Abstract

One of the goals of patient safety is patient identification. The mistakes in identifying patients can increase KTD cases which have an impact on decreasing the service quality. This study aimed to see the relationship between the management function of the nursery room leader and the characteristics of nurses toward the application of patient identification. The research method used was quantitative research, with a cross sectional study approach. The respondents in this study amounted to 51 people. The data analysis technique used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results showed that the application of patient identification in the nurses at Padang Hospital was still lacking.

Abstract

Safety patient culture was one of the important things in operating the safety patient in hospital, so that the unexpected incident can be minimized. the data Arifin Achmad Riau Province showed that the number exceeds the limit figure KTD specified tolerance ie ≥ 1.5% like numbers plebitif 5.81%, and the incidence of patient falls are as much as five events in 2015. This research is aimed to know the factors which are related to the safety patient culture on nursing staff in hospitalization service room of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. The population is all of the nursing staffs in Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province with the sample is 131 nurses. This research uses cross sectional non probability sampling technique. The method in collecting the data is questionnaire and the method in analyzing the data are frequency distribution, chi square distribution and logistic regression test. The result of the research is obtained there is a relation between attitude (p value 0.001), team work (p value 0,017), fatigue (0,013) with the safety culture, while the stress work does not related to the safety patient culture (p value 0,139). The result obtained that attitude is the most related factor with the safety patient culture. The writer suggests to the management of the hospital to be able to enhance the safety culture management support, improve peedback safety culture and communication between leaders and nurses, workforce analysis, structuring nurse station

Abstract

Survey yang dilakukan di RSUD Sawahlunto, didapatkan rekapitulasi absensi perawat yang terlambat datang sebanyak 7,2%, perawat yang turn over tahun 2012 sebanyak 2% dan 2013 sebanyak 2,1%, pelaksanaan supervisi belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen pada organisasi dan supervisi kepala  ruangan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana. Pengumpulan dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik angket, jumlah sampel 81 perawat pelaksana. Analisis data menggunakan Chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 42 (51,9%) perawat pelaksanan puas dalam bekerja, 45 (55,6%) perawat pelaksana mempunyai komitmen baik, 42 (51,9%) pelaksanaan supervisi baik dan adanya hubungan  antara komitmen pada organisasi dan supervisi kepala ruangan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap RSUD Sawahlunto dengan (P value < 0,05). Dimana supervisi kepala ruangan sebagai variabel yang dominan (OR = 28, 617). Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan dalam upaya meningkatkan komitmen perawat seperti dalam hal visi, misi serta idiologi rumah sakit, membuat aturan baku tentang promosi dan pendidikan berkelanjutan bagi perawat dan membuat program peningkatan kompetensi supervisor.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web design of El-Syabab Islamic Elementary School using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development method with PHP and Bootstrap. A qualitative approach is used with a focus on data collection through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. The results showed that website design succeeded in producing a el-syabab.sch.id website that makes it easier for schools to convey information online and as a medium for registration and promotion. PHP is used to develop logic and functionality, while Bootstrap is used for responsive design. Black-box test results show all features are working properly. The results of this study can be a practical guide for parties who want to develop websites quickly and effectively, and provide significant benefits for educational institutions in improving the efficiency of communication and administration through online media.

Abstract

Anak merupakan kelompok yang paling rentan dalam situasi bencana. Anak yang memasuki usia remaja menjalani pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) merupakan salah satu kelompok resiko tinggi. Mobilitas siswa SMA yang tinggi diluar rumah membuat siswa beresiko mengalami dampak bencana. Bencana dapat menyebabkan korban jiwa, dampak fisik, psikologis, kerusakan lingkungan, dan kerugian harta benda. Pendidikan siaga bencana di sekolah melalui program siaga bencana di sekolah sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan anak dalam melakukan mitigasi dan pengurangan resiko bencana. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bencana di sekolah melalui Simulasi Tanggap Bencana (SITABE) Gempa dan Tsunami di SMA di Kota Padang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai dengan November 2023. Mitra kegiatan ini melibatkan BPBD Kota Padang dan tiga SMA di Kota Padang. Metode kegiatan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada siswa siswi berjumlah 36 orang menggunakan ceramah, tanya jawab, dan simulasi mitigasi bencana. Evaluasi kegiatan digunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan melakukan uji statistik terhadap capaian nilai pre dan post test dengan uji t untuk data berpasangan (paired t test). Ada perbedaan rerata nilai pengetahuan peserta sebelum diberikan edukasi yaitu 77,79 dan sesudahnya yaitu 81,76. Nilai korelasi adalah 0,628 menunjukan bahwa antara nilai pre dan post memiliki hubungan (korelasi) yang cukup kuat dengan p-value = 0,003 artinya hubungan kedua nilai tersebut bermakna secara statistik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian edukasi pada peserta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka tentang bencana. Kegiatan edukasi ini berjalan lancar dan peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan. Diharapkan pihak sekolah terus melakukan kegiatan edukasi kesiapsiagaan bencana secara continue untuk memastikan semua warga sekolah memahami kesiapsiagaan bencana dan dapat mengurangi resiko serta terbentuknya tim dan program kerja tim siaga bencana di sekolah.

