Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the conditions of household food security in the Habaring Hurung Village of Bukit Batu Subdistrict, Palangka Raya City and to find out the factors that affect the food security of farm households in Habaring Hurung Village, Bukit Batu Subdistrict, Palangka Raya City. This research was carried out in the Habaring Hurung Village, Bukit Batu Subdistrict, Palangka Raya City. Location selection (purposive). This research was conducted for 3 (three) months from September to November 2018. The number of samples taken was 40 samples, the method used in determining the sample was simple random sampling technique. Data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The analysis tool used is an indicator of the share of food expenditure, multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the conditions of household food security in Habaring Hurung Village were 90% in the criteria of food security. The second objective is to find out the factors that affect household food security in Habaring Hurung Village. It is known that the coefficient of determination is 0.692, meaning 69% of household resilience in Habaring Hurung Village is influenced by income factors, family members, household expenditure, education level and spending on rice. While 31% is influenced by other factors that have not been included in the model used. The results of the F test show that the value of Fcount = 5.307 is greater than Ftable = 2.49 at the confidence level of 95%. So that the factors tested together have a significant effect on the resilience of farm households in the Habaring Hurung Village. Partially the number of family members, household expenditure and rice expenditure have a significant effect on the level of confidence of 95% - 99%. Whereas those that did not significantly affect household food security in the Habaring Hurung village were income and education of mothers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara finansial usaha budidaya ikan lele sangkuriangmilik Bapak Yayan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dilaksanakan di JalanRajawali VII, Kota Palangka Raya sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha yang melakukan usahapembenihan dan pembesaran ikan lele sangkuriang menggunakan kolam tanah dan bioflok.Aspek non finansial terdiri atas aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek hukum, aspek sosial danlingkungan. Banyak dan sedikit aspek yang akan dinilai serta kedalaman analisis tergantungpada besar kecilnya proyek yang akan dilakukan. Kriteria keberhasilan suatu proyek dapatdilihat dari manfaat investasi yang terdiri atas manfaat ekonomis proyek terhadap proyek itusendiri, manfaat sosial proyek tersebut bagi masyarakat di sekitar proyek. Harga jual benihikan lele sangkuriang yang diberikan oleh Bapak Yayan adalah sebesar Rp 350/ekor dan hargalele konsumsi sebesar Rp 25.000/Kg. Hasil perhitungan kelayakan usaha budidaya ikan lelesangkuriang layak diusahakan yang dapat dilihat dari NPV Rp 158.990.654, Gross B/Cdiperoleh sebesar 2,7, Net B/C diperoleh sebesar 4,8 (layak), IRR sebesar 87,16%, danPayback Period selama 2 tahun 5 bulan (layak).

Abstract

Perilaku konsumen adalah studi tentang bagaimana individu, kelompok dan organisasi memilih, dan membeli serta menggunakan barang, jasa, ide dan pengalaman untuk memuaskan kebutuhan dan keinginannya. Secara keseluruhan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam membeli daging ayam broiler di Kecamatan Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya adalah: mudah mendapatkannya, harganya yang terjangkau, sebagai penambah gizi keluarga, memberikan rasa puas terhadap keluarga, meningkatkan gengsi dimata masyarakat, dapat diolah sesuai selera, dapat di konsumsi kapan saja. Meningkatkan gengsi dimata masyarakat memiliki penilaian yag paling kecil pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam membeli daging ayam broiler. Sedangkan pada peran atau pengaruh anggota keluarga, peran atau pengaruh orang lain, peran atau pengaruh teman, serta peran atau pengaruh tenaga penjual itu memiliki hasil penilaian yang paling sedikit yaitu pada atribut pengaruh orang lain dan pengaruh tega penjual. Dari hasil analisis yang didapat besarnya nilai sikap konsumen dalam pembelian daging ayam broiler di Kecamatan Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya adalah 42,52 dengan kategori cukup baik. Nilai perilaku konsumen bernilai 25,90 masuk dalam skala baik karena didukung dengan nilai ke empat variabel yang mndukung dan nilai yang diperoleh atau tanggapan yang diperoleh dari responden yang mempunyai nilai positif (lebih dari nol). Skor nilai perilaku diperoleh nilai sebesar 38,16 dan nilai norma subyektif diperoleh sebesar 7,54.
