Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa setelah diterapkannya model Problem Based Learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah 30 siswa kelas VIII-1 SMP Negeri 30 Medan. Adapun pembelajaran dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus dimana setiap siklusnya mengikuti prosedur 4 tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dimana pada prasiklus diperoleh ketuntasan 16,7%, pada siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan sebesar 40,0%, dan pada siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan sebesar 80,0%. Untuk kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa ditinjau dari 4 indikator. Pada aspek memahami masalah diperoleh skor 50,08 pada siklus I dan skor 86,1 pada siklus II. Pada aspek membuat rencana diperoleh skor 35 pada siklus I dan skor 61,9 pada siklus II. Pada aspek melakukan rencana diperoleh skor 52,8 pada siklus I dan skor 73 pada siklus II. Pada aspek memeriksa kembali dan membuat kesimpulan diperoleh skor 27,5 pada siklus I dan 68,1 pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa

Abstract

The research purpose is to see the self-adjustment of middle adulthood nun who had mutations of the work, so them keep loyal on their call, and how they overcome the problems that arose as the effect of the job mutation. This research is a qualitative and use in-depth interviews on five middle adulthood nun aged 30 to 50 years old. The research time spans from March 2023 to Juni 2024. The result shows the self-adjustment could become a supporting factor and a resisting factor as well. The nuns who easily adapted tend to receive the mutation and do the new job in affective way with maximal effort. In contrary, the nuns who cannot make self-adjustment easily will face difficulties on the new job and in turn will rejects the duty or even if she still takes the job, she will face difficulties and will not able to proceed maximally. The vows can influence of nun and can be main reason for her to receive the mutation and still stick to the call. The results of this research showed that two subjects had a self-adjustment capability while the three others having trouble and one of them had refused mutation.