Abstract

Aplikasi "Meeting Report" adalah solusi inovatif untuk menyederhanakan dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses pelaporan pertemuan. Dengan antarmuka yang intuitif, aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk dengan mudah mencatat poin penting, keputusan, dan tindak lanjut dari setiap pertemuan. Fitur pencarian dan kategorisasi membantu menyusun laporan dengan cepat, sementara integrasi notifikasi memastikan tidak ada detail yang terlewat. Dengan aksesibilitas cloud, laporan dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja, memfasilitasi kolaborasi tim yang lebih baik. Aplikasi ini membawa efisiensi baru ke dunia pertemuan bisnis, meningkatkan komunikasi internal, dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan informasi.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a serious chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas cannot produce enough insulin. diabetes mellitus type II is a condition where blood sugar rises due to pancreatic beta cells producing less insulin and impaired insulin function or resistance. Therapy in patients with diabetes mellitus type II can be done with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to increase the ankle brachial index value is Buerger Allen exercise therapy. This therapy aims to increase perfusion in the lower extremities, reduce pain, increase blood supply to the extremities and potentially cause the formation of new vascular structures so that it can help heal ulcers. The research design used descriptive observation in the form of a case report. The study was conducted in the female interne room Wing A of hospital Dr.M.Djamil Padang. The research time was April-May 2024, and the sample size was 2 participants. The results of the study in patient I showed an increase of 0.03, while in patient II there was an increase of 0.07, then it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving buerger allen exercise therapy on increasing ABI values in DM Type II patients. It is recommended that the hospital is expected to apply buerger allen exercise therapy to increase the value of the ankle brachial index in patients with diabetes mellitus type II.

Abstract

Cardiovascular emergencies are diseases that are feared by our society because their attacks can cause death. Approximately 50% of patients who present with chest pain have a history of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). This community service activity aims to increase the community's ability to control coronary heart disease and stroke. The method of this service is conducting screening, education, demonstrations and simulations to improve community skills in terms of early detection and home care for coronary heart disease and stroke as well as monitoring and monitoring coronary heart disease and stroke by empowering health cadres and providing referrals and treatment for people who experiencing symptoms of coronary heart disease to the community health center. The results of community service activities show that respondents at the Belimbing Community Health Center have a high risk of cardiovascular disease, both ACS and stroke because the average abdominal circumference of respondents is 91.34 cm, the lowest value is 75 cm and the highest value is 120 cm. when compared to the Kuranji health center. Abdominal circumference of more than 90 cm indicates that the patient is obese and is a risk factor for cardiovascular emergencies. Conclusion: the people at the Kuranji Community Health Center and the Belimbing Community Health Center have risk factors for cardiovascular emergencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of module 6 patient safety goals in clinical learning on behavioral changes in nursing students at RSAM Bukittinggi. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a pretest-posttest control group design. The results showed that the control group obtained an average of 23 and 28.40 in the treatment group. Attitudes received an average of 51.27 in the control group and 59.6 in the treatment group. Furthermore, the action obtained an average of 28.93 in the control group and 39.6 in the treatment group. Behavioral analysis showed a p-value <0.05. In conclusion, module 6 patient safety goals effectively increase knowledge and actions or implement patient safety goals. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengabaian pada lansia bisa diartikan sebagai kegagalan dari pemberian perawatan baik dilakukan dengan sengaja ataupun tidak disengaja disaat lansia memerlukan makanan, pengobatan, meninggalkan lansia sendirian, tidak menyiapkan pelayanan kepada lansia sebagai tindakan hukuman untuk lansia juga termasuk bentuk resiko pengabaian pada lansia. Pengabaian pada lansia ini jika tidak diatasi akan menimbulkan masalah yang serius terutama pada lansia yang mengalami masalah kardiovaskuler. Penyakit kardiovaskuler adalah penyakit yang disebabkan gangguan fungsi jantung dan pembuluh darah seperti penyakit jantung koroner, hipertensi, dan stroke. Tujuan edukasi kesehatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang Pengabaian Pada Lansia Yang Mengalami Gangguan Cardiovaskuler Oleh Keluarga. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah edukasi pengabaian lansia pada 62 orang masyarakat yang dilakukan selama 2 tahap, serta dilakukannya pretest dan posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan didapatkan sebelum (Pretest) diberikan intervensi yaitu 46 responden (74.2%) dan setelah diberikan intervensi (Posttest) didapatkan 62 responden (100%). Kata Kunci: SiAbai, Pengabaian, Cardiovaskuler, Lansia  ABSTRACT Neglect of the elderly can be interpreted as the failure to provide care, either intentionally or unintentionally, when the elderly need food, and medicine, leaving the elderly alone, and not preparing services for the elderly as a punitive action the elderly is also a form of risk of neglect in the elderly. This neglect of the elderly, if not addressed, will cause serious problems, especially in the elderly who experience cardiovascular problems. Cardiovascular disease is a disease caused by impaired heart and blood vessel function such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, and stroke. The purpose of this health education is to increase public knowledge about the Neglect of the Elderly Who Have Cardiovascular Disorders by Their Families. The method used in this activity is education on the neglect of the elderly in 62 people in the community, which is carried out in 2 stages, as well as a pretest and a posttest. The results of the activity showed that 46 respondents (74.2%) were obtained before the intervention was given (Posttest), and after the intervention (Posttest), 62 respondents (100%) were obtained.  Keywords: Sibai, Neglect, Cardiovascular, Elderly
