Abstract

AbstractCommunity service has been carried out by analyzing the situation which include: partners do not get used to bookkeeping finance, layout and arrangement of materials and machines in the production room has not been well organized and less clean, there is no final inspection for finished products, variations of convection products are still little, limited pattern-making for the product, and how to get an order that still relies on old customers. For that done devotion to the convection partner of clothing by helping to develop the business koneksekseks. The purpose of this community renewal activity is to provide knowledge about quality management and bookkeeping, effective production process, product and business development, and online promotion to business partners. The "UD Barokah Collection" clothing involves production in Bamboo Kreo Ciledug housing area and Convection "Aura Shendy" in Petukangan Utara Sub-District - Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta. The method of activity implementation is divided into 4 stages: Quality Management Training and Practice, Effective Production Process Training and Practice, Product Development Training and Practice, Promotion Training (Marketing) and Practice. Having been given training in the form of knowledge and practice partners get financial knowledge then partners can do the bookkeeping every day. Partners are able to calculate the cost of production for each unit of production in addition to making a variety of products with various types of styles and models of clothing with good quality. With increasing partner financial knowledge more carefully in financial management and designing future investments by saving. With the knowledge of effective production process applied impact convection business become more orderly, comfortable and clean, Furthermore with the knowledge of marketing in the form of online promotion gives the thought that the partners try to run the business convection business for the time being and upcoming well and keep trying to do promotion business keep and improve the quality of business to increase consumer satisfaction. Keywords: quality management, effective, product variation, online promotion AbstrakPengabdian masyarakat telah dilaksanakan dengan menganalisa situasi yang meliputi: mitra tidak membiasakan melakukan pembukuan keuangan,  tata letak dan pengaturan bahan serta mesin-mesin pada ruangan produksi belum ditata dengan baik dan kurang bersih, belum ada final inspeksi untuk produk jadi, variasi produk konveksi yang masih sedikit, keterbatasan pembuatan pola untuk produk, dan cara mendapatkan pesanan yang masih mengandalkan konsumen lama. Untuk itu dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada mitra konveksi pakaian dengan membantu agar dapat mengembangkan usaha konveksinya. Tujuan kegiatan pengebadian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang manajemen kualitas dan pembukuan, proses produksi yang efektif, pengembangan produk dan usaha, serta promosi online pada mitra usaha Konveksi pakaian “UD Barokah Collection” berproduksi di daerah perumahan Bambu Kreo Ciledug dan Konveksi “Aura Shendy“ di Kelurahan Petukangan Utara – Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi dalam 4 tahap yaitu Pelatihan Quality Manajemen dan Praktek, Pelatihan Proses Produksi yang Efektif dan Praktek, Pelatihan Pengembangan Produk dan Praktek, Pelatihan Promosi (Marketing) dan Praktek. Setelah diberikan pelatihan berupa pengetahuan dan praktek mitra mendapat pengetahuan keuangan maka mitra dapat melakukan pembukuan setiap hari. Mitra mampu melakukan perhitungan harga pokok produksi untuk tiap unit produksi disamping membuat ragam variasi produk dengan berbagai jenis corak dan model pakaian dengan kualitas yang baik. Dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan keuangan mitra lebih hati-hati dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan merancang investasi kedepan dengan menabung. Dengan pengetahuan proses produksi yang efektif diterapkan berdampak usaha konveksi menjadi lebih tertata, nyaman dan bersih,  Selanjutnya dengan pengetahuan pemasaran berupa promosi online memberikan pemikiran bahwa mitra berusaha menjalankan usaha bisnis konveksi untuk saat ini dan mendatang dengan baik dan terus berusaha mampu melakukan promosi usahanya menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas usaha agar kepuasan konsumen terus meningkat. Kata kunci :  manajemen kualitas, efektif, variasi produk, promosi online

