka peluang perluasan pasar bagi UMKM di Kecamatan Lape.
