Abstract

To determine the number of officers at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), the results of the Fuzzy calculations 2020. In May there are 70 requests for officers, while the number of existing officers is 109 and possibly 95. In June the requests for officers are 80, while the existing officers are 90 and possibly 87. In July the requests for officers are 90 , while the existing officers numbered 75 and possibly 72 were assigned. Until September the request for officers was 40, the existing officers were 58 and possibly 41 were assigned. Tests were also carried out using matlab tools as a form of implementation in order to get accurate results according to with manual calculation of the Fuzzy mamdani method.

Abstract

Abstrak  - Dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi yang memiliki profil informatika maka sangat dibutuhkan laboraturium komputer. Laboraturium juga merupakan sarana penting untuk melakukan praktek atas penerapan teori yang telah dipelajari. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan kepala laboraturium yang memiliki kompetensi dalam mengelola laboraturium tersebut agar pembelajaran lebih efektif. Namun yang terjadi adalah kepala laboraturium yang terpilih tidak memiliki kompetensi karena sistem pemilihan yang bersifat subjektif sehingga tidak dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan kepala laboraturium komputer. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan ini adalah weighted product (WP) karena metode ini dapat menyelesaikan dengan multi kriteria serta perhitungan lebih mudah, dan waktu untuk perhitungan lebih singkat dibandingkan metode pengambilan keputusan yang lain.setelah melakukan perengkingan dengan perhitungan yang ada, maka hasil yang didapat dari perhitungan metode Weighted Product (WP) nilai tertinggi terdapat pada alternatif A2 dengan nama Gery Mivano,S,T dengan nilai 0.374910. hasil tersebut dapat memudahkan pihak akademik dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan kepala laboraturium komputer yang memiliki kompetensi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan laboraturium yang ada sehingga pembelajaran praktek didalam laboraturium komputer dapat lebih efektif.Abstract  - In a university that has an informatics profile, a computer laboratory is needed. The laboratory is also an important facility for practicing the application of the theory that has been learned. Therefore, a laboratory head is needed who has competence in managing the laboratory so that learning is more effective. However, what happened was that the head of the laboratory who was elected did not have competence because the selection system was subjective so that it could not solve the existing problems. Therefore we need a decision support system in selecting the head of the computer laboratory. The method used in making this decision is the weighted product (WP) because this method can solve multiple withdrawals and easier calculations, and the time for calculations is shorter than other decision-making methods. after ranking with existing calculations, the results obtained from the calculation of the Weighted Product (WP) method with the highest value are in alternative A2 with the name Gery Mivano, S, T with a value of 0.374910. These results can make it easier for academics to make decisions for heads of computer laboratories who have competence in solving existing laboratory problems so that practical learning in computer laboratories can be more effective.
