Abstract

Kehamilan risiko tinggi adalah kehamilan patologi yang dapat mempengaruhi keadaan ibu dan janin. risiko tinggi pada ibu hamil meliputi anemia (Hb < 8 gr %), tekanan darah tinggi (sistole> 140 mmHg, diastole> 90 mmHg), edema nyata, eklampsia, perdarahan pervaginam, ketuban pecah dini, letak lintang pada usia kehamilan > 32 minggu, letak sungsang pada primigravida, infeksi berat/sepsis, dan persalinan premature. Tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelengkapan standar ANC dengan kejadian risiko tinggi kehamilan. Metode penelitian, deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi: rata-rata perbulan ibu hamil Trimester II (April – Mei) dan ibu hamil Trimester II dan III (Juni) di Puskesmas wilayah Ciputat sebanyak 194 orang. Sampel sebanyak 84 ibu hamil teknik pengambilan sampel dengan accidental sampling. Peneliti menggunakan analis univariat dan bivariate. Hasil penelitian; analisis Univariat dari 84 responden ibu hamil, ibu hamil yang berisiko rendah sebanyak 65 responden (77,4%). Ibu hamil yang berisiko tinggi kehamilannya sebanyak 19 responden (22,6 %) Standar ANC yang telah didapatkan oleh responden Tidak Lengkap (58,3%). Hasil analisis uji chi square perolehan hasil P value 0,002> 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the basic concepts in multicultural education from the aspect of understanding, history and ideas. The type of research used is qualitative research with the technique used by researchers is literature study. The results of the research show that multiculturalism can simply be understood by acknowledging that a country or society is diverse and plural. On the other hand, the state does not only develop a single national culture. A multicultural education is expected to be able to solve conflict problems that occur in society, or at least be able to provide awareness to the community that conflict is not a good thing to be cultivated. In conclusion, education must be able to provide intellectual offerings, including by designing materials, methods to a curriculum that is able to make people aware of the importance of being tolerant of differences in ethnicity, religion, race, ethnicity and culture of the multicultural Indonesian society.
