Abstract

Knowledge is very closely related to behavior, the practice of documenting nursing care must be sustainable which pays attention to patient safety. Workload and motivation also play an important role in improving behavior, high motivation and low workload have a positive effect on the behavior of a nurse in a hospital in the application of patient fall prevention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nurses' knowledge on patient safety, workload and work motivation on nurse compliance. Quantitative type with a cross sectional approach with a sample of 117 people which is the total population with a statistical test t-test. The results showed that the characteristics of nurses aged < 20-30 years (61.5%), female (95.7%), D3 Nursing education (70.9%), working years > 3 years (62.4%) and serving on the 3rd floor (47.0%). Nurses have high knowledge of 99.7, high workload with a score of 101.22, high motivation, a score of 95.70 and compliance with a score of 100.1. The bivariate test has a relationship between knowledge and compliance (p-value: 0.021), workload (p-value: 0.000) and there is no relationship between motivation and compliance (p-value: 0.961). And there is a relationship between knowledge and workload on motivation (p-value: 0.000). Multivarite test found that knowledge and workload with a significance of <0.05, but knowledge has the smallest significant (p-value = 0.000). It is recommended to the hospital to increase the knowledge of nurses about patient safety, namely by providing education and training regularly both internally and externally to all nurses who work in the inpatient room.

Abstract

Background: The decreasing number of patient visits is influenced by patient experiences that do not match their expectations. The patient's lack of trust and its medical staff still causes patients to not return for treatment. Objective: This study aims to analyse the association between patient experience and effective communication on patient loyalty through trust as an intervening variable. The sample for this study was outpatients who had been treated more than 2 (two) times at the internal medicine polyclinic at Dompet Dhuafa Integrated Health Home Hospital using BPJS insurance. The sample consisted of 280 people. The type of research is causality explanatory research with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique for this research uses a purposive sampling technique with statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS software. The research results show that patient experience has a significant effect on BPJS patient loyalty through trust as an intervening variable seen from the R square value of 29.3% and effective communication has a significant effect on BPJS patient loyalty through trust as an intervening variable seen from the R square value of 33. 2%. It is recommended that hospital management be able to provide a good patient experience and effective communication by fostering a sense of trust from patients to increase loyalty to the hospital

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Masih rendahnya BOR (Bor Occupancy Rate) pasien non psikiatri RSKD X Jakarta pada tahun 2021 dan 2022. Angka capaian yang rendah ini menunjukkan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat yang masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris adanya pengaruh beberapa variabel terhadap keputusan pasien untuk rawat inap non psikiatri di rumah sakit jiwa. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis variabel stigma rumah sakit jiwa, persepsi pada mutu pelayanan rumah sakit, word of mouth, dan keputusan pasien untuk rawat inap non psikiatri Metode:Penelitian ini menggunakan cross-sectional study, kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasional Hasil dan Pembahasan: Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Accidental Sampling dimana jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 105 responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan program AMOS 24. Dari hasil uji statistik terdapat hubungan antara stigma rumah sakit jiwa, persepsi pada mutu pelayanan rumah sakit, word of mouth terhadap keputusan pasien untuk rawat inap non psikiatri, terdapat hubungan antara stigma rumah sakit jiwa dan persepsi pada mutu pelayanan rumah sakit terhadap word of mouth. Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh stigma rumah sakit jiwa, persepsi pada mutu pelayanan rumah sakit terhadap keputusan pasien untuk rawat inap non psikiatri dengan word of mouth sebagai variabel intervening secara simultan. Secara parsial, ada pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel stigma rumah sakit jiwa, persepsi pada mutu pelayanan rumah sakit, dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pasien untuk rawat inap non psikiatri. Dan ada pengaruh stigma rumah sakit jiwa terhadap word of mouth, persepsi mutu pelayanan rumah sakit terhadap word of mouth.

Abstract

The implementation of electronic medical records through the Hospital Management Information System Generic Open Source (SIMRS-GOS) Version-2 (V2) developed by Indonesian Ministry of Health has been implemented since 2012. The data shows that the failure rate in using information systems in developing countries is quite high due to the quality and reliability of the system, people and support from the organization. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of SIMRS-GOS at three interrelated levels namely human-technological-organizational factors and their benefits on the quality of electronic medical records. The research design uses a quantitative exploration. The research subjects consist of doctors, nurses and midwives, totaling 235 respondents. The data is obtained through a questionnaire. Statistics analysis uses structural equation modeling. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence among human factors, organizational factors and user satisfaction on behavior intentions; use behavior towards net benefits; net benefits and technology factors on user satisfaction; technological factors and net benefits on behavior intentions through user satisfaction; use behavior towards user satisfaction through net benefits. There is a very strong significant correlation among the three human-technology-organization factors and finally there is a significant influence of net benefits on the quality of electronic medical records. Based on these results, it is concluded that the implementation of SIMRS-GOS is acceptable to users at Brebes District Public Hospital. It is also considered successful and has implications for the quality of electronic medical records.

