Abstract

This study aims to multiply Ali Yafie's thoughts on the development of Islamic law in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research with a literature study approach. The data collection techniques use the library research, namely: trying to collect data from books or literature related to the researcher's discussion. The data analysis uses deductive analysis with interpretative. The results of the study show that Ali Yafie's thoughts in the field of social fiqh try to understand Islamic teachings, at least with several approaches, namely: Combining Text/nash with Reason, Blending Text with reality, and combining text with Maslahah makes fiqh more contextual and directs it more towards issues of a more social nature. in the dynamic development of Islamic law in Indonesia.

Abstract

The principle of communication actually has a strong scientific foundation, because it comes from the Qur'an. Through the Qur'an, humans are actually invited to communicate. Every human being needs to communicate with other people. In the Qur'an, at least six types of speech or speech styles (qaulan) are found which are categorized as rules, principles, or communication ethics, namely 1) qaulan balîghan; 2) qaulan maisûran; 3) qaulan karîman: 4) qaulan ma?rûfan; 5) qaulan layyinan; dan 6) qaulan sadîdan. This counseling aims to improve students' understanding of the principles of Communication in the Qur'an. The methods used are presentation, discussion, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the principles of communication in the Qur'an.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of student organizational management at the Al-Kautsar Pajo Islamic Boarding School in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) and its contribution to the formation of student leadership. This descriptive qualitative study involved observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that student organizational management fosters the values ​​of discipline, responsibility, and collective leadership through a deliberation-based management structure and routine activities. These findings broaden the study of Islamic boarding school leadership by emphasizing the integration of modern management systems and Islamic values.

Abstract

Fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana ketersediaan dan kualitas fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan berkontribusi terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pendidikan yang memadai, seperti ruang kelas yang nyaman, laboratorium, perpustakaan, dan teknologi pendukung pembelajaran, secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan efektivitas pengajaran guru. Lebih lanjut, pengelolaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang baik juga memengaruhi optimalisasi proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penyediaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan yang berkualitas dapat digunakan sebagai strategi utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an individual's emotional attitude in the form of feelings of pleasure, satisfaction with a job related to the work situation. Job satisfaction is shown in carrying out tasks that are not in accordance with the responsibilities based on job satisfaction standards in communicating between teachers and teachers, being indifferent to each other, and there are teachers who do not understand each other and only care about themselves without seeing the activities carried out by other teachers and so on in terms of completing tasks done alone without considering assistance from other teachers in the work environment and the lack of emotional intelligence of teachers in terms of self-control when given new tasks and enthusiasm in carrying out their duties so that job satisfaction is not optimal in working. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out using the population of educators (teachers) of SMP Negeri 1 Pajo NTB. as many as 27 educators (teachers), the data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression coefficient.

Abstract

The impact of globalization causes various kinds of negative behavior and actions in early childhood, causing a degradation of morality and religiosity. The research objective was to determine the concept of Islamic education and the methods and values developed by the Prophet Ibrahim in the education of children in QS aṣ-Ṣāffāt verses 85-113. This study uses a linguistic (philological/semantic) approach regarding the verses of the al-Qur'an Surah Aṣ-Ṣāffāt Verses 85-113, with the type of library research. The primary source in this research is the al-Qur'an surah aṣ-Ṣāffāt verses 85-113, and the secondary sources include the interpretation books, such as: "Tafsir Al-Azhār", Buya Hamka, Tafsir Al-Mishbāh, Quraish Shihab, Al-Qur’an and its Tafseer, and others. The data collection technique uses a library research technique. With the data collection method using documentation method using content analysis (content analysis).The results of the research show that the methods used by Prophet Ibrahim in surah ash-Shaffat verses 85-113 in children education include the tazkiyah method (purification), the method of choosing the environment, the method of having a vision, mission and goals, communication methods, methods of building a spirit of sacrifice to obtain pleasure, love and help of Allah Most High and methods of giving gifts (reward). The values developed by Prophet Ibrahim in surah ash-Shaffat verses 85-113 in children's education include the value of faith, the value of praying, the value of democratic attitudes, the value of patience, the value of tawakal (surrender) and the value of humanization. The concept of Islamic education as a process of a series of activities to humanize humans (humanization), or efforts to help humans to be able to manifest themselves according to their human dignity, based on divine messages with an attitude and personality totality surrendering to Him in all aspects of life to seek pleasure his.

