Abstract

The purpose of this study was to gain better understanding of how Inclusive Leadership and Entrepreneurial Leadership relates to Employee’s Innovative Behavior through Innovative Self-Efficacy. The primary data was collected with an online questionnaire and 111 respondents gave their responses. The data was then processed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method using SmartPLS 4 software. The data was subjected to reliability and validity assessment, R-square and f-square assessments, as well as hypotheses testing. Through successive data-processing it was then discovered that contrary to prior researches, Inclusive Leadership does not affect Employee’s Innovative Behavior in a meaningful way, and Innovative Self-Efficacy does not mediate the aforementioned relationship. However, Entrepreneurial Leadership significantly affects Employee’s Innovative Behavior, confirming the findings of prior researches. Innovative Self-Efficacy plays a partial mediation role in the relationship between Entrepreneurial Leadership and Employee’s Innovative Behavior. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana Inclusive Leadership dan Entrepreneurial Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Employee’s Innovative Behavior melalui Innovative Self-Efficacy. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner online dan 111 responden mengirimkan jawaban. Data diproses dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Data diuji reliabilitas dan validitasnya, diuji R-square dan f-square-nya, dan hipotesisnya diuji. Melalui pemrosesan data ditemukan bahwa berketerbalikan dengan penelitian sebelumnya, Inclusive Leadership tidak memengaruhi Employee’s Innovative Behavior secara berarti, dan lebih tidak berpengaruh melalui variabel mediasi Innovative Self-Efficacy. Akan tetapi, Entrepreneurial Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee’s Innovative Behavior, mengonfirmasi penemuan pada penelitian sebelumnya. Innovative Self-Efficacy melakukan peran mediasi parsial pada hubungan antara Entrepreneurial Leadership dan Employee’s Innovative Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of relationship marketing strategies in enhancing patient retention and loyalty at Pathlab Gading Serpong. Given the increasing competition in the healthcare sector, the application of effective marketing strategies is crucial for retaining existing patients and strengthening their loyalty. A qualitative approach was used in this research, with in-depth interviews conducted with 8 new patients and 7 long-time patients to explore the factors influencing their decisions to continue using the clinic's services. The instrument used consisted of open-ended questions, allowing respondents to provide broader and deeper answers. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, and to ensure the validity and reliability of the data, this study employed triangulation, comparing interview data with other information such as documents or observational data. The results showed that the key factors driving patient loyalty include service quality, effective communication that builds trust, and the utilization of technology such as the Laboratory Information System (LIS), which improves service efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, aftercare services also play an important role in strengthening the long-term relationship between patients and the clinic. Based on these findings, the study recommends that Pathlab Gading Serpong improve service quality, strengthen relationship marketing through transparent communication, and develop more personalized services. Additionally, the development of LIS technology should be enhanced to accelerate service delivery and improve patient satisfaction. This research contributes practically to the understanding of how marketing strategies can be applied in the healthcare sector, particularly in increasing patient loyalty in clinical laboratories. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran hubungan dalam meningkatkan retensi dan loyalitas pasien di Pathlab Gading Serpong Gading Serpong. Mengingat persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam sektor layanan kesehatan, penerapan strategi pemasaran yang efektif menjadi krusial untuk mempertahankan pasien yang sudah ada dan memperkuat loyalitas mereka. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap 8 pasien baru dan 7 pasien lama untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan mereka dalam menggunakan layanan klinik. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pertanyaan terbuka, yang memungkinkan responden memberikan jawaban lebih luas dan mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan untuk memastikan keabsahan serta keandalan data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi, yaitu membandingkan data dari wawancara dengan informasi lain seperti dokumen atau data observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mendorong loyalitas pasien meliputi kualitas layanan, komunikasi yang efektif yang membangun kepercayaan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi seperti Sistem Informasi Laboratorium (LIS) yang meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi layanan. Selain itu, layanan purna perawatan juga terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang antara pasien dan klinik. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian merekomendasikan agar Pathlab Gading Serpong meningkatkan kualitas layanan, memperkuat pemasaran hubungan melalui komunikasi transparan, serta mengembangkan layanan yang dipersonalisasi. Selain itu, pengembangan teknologi LIS perlu ditingkatkan untuk mempercepat layanan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam pemahaman penerapan strategi pemasaran dalam sektor layanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pasien di laboratorium klinik.

Abstract

The merger & acquisition (M&A) process with foreign companies can cause changes in the company, ranging from changes in structure to processes and ways of working in the company. This study aims to determine the influence of workplace factors specifically organizational commitment, organizational culture, organizational support, and individual factors in the form of job satisfaction, work engagement and affective commitment to employee readiness to face change. Data for this study was gathered utilizing the probability sampling method, with a total of 156 respondents from the head office of PT Tbk. The findings indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, work engagement, and individual commitment (affective commitment) significantly influence readiness for organizational change (p = 0.00). However, organizational support does not exhibit a statistically significant effect on readiness for organizational change (p = 0.053). Notably, organizational culture emerges as the most influential factor affecting readiness for organizational change.

Abstract

Nowadays, human life cannot be separated from technology, especially the internet. The internet helps human activities, so the internet is needed, but with the presence of the internet, humans abuse the internet provided. This phenomenon is known as cyberloafing. Cyberloafing is a form of internet abuse behavior during working hours. Cyberloafing behavior itself is influenced by several variables. The variables examined in this research that influence cyberloafing are academic stress, class engagement, and burnout. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether the variables of academic stress, class engagement, and burnout influence a person's cyberloafing behavior. In the process of collecting research data using the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique by submitting questionnaires online via WhatsApp, Line and Discord with Google Form. The sample chosen was students studying at Tarumanagara University, with 371 participants studying at Tarumanagara University. The results of this research show that the class engagement and academic stress variables have a positive and significant effect, but the burnout variable has a positive and insignificant effect on cyberloafing behavior. So from this research it can be concluded that academic stress and class engagement variables influence students to carry out cyberloafing
