Abstract

Moral degladation is evidence of educational failure. Therefore, Islamic education is present as a solution. As an effort to organize quality education it is necessary to improve teacher performance. This study was conducted to determine the effect of work experience and job satisfaction on teacher performance in the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School in Lebak-Banten. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and inferential explanations. The population in this study was 50 teachers in Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Lebak - Banten, with 50 samples using saturated samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 statistical tools. The results showed that experience and satisfaction had effect on teacher performance. This finding confirms that teacher performance does not increase by itself. But there are many efforts behind it, including experience and satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and discipline on employee performance at PT. SSI Seasonal Supplies Indonesia Cikupa Area Production Division, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling using a sample of 56 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of this research are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance based on hypothesis testing obtained with Tcount > Ttable (11,586 > 1.674), the value of ρ < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted and The regression equation value obtained is Y = 11.586 and The determination or contribution value is 0.359 or 35.9%. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance based on the hypothesis test obtained with the value Tcount > Ttable (6,444 > 1.674), the value ρ < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) which means H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted and the value obtained regression equation Y = 6.444 and X2 0.674, the correlation coefficient value is 0.772, meaning that the two variables have a strong positive relationship. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.589 or 58.9%. Work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance based on hypothesis testing obtained with a value of Fcount > Ftable or (41,690 > 3.17) value of ρ < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) which means H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted and the regression equation value Y = 6.922, X1 = -0.212, X2 = 0.861 is obtained. The correlation coefficient value or the level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.782, meaning it has a positive level of relationship with a perfect degree of correlation. The determination or contribution value is 0.597 or 59.7%

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Sasmito Adi Depok. Dan sampel yang digunakan merupakan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah sebanyak 56 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Sasmito Adi Depok hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 20.219 + 0.364 X1 dan nilai thitung 3.087 > ttabel 1,674 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,0. (2) secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Sasmito Adi Depok hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 14.203 + 0.546X2 dan nilai thitung 9.113 > ttabel 1,674 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Sasmito Adi Depok hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 10.022 + 0.173 X1 + 0.507 X2, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,854 , nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 72,9% serta nilai fhitung 71.315 > ftabel 3,17 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pelanggan melalui pelatihan keterampilan bagi karyawan Restoran Amanah yang berlokasi di Depok, Jawa Barat. Kualitas layanan yang baik tidak hanya bergantung pada produk, tetapi juga pada mutu interaksi antara staf dan pelanggan. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan melakukan survei dan diskusi bersama pihak manajemen untuk mengetahui masalah yang dihadapi oleh karyawan. Pelatihan disampaikan dengan metode teori, simulasi, dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan: kemampuan komunikasi meningkat dari 55% menjadi 85%, sikap profesional dari 60% menjadi 90%, penanganan keluhan dari 50% menjadi 80%, dan kepuasan pelanggan dari 65% menjadi 88%. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan keberhasilan program dalam membangun sumber daya manusia yang profesional dan responsif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh strategis bagi pelaku usaha lain dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan melalui pengembangan keterampilan sumber daya manusia secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to develop self-management skills for orphans and underprivileged children at Al-Amien Orphanage and Dhuafa House in Ciater, South Tangerang. The program implementation method includes 3 days of training covering self-awareness, time management, effective communication, and basic skills such as sewing, cooking, and gardening. The training results show improvements in aspects of self-understanding and self-confidence, time management abilities, communication skills, and mastery of basic skills. This program has successfully made a positive impact on participants' personal development and skills, and can serve as a model for similar program development elsewhere.

Abstract

The objectives of the Indonesian state are explicitly defined in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution, namely to defend the entire Indonesian nation and all Indonesian bloodshed, advance the welfare of the people, educate the nation's life, and contribute to implementing world order. Therefore, the State builds a government system that strives to achieve the overall and sustainable objectives of the state based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. The subject of education quality remains a critical concern addressed by the Indonesian state. The gap in education quality, both across regions, between private and public educational institutions, and other issues continue to be raised and become a passive discussion that appears in the public arena. In order to improve the quality of education, in 2005 the government released Indonesian Regulation number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, this regulation is the government's effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Government regulations state: 1. The learning process in an educational unit is held interactively, inspiringly, fun, challenging, motivating students to achieve actively and providing sufficient space for initiative, creativity and independence in accordance with the talents, interests and physical and psychological development of students, 2. In the learning process, educators are required to be able to provide examples (as role models, good examples for students), 3. Each educational unit plans the learning process, implements the learning process, assesses learning outcomes, and supervises the learning process for the implementation of an active and dynamic learning process. (Moh. Saifulloh, Zainul Muhibbin, 2012). This study aims to explore the implementation of human resource management (HRM) in the context of educational law in Indonesia. Considering the important role of human resources in improving the quality of education, this study will examine how educational policies and regulations can influence HR management practices in educational institutions. Through data analysis and case studies, it is hoped that this study can provide useful recommendations for the development of more effective educational policies. This research is by collecting data with Internet sources and other literary sources and then concluding based on existing data. The product of this research is a national journal with issn.
