Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang Kualitas Pelayanan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) di Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Ciamis, dengan menggunakan teori servqual dari Zeithaml mengukur 5 dimensi, yaitu Tangible, Reliabillity, Assurance, responsiveness dan Empathy. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis kualitatif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan, dan studi lapangan berupa observasi dan wawancara dengan 6 informan yaitu, Kepala DPMPTSP, Kabid Perizinan, Kabid Pengaduan dan Advokasi, Petugas Frontliner, Kabid Kepegawaian dan Pemohon Perzinan IMB.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Kualitas Pelayanan di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Ciamis masih belum berjalan secara efektif dan efisien dikarenakan kurang nya SDM si bagian pelayanan perizinan DPMPTSP Kabupaten Ciamis, kurangnya kemampuan petugas dan sarana untuk menunjang online service. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Izin Mendirikan Bangunan, Servqual.AbstractThis study discusses the Quality of Building Construction Permits (IMB) at the Ciamis District One-Stop Integrated Services Investment Office (DPMPTSP), using the servqual theory from Zeithaml to measure 5 dimensions, namely Tangible, Reliabillity, Assurance, Responsiveness and Empathy. This research is a qualitative type of research with data collection techniques using library studies, and field studies in the form of observation and interviews with 6 informants namely, Head of DPMPTSP, Head of Licensing, Head of Complaints and Advocacy, Frontliner Officers, Head of Personnel and IMB Licensing Applicants. research, Service Quality in DPMPTSP Ciamis Regency still has not run effectively and efficiently because of the lack of human resources in the licensing service section of DPMPTSP in Ciamis Regency, lack of staff ability and means to support online services.Keywords: Service Quality, Building Construction Permit, Servqual.

Abstract

Leadership is a process carried out by a leader or chairman in influencing others. Jobs that are influenced by one's leadership style will affect the results of employee performance in an organization. Leaders must have principles in their leadership, such as idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration. Therefore, the leadership carried out will affect the performance of existing employees in government. The better the function of a leadership that is carried out, it will have a positive effect on employee performance. Therefore, the influence of the quality of employee performance can occur according to the leadership management carried out on employees. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis and verification with a quantitative approach. In this study there are two variables, namely the variable leadership style (X) and the effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the data are presented using a Likert scale from the results of the questionnaire respondents with 60 employees and processed through descriptive data analysis techniques. The hypothesis to be tested in this study relates to whether or not there is a significant influence between the independent or independent variables on the dependent or independent variables. The results of the study obtained that there is an influence of leadership on employee performance in the Di District Office, Bandung City, is acceptable because it is supported by facts from the field.

Abstract

Waste is remainder from people's daily activities. Waste that is not properly managed, will gradually become a serious problem for the environment. The aim of this community service is to give knowledge to the people of Loa Village on how to manage waste properly, by utilizing organic waste into Liquid Organic Fertilizer or Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) and understand the importance of Family Medicinal Herbs or Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) for the family use. The method used in this service is delivering material on how to make POC and planting TOGA. The results of this activity can be concluded that the people/residents of Loa Village who took part in the activity were able to understand well about how to make POC and the benefits obtained from POC and TOGA.

Abstract

Efektivitas kebijakan remunerasi merupakan isu strategis dalam reformasi birokrasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja aparatur sipil negara. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh remunerasi finansial dan non-finansial terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Bandung. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 51 responden pegawai fungsional administrasi umum, data dianalisis melalui regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Sig. F = 0,000). Secara parsial, remunerasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan (t = 4,821, Sig. = 0,000), sedangkan remunerasi non-finansial tidak berpengaruh signifikan (Sig. = 0,567). Kontribusi kedua variabel terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 50,8%. Dari indikator remunerasi finansial, pembayaran remunerasi yang tepat waktu, layak, dan adil memiliki persepsi paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa aspek finansial masih menjadi prioritas utama dalam memotivasi kinerja pegawai di lingkungan birokrasi. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar evaluasi kebijakan remunerasi untuk optimalisasi kinerja pegawai.