Abstract

Waiting time is the time used by patients to get health services from the registration point to entering the specialist doctor's examination room. Ideally, the waiting time for an outpatient installation from registration to a doctor's examination is based on the Minimum Service Standard, which is 60 minutes. This study aims to analyse the effect of the length of provision of medical records, Competency of Human Resources, infrastructure and outpatient flow on the acceleration of waiting time for outpatient services at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara, Serang Regency. The research method is quantitative method with individual research type. Sampling In this study, a non-probability sampling design was used as sampling method. The determination of the respondents who were used as samples was carried out using a purposive sampling method, including of 100 outpatient BPJS patients in 2021. The cross section and primary data were used as the research time and the data source, respectively. For the data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study found the value of F-count (4.631) > F-table (2.46) and sig 0.05 (0.002 0.05) while H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means that there is a significant influence between the provision of medical records, competence of human resources, infrastructure and outpatient flow on the Acceleration of Waiting Time for Outpatient Services at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara, Serang Regency. On the other hand, the results of the study also found no effect on the Acceleration of Waiting Time for Outpatient Services at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang Regency, namely the provision of medical records and outpatient flow. The findings in this study indicate that the competence of human resources and infrastructure is the most dominant variable and influences the acceleration of waiting time for outpatient services at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang Regency

Abstract

This study aimed to discuss the flow of outpatient care process of Indonesian National Health Insurance (BPJS by customer perception and standards time at Hermina Ciruas Hospital using Lean Hospital approach. In order to achieve the result, we obtain empirical evidence of the outpatient service process and provide proposed improvements from in-depth interview in outpatient BPJS. In addition, we proposed qualitative by using time-motion studies with observation method and in-depth interview in outpatient BPJS. Here the research was carried out in an outpatient installation at Hermina Ciruas Hospital with data analysis using lean hospital approach (Visio software device). The limitations in the process of this study subjectivity in observation collection of inevitable data due to, the calculation of time in each related unit is carried out by the researchers themselves. The results show average patient service process time is 299 minutes with the assessment of activity value added 26 minutes with the assessment of non-value with activities 273 minutes.it’s identifies waste in the outpatient service process. The findings on the processing data of outpatient services BPJS is still waste and amount of non- value added is poor. Therefore, the improvement efforts are needed for service efficiency on BPJS performance. The proposed improvements through the application of future state value stream map with, proposed blueprint of BPJS outpatient services, socialization of outpatient registration using Hermina mobile app (will get the ticket code used for activation at the queue counter), and discipline the presence of doctors. Abstract

The application of patient safety culture is one of the hospital's efforts in keeping patients from experiencing unexpected events. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design research design using a variant-based VB-SEM, PLS (Partial Least Square), aimed at analyzing influences that can improve the cultural values of patient safety in hospitals. The study used a saturated sample of 77 people (room nurse staff and pharmacy). The results of this study showed that there was a positive influence on the role of the head of the unit on the culture of patient safety, the negative influence of workload on patient safety culture, the positive influence of the implementation of nurse-pharmacy handovers on patient safety culture, the positive influence of the role of the head of the unit on the implementation of nurse-pharmacy handovers.positive influence of the role of the head of the unit on the patient safety culture through the implementation of nurse-pharmacy handover as an intervening variable, where the results of tstatistic>ttabel and probability (pvalue) measurements 0,000<0.05, and there is no negative influence of workload on the implementation of nurse-pharmacy handovers, and there is no negative influence of workload on patient safety culture through the implementation of nurse-pharmacy handovers as intervening variables where results are  tstatistics<ttabel and probability (pvalue) >0.05. Based on the results of the study, the implications in this study show the influence of the role of the head of the unit on the culture of patient safety through the implementation of handovers as planners, organizing, military, directing and supervision in the implementation of effective and efficient handovers to improve patient safety in hospitals