Abstract

Human Resource Development (HRD) menyimpulkan bahwa penurunan motivasi kerja perawat karena ketidakpuasan terhadap kompensasi dan dukungan organisasi berupa pengembangan karier yang diberikan, sehingga banyak pekerjaan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan perawat. Hal tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan tingkat kepuasan pasien di tahun 2021 menjadi 68%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap secara empiris pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karier terhadap motivasi kerja dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis penelitian termasuk dalam kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Penelitian ini terdiri atas 2 variabel bebas yaitu kompensasi (X1) dan pengembangan karier (X2) yang akan diukur pengaruhnya terhadap variabel terikat yaitu motivasi kerja (Y) dan terdapat variabel moderasi yaitu lingkungan kerja (X3) yang menginteraksi hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner. Skala yang digunakan yaitu likert poin 4-1. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perawat yang telah bekerja selama 3 tahun. Teknik sampel menggunakan non probability dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga didapatkan 107 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dan teknik analisa data menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan program smart-PLS serta analisa three-box method. Hasil analisa menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi, pengembangan karier dan lingkungan kerja berkontribusi kuat dalam memengaruhi motivasi kerja. Kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, sedangkan pengembangan karier tidak memengaruhi motivasi kerja.  Uji moderasi menyimpulkan lingkungan kerja tidak mampu memperkuat pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karier terhadap motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Background: In the process of achieving good employee performance, of course there are several factors that can influence it. From the results of observations and interviews conducted by the author, there are several problems that are indicated related to the performance of outpatient medical records personnel at Berkah Pandeglang Regional Hospital. This problem is one of the triggers for the low performance of medical records personnel. Performance-related problems encountered in hospitals include workload, work discipline, knowledge, leadership style and motivation. Aims: to determine the factors related to workload, work discipline and work motivation of medical record personnel on the performance of medical record personnel. Methods: This research is quantitative observational research. The population in this study was all 52 medical records employees. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling, where the sample taken is the same as the population. Results: Based on the results of the Sobel test, the significance value of the Work Load (X1) – work motivation (Z) – performance of Medical Record Personnel (Y) path is 0.007 < 0.05 with a calculated T value of 2.353 > 1.675, it concluded that work motivation is able to mediate the relationship between workload and the performance of Medical Records Personnel. Conclusion: Based on the results, it shows that work motivation can significantly mediate the influence of workload and work discipline on the performance variables of medical record personnel.

Abstract

Background: The inconsistency in the results of previous research conducted regarding competency, motivation and completeness of nursing documents motivated the research was carry out. Objective: This study aimed to examine empirical evidence regarding the mediation of disclosure of supervision techniques on competence and motivation on the completeness of nursing documentation. Method: A quantitative study with the cross-sectional approach was conducted in this study. This study was conducted in the dr. Achmad Diponegoro hospital. Forty-five respondents were involved in this study which is selected using the purposively sampling. We applied the path analysis to examine the association between competency, motivation, and supervision technique with completeness of nursing documentation. Result: The research results show empirical evidence that simultaneously competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on supervision techniques. Competence, motivation and supervision techniques have a positive and significant effect on the completeness of nursing documentation. However, supervision techniques were not successful in mediating the influence of competence and motivation on the completeness of nursing documentation because the direct influence was greater than the indirect influence. Implication: The implication of the research is that management must provide training and provide facilities so that health workers can improve their competence and hold activities or awards for health workers who have good performance in recording nursing documents so that their motivation increases

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Lotim Medical Center merupakan Rumah Sakit Swasta yang teletak di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Aspek kepuasan pelanggan dapat menjadi indikator kualitas produk barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan sehingga produsen dapat terus meningkatkan mutu produk dan layanannya agar kepuasan dapat tercapai. Salah satu aspek layanan di Rumah Sakit yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan adalah waktu tunggu pelayanan atau sistem antrian. Ketidakpastian dalam proses antrian atau waktu tunggu seringkali menjadi masalah di dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Sistem antrian yang digunakan oleh Poliklinik Interna Rumah Sakit Lotim Medical Center adalah Single Channel Single Phase, sedangkan disiplin antrian yang digunakan adalah First Come First Serve. Waktu tunggu layanan adalah 55.2 menit masih memenuhi standar waktu tunggu layanan yang ditentukan yaitu 60 menit. Kinerja sistem antrian kurang optimal karena utilitas atau kegunaan server melebihi kapasitas pada jam-jam serta hari-hari tertentu dan probabilitas tidak ada pasien dalam antrian cukup tinggi pada jam-jam dan hari-hari tertentu, sehingga implikasi manejerial yang ditawarkan adalah perbaikan sistem dengan cara mengatur distribusi kedatangan dan melakukan pembatasan jumlah pasien perhari.

Abstract

PT. SKF Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri pembuatan dan perakitan komponen permesinan yaitu bearing. Aspek kualitas merupakan salah satu jaminan yang harus diberikan dan dipenuhi oleh perusahaan kepada pelanggan. Kualitas adalah salah satu alasan utama pelanggan dalam memilih produk. Oleh karena itu, kehandalan bearing sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung kinerja antar komponen permesinan. Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh pada saat penelitian masih banyak ditemukannya produk cacat yang dihasilkan oleh PT. SKF Indonesia tentunya hal tersebut mengakibatkan kerugian bagi perusahaan diakarenakan tinggnya persentase Not Good (NG) sebesar Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan tindakan perbaikan untuk mengendalikan dan meminimalisir tingkat cacat. Dalam melakukan tindakan perbaikan maka digunakan metode DMAIC dan FMEA sebagai usulan perbaikan yang dapat membawa perusahaan berada pada tingkat produk cacat terendah. Tahapan yang dilakukan untuk memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan menentukan sumber masalah terbesar, melakukan pengukuran, menganalisa permasalahan untuk memperoleh rencana penanggulangan sebagai dasar perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan.
