Abstract

The image is valuable intangible assets from company. Positive image allow a company to get score reputation and excellence competitive. One indicator in formation image something house illness is the existence of good communication and guaranteed patient safety in administering service. In addition to good communication and patient safety during receiving services at the hospital, in the process of assessing the patient's image of the hospital, trust is needed from Patients to Hospitals to be the key main the formation of the image of the hospital Research Objectives: this study aims to analyze influence communication therapeutic and Application Target Patient Safety on Hospital Image with Patient Trust as an intervening variable at Karya Medika Hospital. Research methods: quantitative explanative because to know connection among variables based on previous hypotheses that have been put forward by the researcher earlier. The sample in this study is total sampling, namely post-patient patients stay during the period January-March 2022 totaled 193 people. Analysis technique use analysis path (path analysis). Research results: (1) There are influence positive Among Communication Therapeutic and Application Target Patient Safety on Hospital Image at Karya Medika Hospital through Patient Trust as an Intervening Variable. (2) There are positive and significant influence Among Patient Trust in Hospital Image at Karya Medika Hospital. (3) There are positive and significant influence Among Communication Therapeutic on Hospital Image at Karya Medika Hospital. (4) There are positive and significant influence Among Application Target Patient Safety on Hospital Image at Karya Medika Hospital. (5) There are positive and significant influence Among Communication Therapeutic on Patient Trust in Karya Medika Hospital. (6) There are positive influence Among Application Target Patient Safety on Trust Patients at Karya Medika Hospital.

Abstract

Background: Discharge planning is a particular service in ensuring the quality of hospital services. The motivation of Nurses, supervision by the head of nursing, and the role of leadership style contribute to discharge planning implementation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation, supervision, and transformational leadership style on the discharge planning implementation in inpatient unit nurses at XYZ Hospital, Bintaro Jaya. Research methods: This research is quantitative, and data collection is carried out using a questionnaire instrument. The number of samples determined was 106 inpatient unit nurses. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The method of analysis using a multiple linear regression approach with the SPSS program is used for data analysis. The findings show that motivation has a significant and positive effect on discharge planning, supervision has a significant and positive effect on discharge planning, and transformational leadership style has a significant and positive effect on discharge planning. Recommendations for Hospital management should provide education and emphasis on nurses in the discharge planning process and compensation to encourage the motivation of nurses and increase the role of nurse managers as supervision/coaching and provide leadership training so that they can carry out their role optimally Keyword: Discharge Planning, motivation, supervision, leadership style

Abstract

Organizational citizen behavior merupakan suatu hal penting yang perlu dimiliki oleh staf rumah sakit karena berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui modal psikologis, komitmen afektif yang dapat mempengaruhi Organizational citizen behavior dan dimediasi oleh budaya responsif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa modal psikologis dan komitmen afektif mempengaruhi perilaku kewargaan organisasi melalui mediasi budaya responsif. Modal psikologis tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Komitmen afektif tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Komitmen afektif mempengaruhi budaya responsif. Modal psikologis mempengaruhi budaya responsif. Budaya responsif mempengaruhi perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperbesar sampel tidak hanya di RS Selasih Medika saja namun di RS swasta lainnya agar hasilnya dapat digeneralisasikan lebih luas. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap upaya meningkatkan perilaku kewargaan organisasi sektor kesehatan, melalui faktor-faktor seperti modal psikologis, komitmen afektif, dan budaya responsif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The safety of medicines that you need to be aware of is the safety of medicines that have a high risk of causing harm or even sentinel events to patients (High Alert Medication). In a study regarding adverse events (KTD) due to medication errors. The aim of this research is to determine the competency, leadership style of the unit head and the work environment regarding drug safety that must be monitored. The type of research used is an explanatory research study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were nurses at PK-III level who practiced in the ER, Inpatient, ICU, HD, OK areas with a total of 77 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a survey with a questionnaire. The results of this study show that there is an influence between competence, transformational leadership style and work environment partially and simultaneously on drug safety which must be watched out for. High nursing competency ensures that nurses have the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, manage and minimize risks associated with cautionary drugs. Keywords: Competence, Transformational Leadership Style, Work Environment, Medicine Safety  ABSTRAK Keamanan obat-obatan yang harus diwaspadai adalah keamanan dalam obat yang berisiko tinggi dalam menyebabkan bahaya sampai dengan kejadian sentinel terhadap pasien (High Alert Medication). Dalam sebuah studi mengenai kejadian tidak diharapkan (KTD) akibat kesalahan medikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan kepala unit dan lingkungan kerja terhadap keamanan obat yang harus diwaspadai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perawat dengan level PK-III yang berpraktik di area IGD, Rawat Inap, ICU, HD, OK dengan total responden sebanyak 77 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan survei dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menununjukkan bahwa ada penggaruh antara kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja secara partial dan secara simultan terhadap keamanan obat yang harus diwaspadai. Kompetensi perawat yang tinggi memastikan bahwa perawat memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengelola, dan meminimalkan risiko terkait dengan obat yang harus diwaspadai. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja, Kemanan Obat

Abstract

The figure for completing medical records of 100% has not yet been achieved which is the standard for completing hospital medical records after completion of service according to the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 129/MENKES/SK/II/2008, and the importance of diagnosis based on ICD-10 as one of the variables for calculating health service costs, this case study of breast cancer patients with operation was conducted to analyze the causes of that problem. The research object was to analyze the completeness and accuracy of the coding of medical resumes for breast cancer patients with surgery on the amount of INA-CBGs claims at Dharmais Cancer Hospital in 2019. This study research is a mix method, with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach was carried out by in-depth interviews, while the quantitative approach was carried out by reviewing the documents to be tested for suitability using the chi square method. The documents were inquired from Dharmais Cancer Hospital. The results showed the incompleteness fulfillment of medical resumes was highest. The secondary diagnosis of 30.23%, supporting examinations 27.91%, physical examinations and procedures/actions 23.26%, and identity of 4.65% of 43 cases were reviewed. Inaccuracy rate of primary diagnosis coding 90,7%, procedure 76,7%, secondary diagnosis 30,2%. Incomplete and inaccurate coding affects the final INA-CBG’s rate grouping results and is the cause of the difference in claims of Rp. 194,089,500.00 than it should be.
