Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk efesiensi pasar modal secara islami, dalam penelitian ini juga dijelaskan bentuk-bentuk pasar efisiensi.  Di Indonesia, indeks saham syariah tercatat pada Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Saham syariah sendiri adalah saham-saham perusahaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Daftar saham syariah secara keseluruhan terdapat dalam Daftar Efek Syariah. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini membahas bentuk efesiensi pasar pada indeks saham syariah yang tercatat di Jakarta Islamic Indeks.

Abstract

Religiusitas adalah internalisasi nilai-nilai agama dalam diri seseorang. Internalisasi ini yang kemudian diaktualisasikan dalam perbuatan dan tingkah laku sehari-hari, termasuk bekerja. Skripsi ini merupakan hasil penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial antara Nilai-nilai Religiusitas (Keyakinan, Praktik Agama, Pengalaman, Pengetahuan dan Pengamalan) terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Agency Pada PT. Takaful Umum Cabang Surabaya. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai religiusitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja agency. Secara parsial keyakinan, praktik agama, pengalaman, dan pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja agency. Sedangkan pengamalan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja agency.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. The potential of Islamic financial instruments for the welfare of the people grows in society, one of which is cash waqf and shares. Most Islamic scholars allow cash and shares to be used as objects of waqf. Both cash and stock endowments can be implemented into two models. Cash waqf can be implemented as mutual funds or converted into other fixed assets. Meanwhile, the implementation of share waqf can be done through corporate waqf and individual share waqf. Individual share waqf is applied with two models, namely waqf from the profit of shares and waqf in the form of per-lot Sharia shares. The purpose of this study is to determine the concepts, opportunities and challenges of share waqf in Indonesia. Based on the research, it was found that share waqf has a great opportunity in Indonesia, considering that the majority of the population is Muslim. However, the implementation of the share waqf program in Indonesia in the future face various challenges that must be resolved in order for the share waqf to develop in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the process of the tanggung renteng program and to examine and analyze its implementation from the perspective of Islamic muamalah in the BUMDesma Dharma Sejahtera, Kalitidu. This research is a qualitative study using a descriptive-analytical approach. The research was conducted at the Joint Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDesma) Dharma Sejahtera, located on Jalan Raya Kalitidu No. 139, Kalitidu Subdistrict, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java, in 2024. Data collection techniques used include interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the practice of the tanggung renteng system in the BUMDesma Dharma Sejahtera, Kalitidu, Bojonegoro, includes group formation, credit application, verification and socialization, evaluation meetings, contract signing, loan disbursement, installment payments collected by the group leader, and monitoring and evaluation of loan usage.