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset in the organization because of the role of employees in maintaining and improving performance. Job stress is a situation related to work factors that can cause changes to a person's psychological or physiological condition. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of role ambiguity and organizational culture on work stress with workload as an intervening variable on health workers at Army Hospital X. The method in this study was quantitative associative using a questionnaire given to health workers at Army Hospital X. Statistical analysis using Pearson correlation test followed by multiple linear regression test with and without workload variables. Pearson correlation test analysis shows the correlation coefficient between variables is greater than 0.60 (significance level <0.001) so that there is a relationship between the variables tested. The results of multiple linear regression test with a workload variable determination coefficient of 0.611, while without a workload variable of 0.603. There is a significant influence between variables in this study. Role ambiguity, workload, and organizational culture have an effect on work stress together. However, the role of the workload variable becomes small or even disappears because the influence of the role ambiguity variable and organizational culture on work stress is very large. The beta coefficient of organizational culture is the largest (0.311) among the other two variables so that organizational culture is the variable that has the most influence on the emergence of work stress. Role ambiguity and organizational culture have a significant effect on work stress, while workload is not an intervening variable for health workers at Army Hospital X

Abstract

RS X merupakan rumah sakit milik universitas swasta, pada observasi pendahuluan muncul beberapa masalah terkait kinerja pegawai antara lain keterlambatan pegawai dari jam absensi serta turnover perawat yang cukup tinggi yang menyebabkan kurangnya produktivitas pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bagian pelayanan medis di RS X. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai di RS X dengan sampel 97 orang pegawai medis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi yang menunjukkan bahwa koefisien regresi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (B=0,528) mempunyai nilai yang paling tinggi dibandingkan nilai koefisien regresi kecerdasan emosional (B=0,206) dan kompetensi (B=0.229). Hal ini berarti pengaruh seorang pemimpin yang dapat diandalkan, menginspirasi, memotivasi, komunikatif dan visioner akan berpengaruh tehadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis data serta pengujian hipotesis menyatakan secara simultan dan parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bagian pelayanan medis di RS X.

Abstract

Clinical risk management plays an important role for hospitals in promoting patient safety and improving service quality in order to reduce or prevent risk related to patient care. The purpose of this study was to develop a model for implementing clinical risk management in improving quality and patient safety in class C private hospital in West Jakarta. This research using Participatory Action Research method. Participants in this study amounted to 20 people divide into 8 clinical units in the hospital. Data were collected using focus group discussions (FGD), using observation sheets, and quantitative assessment using questionnaires. Qualitative data analysis was performed by content analysis and quantitative data analysis using Wilcoxon test. The results of this study are clinical risk register model as a form of clinical risk management implementation, 8 clinical units in the hospital had clinical risk registers and the result of Wilcoxon test showed that there were significant differences in the level of participant knowledge about clinical risk management before and after the implementation (Asymp. Sig. value of 0.000 < α 0.05).

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is an important thing that must be considered by hospitals because it can affect overall organizational performance. The low voluntary behavior of helping each other among colleagues and the lack of teamwork and support among others can affect all processes in the workplace, both in terms of work productivity and organizational profitability. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of diversity in the workplace and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior with self-efficacy as a mediator. The role of self-efficacy can help overcome the obstacles associated with low organizational citizenship behavior, including low organizational culture and differences arising from diversity. This research is explanatory with a quantitative approach in the form of using causal hypotheses with a sample of 90 health workers. This study uses the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares) method to examine the model and the relationship between variables. In this study, self-efficacy was found to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and diversity in the workplace and organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, but diversity in the workplace does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Diversity in the workplace and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on self-efficacy. The implications of this research theoretically prove the effect of research variables, and managerially, it can be used as an effective strategy to improve organizational citizenship behavior and create a good and productive work environment for health workers.

Abstract

Organizational commitment throughout the world, especially in Indonesia, is still very low. Similarly, in RS Medika Lestari itself, it can be seen that the commitment of each is not optimal with high nurse turnover and the tenure of nurses, most of whom are less than 1 year. For this reason, this study will examine the factors that are thought to affect organizational commitment, especially in RS Medika Lestari.This study will use factors such as Career Development, Remuneration, and Work Motivation. This research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach. This study uses a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents who are nurses at RS Medika Lestari. The results obtained from this study are career development and remuneration partially have a significant influence on organizational commitment and work motivation. Work motivation can mediate the influence between career development on organizational commitment, work motivation also can mediate the influence between remuneration on organizational commitmen.
