Abstract

Peran serta keluarga dalam perawatan penderita dengan Skizofrenia sangat penting terutama dalam mengantisipasi kekambuhan klien. Keluarga dan masyarakat terkadang memiliki cara pandang yang salah dalam mengupaya-kan pengobatan secara berkesinambungan bagi penderita skizophrenia. Pengobatan yang selayaknya bisa dilaksanakan secara teratur pada pelayanan kesehatan terdekat, malah menjadi beban keluarga ketika harus selalu berobat ke rumah sakit jiwa pusat. Padahal, pelayanan kepada pasien gangguan jiwa dilakukan dengan sistem pelayanan berjenjang dari fasilitas kesehatan primer seperti puskesmas hingga rumah sakit tingkat kabupaten. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan pelayanankesehatan jiwa di Puskemas oleh keluarga penderita skizofrenia. Jenis penelitian Deskriptip dengan pendekatanCross sectional.Subyek penelitian ini adalah keluarga pasien schizophrenia sebanyak63 orang dengan tehnik consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner pemanfaatan pelayanan. Data dikumpulkan di poliklinik Rumah Sakit Jiwa provinsi Bali.  Hasil penelitian tentang pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa menunjukkan sebagian besar yaitu 33 orang (43,3%) kurang dalam memanfaatkan pelayanan di puskesmas. Kendala keluarga untuk memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa dipuskes-mas menunjukkan hasil sebagian besar yaitu 32 orang (50,8%) mengatakan di puskesmas tidak ada obat untuk pasien skizofrenia. Kondisi ini bisa disebab-kan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi kepada keluarga  tentang pelayanan khususnya pelayanan kesehatan jiwa yang ada dipuskesmas. Kata kunci: Pelayanan, Kesehatan Jiwa, Puskesmas

Abstract

Health workers have a high risk of being exposed to COVID-19. The lack of knowledge of health workers, especially nurses, can lead to increased stress during the pandemic. Therefore, there is a need for preventive and promotive efforts in the form of new habit adaptation. Online health promotion can be used to improve public health optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health promotion on new health adaptation which was conducted online. The research design used pre-experimental with one group pre-post test design. Nurses at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital who have attended the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (DKJPS) training on adapting new habits online for 3 days were given a pretest on the first day of implementation of new habit adaptation and a post test on the 56th day. The samples used were 82 nurses and 146 nuclear family nurses who were selected using purposive sampling that met the inclusion criteria, that is nurses from the Bali Province Mental Hospital and their nuclear families aged > 15 years. Data collection was carried out from August 25, 2021 to October 26, 2021 using the New Habit Adaptation questionnaire in reference to the DKJPS manual book. The analysis used the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results of the analysis showed that the p value value > 0.05 showed that there was an effect of online health promotion on the new habit adaptation. The results of this study prove that online health promotion affects the implementation of new habit adaptation in an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.

Abstract

Advancements in data communications and computer networks have facilitated communication among numerous individuals using various hardware and software technologies. However, this progress also brings about a significant challenge: data and information security. Safeguarding data and information transmitted over communication networks necessitates the implementation of a data security system. One effective approach to achieve this is by utilizing cryptographic techniques. Cryptography involves encoding data transmitted through a network in a manner that only authorized parties can decipher. Data that remains unencrypted is referred to as plaintext, and once encrypted, it becomes ciphertext. Before the advent of computers, cryptography relied on character-based algorithms, often known as classical cryptographic algorithms. This research focuses on applying classical cryptography to encrypt and decrypt text data exchanged via chat applications. The test results demonstrate that the encryption and decryption processes effectively maintain data confidentiality.