Abstract

The mining industry plays an essential role in the national economy, but it also has severe environmental impacts. Therefore, Corporate Sustainability Disclosure (CSD) is needed to ensure transparent, accountable reporting on sustainability risk mitigation and the improvement of companies' Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. This study aims to analyze the effect of ESG disclosure transparency on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018-2023. This study uses secondary data from annual, financial, and sustainability reports from the IDX and from companies' financial reports. The research sample comprises 40 companies selected through purposive sampling. This study uses panel data regression analysis with the Fixed-Effects and Random-Effects models selected via the Hausman test. The results of this study indicate that the level of sustainability disclosure and ESG scores of mining companies have increased consistently since 2020. The analysis results indicate that ESG disclosure has a positive and significant effect on ROA and ROE, suggesting that ESG transparency can enhance operational efficiency, strengthen risk management, and increase investor confidence.

Abstract

Keinginan dan kebutuhan manusia di era globasilasi saat ini semakin kompleks, sehingga tidak mungkin dapat dipenuhi dengan usaha sendiri.Oleh karena itu diperlukan wadah atau organisasi untuk merealisasikan kebutuhan dan keinginan yang ingin dicapai. Organisasi adalah suatu sistem perserikatan formal, berstruktur, dan terkoordinasi dari sekelompok orang yang bekerja sama dalam mencapai tujuan tertentu. Organisasi akan mencapai tujuannya apabila dikelola dengan baik dan benar. Hanya saja keberhasilan mewujudkan organisasi yang baik, efektif, dan efisien, serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan tidak lagi hanya ditentukan oleh keberhasilan prinsip-prinsip organisasi, akan tetapi terdapat faktor lain yang tidak tampak yang ikut menentukan keberhasilan organisasi yaitu kemampuan dalam memanage organisasi atau manajemen organisasi. Organisasi non formal seperti OSIS pun tingkat keberhasilannya juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan pengurus organisasi dalam memanage organisasi tersebut. Salah satu upaya pembinaan dan pengembangan untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan serta kepribadian peserta didik  melalui sebuah wadah yang ada disekolah, yaitu Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS). Pembinaan terhadap siswa mempunyai arti khusus yaitu merupakan salah satu usaha atau kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan, arahan, pemantapan, peningkatan, pengembangan pola piker, sikap mental dan perilaku siswa serta minat dan bakat keterampilan siswa. Pembinaan sikap kepemimpinan siswa sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Hal ini dikarenakan siswa sebagai agent of change harus dapat memberikan perubahan di dalam masyarakat. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menggali dan mengembangkan kemampuan serta potensi yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Hal ini bertujuan agar dengan terlibatnya siswa dalam kegiatan keorganisasian dapat mengembangkan sikap siswa, baik dari segi kepemimpinannya ataupun kemampuan mengelola sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pelaksanaan Manajemen siswa (OSIS) Jamiat Khier Tanah Abang Jakarta Pusat meliputi perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pelaksanaan (actuating), dan pengawasan (controlling) dan menganalisis Faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen organisasi siswa (OSIS) Jamiat Khier Tanah Abang Jakarta Pusat, Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengangkat fakta, keadaan, variabel, dan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini dimana Pelaksanaan Manajemen Organisasi siswa (OSIS) di Yayasan Jamiat Khier, meliputi: Perencanaan (planning) Organisasi siswa (OSIS) di Yayasan Jamiat Khier, Perencanaan dalam Organisasi siswa (OSIS) di Yayasan Jamiat Khier, dilakukan melalui musyawarah kerja dengan sesama pengurus OSIS beserta pembimbing OSIS dalam rangka menyusun dan merumuskan program-program kerja yang akan dilaksanakan. Musyawarah tersebut dilakukan setelah terbentuk struktur OSIS, Pengorganisasian (organizing) Organisasi siswa (OSIS) di Yayasan Jamiat Khier. Pengorganisasian yang dilakukan pada OSIS  adalah dengan membentuk struktur organisasi beserta tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dan Pelaksanaan (actuating) siswa (OSIS) di Yayasan Jamiat Khier, Setelah disusunnya program kerja OSIS dan struktur OSIS, langkah selanjutnya yaitu pelaksanaan dari program-program kerja yang telah disusun.
